Alexis's POV;

I was shocked at the confession kyle made,i just stared in disbelief

He really likes me?

Or is he just playing with my head?

I probably didn't hear him well

"You what?" I asked

"I like you Alex" he repeated

Maybe i was dreaming

I should run,if i run then I'll probably wake up

I didn't know when my body started moving and i ran away,but i was sweating why would I be sweating if it was a dream

I ran till i got home because thankfully the little place is close to my house

I took off my clothes and ran to take a cold shower

Ahhh..

And now it was confirmed,i wasn't dreaming,it was real,very real.

My chattering teeth told me so.

I came out,wore my PJs and i covered myself up with the cotton candy pink blanket and laid on my bed and staring at the ceiling

I'll tell Jasmine tomorrow

I was distracted from my thoughts when i heard a knock on my door

"Come in" i yelled

"Hey hun,how'd it go?" sophie asked coming in

"Good.Too Good I'd say" i replied sitting up from my bed

"Wanna tell me about it?" She responded

"He told me he liked me" i confessed

"Oh no...is this that Andy guy again,don't tell me i worked on you just so you could go out with that geek" she spat bitterly

"Wait no...Andy isn't a geek,He's super sweet,and second no it wasn't Andy,it was kyle" i finally said

"Oh thank God,so tell me who this kyle is"

"Well...he's a star player at school and he's really cute,with blonde hair and honey brown eyes,started talking few weeks ago and he was my co-star in the play"

"Okay..and he just said he liked you?" Sophie questioned

"Yeah.."

"Don't believe him,it was just a first date and he's in love!!?? No way girl" she bluntly said

"You don't know him and how dare you say that to me" i shouted

"It's true,think about it you guys just started hanging out and he already likes you? Oh please" she said laughing

"You know what? Leave my room,go away,i want to be alone" i hissed

"Calm down,I'm just saying" she said leaving the room

"I love you" she yelled from the closed door and i ignored her,like why would she say something against kyle

Kyle likes me and that's all i know and tomorrow,I'm gonna tell him how i feel tomorrow

I woke up and i put on lipstick by myself for the first time ever and i left my black brown hair fall down shoulders and wore denim jeans and a top that I stole from Sophie and i looked great and i felt more confident and now i became beautiful and i had cereals and jazz came to pick me up

"Wow girl,you look good,i see Sophie did what I couldn't do in years" Jasmine said with a beautiful smile

"Thanks,i just wanted to look different"

"Your hair is glowing and j can't wait to see the look on Andy's face when he sees you"

"He's going to be happy i Guess" i said

I didn't care about Andy's opinion,just wanted to see what kyle would say

We walked into the halls of Greenfield High together and everyone stared at me

"Hey are you new?" A blonde girl with curly girl asked

No Martha,godddd, we've been in the sane chemistry class for 2 years

"No"

"well I've never seen you before" she said turning around and walking away

Wow.

"Andy!!!" Jazz called

And i see Andy come running,and he stops when he reaches us

"Hey jaz..."

He became tongue tied and couldn't finish his statement,feeling him stare i started blushing

Maybe it was all too much?

I became body conscious

"Alexis?"

"Yeah?..."

"Woah....you look different"

"Good different or?"

"Very good different" he blushed

Andy and i walked to class together,but most of the time i felt his eyes on me and it made me blush every darn time maybe because I'm not used to been looked at

Kyle wasn't in class,and it kinda made me sad

I saw kyle during lunch and he kept on staring at me,and i kept on blushing,my cheeks were volcanoes that could get erupted easily

Kyle came over to our table and so did Ashton,it became his habit to always go with kyle anywhere

"Alexis,damnn you look hot" Ashton said looking at me

"Shut up Ash" Jasmine hissed

"So you call me Ash now,i love it" he smirked and Jasmine rolled her eyes

"Um kyle how come you weren't in class today?" I said taking a bite out of my sandwich

"So you were looking for me?" He smirked

"Me..no...i..just..yes" i stammered and he smiled

"So after school let's go to the movies,yeah?" He politely asked

"Can't,Jasmine,myself and Andy are going to the movies today by 6" i explained

"then I'll take you out before then,text me your address and be ready by 3"

"Okay then" i smiled

After school Jasmine and Andy met up with me in front of my locker while i was taking out my books

"So we're still on tonight right?" Andy asked

I nod my head and so did jasmine and he said okay and left

"So see you 6" Jasmine waved and left

I got home and i took a shower and i texted kyle my address and he sent a message to confirm that he had seen it

