Kyle's POV;
Alexis looked great when she came out of the dressing room,but i couldn't just bring myself to tell her.
Usually girks are the ones that feel shy but today i felt shy kind of
The play went well only that Alexis mixed up the lines but i went with the flow because it was obvious that she was nervous and i saw her get tense when a girl and a girl came in
Her crush perhaps?
I want to ask her that badly but that would be awkward wouldn't it?
I finally asked her out,and i felt somewhat nervous and it was new to me and i know i noticed the nerd because of that bet i had with Ash and Brian but now i think it was getting personal
I went home and i told the new help to make a lemonade and bring it to my room and before i went into the shower i heard a knock on the door and i opened it and i took the tray from her hand and dropped it on my dresser and went to the bathroom for a quick shower and wore a black leather jacket and a white shirt with black jeans
I drank the lemonade and left the empty glass on the dresser and left the house to the cafe to wait for Alexis and when i got there i sat in the car and waited,she texted me that she was done and i told her to come to cafe and i'd get her from there and that I'd be there in five minutes
I couldn't tell her that i was there already because that would be weird
I studied the entrance and i didn't see Alexis enter the cafe just one sexy brunette and then u was surprised when she told me she was tgere already
I entered the case and examined everyone there but no sign of her,i texted her and decided to ask that woman that is always at the counter,but she was talking to that brunette from earlier and as j got closer,the girl looked a little bit like Alexis only sexier and prettier and i couldn't help but stare
I think she noticed and stared right back at me and i felt embarrassed and apologized to her,the woman at the counter laughed at us and left
I was going to call Alexis outside but i heard a feminine voice from behind,that sweet voice that only Alexis had,i turned around and stared in disbelief
But that girl.....couldn't be Alexis...right?
Right!!!????
I walked to her closet and her lavender scent hit my nose hard and i knew for sure that she was the one and i just kept on staring
I looked at her from her black brown hair to how bigger her breasts were looking and how thin abandd long her legs were
um..what do i say...do i say she's hot or pretty
You see this was my head malfunctioning i could only imagine what my face look like.
She broke the silence later after all the awkwardness by saying "shall We?"
"let's" i reply almost instantly
I took her by the hand we left the cafe,i drove us to cold stone ice cream parlor because their ice cream was so good
We entered the almost empty parlor and we ordered what we wanted and we talked the whole time away,she told me about her mom and her sister and her dad that died and how everything was after losing their father,i enjoyed hearing her talk.
She wasn't like most girls that always talk about makeup and boyfriends but instead told me her likes and dislikes and happy moments
I loved how her face lit up when she talked about her family,it was evident that she loved them very much
I told her about me and my family and my like and dislikes,but now she was laughing so hard and it makes me happy to see her do that
I didn't see that scared nerd or that bookworm i saw the confident nerd and the beautiful nerd that hid in the body of the former Alexis. I liked her like this she was my beautiful nerd
"You look beautiful,Alexis" i blurt out and she stops Talking and starts blushinf like crazy,all the attempts to hide it failed
"Um....thanks" she replied tugging an invisible strand of hair behind her ear
What an amazing sight i just saw
"Do you have a boyfriend?" I ask
"No"
"Do you like anyone?"
"Well yeah i do"
"Oh..."
I had heard enough so then that guy i saw earlier at the play was the guy she liked,i suddenly started getting tired and paid for the ice cream and offered to drop Alexis at home but she declined and insisted that u drop her at the cafe and i finally agreed to do it. I went to pay at the counter and a pretty blonde tells me "tell your girlfriend she's beautiful" and let out a smile
"Oh...she's not..my....okay i will" i say with a forced smile
I walk over to see Alexis playing with her hair,she didn't notice me because she was too engrossed in hair and i decided to be creepy and take a photo,i don't know why i did that but she was looking so cute and innocent i just had to
"We can leave now" i cleared my throat
"Oh..okay"
The ride was quiet,it was an awkward silence,i had nothing to say to her,she did tell me she was in love, okay maybe not in love but still knowing she had feelings for someone hurt me deeply.
"So who's the guy you have a crush on?" I blurt out
Kyle,you damn moron why would you ask her that
"Um..I'd rather not say right now" She stuttered
Since we were having this conversation,might as well have it properly,and i drive us to my favorite spot,it bad beautiful sights,and grass so green,fresh air on our faces is what was needed
I took her out of the car and we sat on the bare grass
"So this is my favorite place" i sigh
"It's beautiful" she whispered
But as beautiful as you.
Kyle damnn...where did that come from?
"So..don't get mad,but i took a photo of you,unaware"
"You what!???" She screamed
"Well yeah...you looked so cute in it as well"
"Let me see" she ordered
I showed her the picture and she looked impressed
"your phone camera is really good for pictures"
"A picture is only as good as the model" and i saw her face get flushed
"So..."
"If you have something to ask me,go ahead and ask" i say as i catch her stare at me
"Oh..no..i was just going to ask you about Christina,are...are you guys dating?" Alexis curiously asked
"No,we're not"
"Oh okay" she said as a sigh of relief escaped from her lips
"I like you" i say looking directly into her eyes
"Um..what!!??" She looked shocked
"Yes...i like you" i repeat myself
"But how! When?" she whisper yelled
"Leave all that,tell me do you like me?" I asked observing her expressiom
She started playing with her hair and was biting her lips
"Um..i have to go" she told me as she got up to her feet and she took off running
I looked until i couldn't see her anymore.
I drove home and i greeted my mom with her usual kiss on the cheek and I make my way to my room
I video called Ashton and told him that he should start getting ready to call me a god because by tomorrow I'm sure Alexis would tell me herself that she liked me,Ash smirked and clapped for me and i felt proud
After taking a shower,my phone rang and the caller ID was showing Jasmin Schnedier,i answered and the voice sounded very familiar and she was asking me out,i agreed of course i love all
After the call,i rested my head on my soft white pillow and as i closed my eyes i could only see Alexis blue eyes
What was wrong with me?
