“ That’s what we were discussing before you came in” Bella said. “ Mandy will never let us be in peace again unless she’s not around. I don’t know why they’re all after Alfred” He shook his head vigorously.
“ I know right? Mandy is so stubborn and…” The Assistant interrupted her. “ Oh I almost forget, Vanessa is in the kitchen and said I should call you to come help her” He said and Mary stood up. “ I’ll go” She left the room. “ What’s wrong with Mary? She’s been acting weird these days especially if she sees me with you” Bella said worriedly. The Assistant smiled, he stood up too and looked at Bella. “ I’ll take care of it” He left the room. Bella was surprised , she followed him out of the room but when she got out he was nowhere to be found.
Bella was so lost in thought as she walked out of their quarters, she entered the sitting room and bumped in to Mandy’s Maid. Mona was holding a plate of Chips and it fell to the floor and broke in to pieces. Bella came back to her senses, she stared at the content on the floor with her hands covering her mouth.
“ Oh No” She looked so terrified. Mona Quickly bent down and started packing the contents and as if from above, a hand fell on Bella’s face. “ Ahhh” She Screamed. “ How dare you spill my good on the floor!” Mandy yelled at her. Vanessa and Mary Came out from the kitchen when they heard Bella’s scream. “ What’s happening?” Vanessa asked holding a spatula. “ I’m Sorry” Bella Apologized but that provoked Mandy again. “ Sorry for yourself you dirty rag. Have you no eyes?” Mandy easier up her hand to slap her again but Vanessa was quick enough to have caught her hand.
“ She’s said he’s sorry” Vanessa said in concerned. “ Take your filthy hand off my wrist” Mandy said but Vanessa didn’t Release her. “ Are you deaf?” She asked Vanessa who was still holding on to her wrist. “ This is Domestic violence and you can be sue for this” Vanessa said and Mandy Chuckled. “ who do you think will sue me, Bella or you? She’s a maid and she have no right in doing that. Even if she try to sue me, she’ll end up losing at the end and her life would forever be in danger!” Mandy threatened. “ oh Really? So you are now using the powers you have over her right? Don’t you have human conscious? The fact that she’s a maid doesn’t mean you can treat her the way you want. She’s also a human like you” Vanessa retorted.
“ Enough! How dare you compare me with a maid? Take a Good look at me before you said those words. Bella or whatever she calls herself is just like you, so desperate for money and..” Vanessa cut her off. “ Oh no you’re mistaken, You are the one who’s so desperate for money , for Fame and everything. You moved in to this house for your selfish interest. We are already tired of you staying here, it’s not even up to a day that you move in here but you’ve start causing commotion in the house. The earlier you leave, the better” Vanessa Smiled.
“ You think I’ll leave this house? Then you must be mistaken. The people who have to leave the house is you and these filthy maids. And oh I forgot, Your Daughter who you plastered on my brother. He isn’t her Father, get your things and leave this house, go look for her father!” Mandy Snapped. “ oh really, I thought you said Mara looks like Amy. Oh God, Everyone in my Baby Daddy’s Family is so weird and full of themselves. By the way, we were talking about Bella and do not change the Topic” Vanessa said. “ I know, Release my hand” Mandy said but Vanessa held on to it. “ Do you want me to Release your hand? Apologize to Bella” she said and Mandy burst in to Laughter.
“ Are you nuts? You want me to apologize to the maid? You must be out of your mind. Release my hand or I’ll teach you a lesson you’ll never forget” She threatened. “ Threats Don’t scare me, there’s nothing you can do to me. Leave this house already please for God’s sake, we are tired of your staying here” Vanessa sighed, she turned to Bella who was standing beside her. “ You and Mary Should go to the kitchen and continue cooking, I’ll be right there” she said and they nodded their heads. “ if any of you leave this place, you are going to lose your jobs” Mandy threatened. Mary and Bella paused ,they looked at Vanessa Worriedly.
“ She have no right to give you, she wasn’t the one that hire you from the start. Now go to that kitchen!” She commanded and they left Hurriedly. “ What! Who do you think you are to come in to this house and control everyone?” Mandy asked furiously. “ I’m Vanessa, the girl Your Brother wants to marry. So you see, I have every right in this house and I have rights over you too. I can send you packing out if I like” She said smiling. Mandy pushed Vanessa and freed herself from her grip. “ I’ll make your life a living hell!” She said Also smiling and turned to Mona who was watching them like she was seeing a movie. “ And you, go in to that kitchen and make another plate of chips” She commanded. “ ‘Them that will be after I’m through in the kitchen, No one will enter that kitchen until I’m done cooking for the Boss of the house” Vanessa said smiling.
“ Really? You’ll regret this” Mandy yelled at her and ran up the stairs in anger. “ What an headache” Vanessa sighed, she looked at Mona and shook her head.