I curled my flat straight hair and wore a denim jacket and denim jeans and this had become my favorite thing,Dressing up that is

At exactly 3 i heard a honk from outside and I looked out the window and saw a blue sports car,i walked out and I saw kyle looking so dashing in his T-shirt and i knocked on the glass and he opened the door and he smiled

"So where are we are going today?" I ask while i fastened my seat belt

"Like McDonald's?" He asked as he started the car

"Yeah"

I haven't been to McDonald's since my father passed away and i let out a sigh

"Feel good?" He asked and hands never leaving the steering wheel

"yes,just thoughts" i say not wanting the conversation to go further and i guess he took the hint and he didn't push the conversation further

I rested my head on the window and the ride was quiet and i think my cold reply was the cause

"We're here" i hear as my thoughts were cut off

I get down and walk into a huge and packed McDonald's and i try to find an empty seat with my eyes and next i felt a hand holding mine and i followed kyle behind like a puppy following the owner and he takes me to an empty seat at the corner

"Now let's have a conversation" he ordered

"About?"

"Us."

"Us?"

"Yeah us,you and me.me and you.us."

"So what about us?"

"I told you that I liked you,so what about you?"

What about me?"

"Do you like me?"

I looked at the ceiling and but he kept on staring at me

"Yes" i say in defeat

"Yes,you what?"

"Yes i like you kyle" i finally admitted

"Good now let's eat"

So that's All?

Let's eat?

I literally just told this guy i freaking liked him and he said "let's eat"

After eating,kyle looked up at me and i had just started to eat my chicken

Crap.

But i went on like he wasn't watching me

"You're not embarrassed?" He looked surprised

"No,why would i be?" i ask

"Some girls usually don't eat their chicken like you're doing now" he explained

"Well you're not ugly,so.." I said with a piece of chicken in my mouth

"So I'm hot?" He asked

"You can say that"

After leaving,we bought ice cream and we had it in the car

"So will you tell me why you went all quiet when i mentioned McDonald's?" He finally asked

"Well because the last time i went there,i was with my father" i confessed

"And so?"

"And so...my father is dead" i said rolling my eyes,we went quiet awhile

"Oh..I'm sorry i didn't know that" he looked sad

"It's fine" i forced a smile

"You know my father isn't really the nicest person" he sighed

"Okay....." urging him to go on

"He never loved me,he's always making it seem like I'm useless,i always felt i was adopted but my mother swore that i wasn't,sometimes i look in the mirror and i notice that he has black eyes and so does my little sister Emily,but i have blue eyes,he pampers Emily but he hates me unless it's when he needs me for something,he never shows me love and that is why i like girls alot,because most times they fill up the space in my heart and they are my greatest distractions"

I sat there and my eyes got moist and tears dropped on my face,it was so sad hearing about how his childhood was and the lack of love he had,it made me sad that most people just think that he's a playboy but they really don't know how he feels on the inside and my tears got worse

"Stop,don't cry for me,i only told you because you trusted me enough to tell me about your father so i had to do same" he forced a smile while using his thumbs to clean my eyes

"Gosh ky i never knew"

"Well i didn't know about your father either"

I smiled and he smiled back at me

"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked looking at me

He knew that whenever he looked at me that like,it always makes me weak

"Yes,yes i would" i replied and laughing and the next thing i felt was his lips on mine

My first kiss,with my first actual boyfriend i was internally screaming

I didn't know how to kiss him back so i froze there and he pulled out

"What's wrong?"

"You see..the thing is I've never actually kissed a boy before" i blushed

"Oh really..so I'm your first?"

"First and only"

"Then let me give you a lesson" he looked at me with an evil smile

He took me and held my face and his touch left tingling sensations on me,i did same and put my hands around his neck,he tilted his head left and i did the same

"Ouch" we said simultaneously and we laughed

"Let's try again" i said

And we did, only that when he tilted right,i tilted left and his soft lips were on mine and he kissed me like his life depended on it and so that's how we were until my phone vibrated and i looked at the caller ID and it was Andy and i looked at the time and it was already fifteen minutes passed six

"Shit" i said pulling out

"What happened?" Kyle asked

"I'm late,i have to go out,remember? I looked at him

"Oh crap....I'm sorry,I'll take you there"

"Drop me at the movies,rather" i told him and he nodded

It was a 10 minute drive and it felt awkward,we didn't talk about the kiss. Was it bad? Was it good? Answers!! I needed answers

We got there and i came out of the car and as i turned to leave he called and he told me "bye girlfriend" and i blushed insanely and he drove off
