Chapter 90: Chapter 90
Lucien's POV
“What deceased are you talking about?” I said immediately, I stepped my feet into the castle.
“Lucien? Stone?” Lady Delia called out, and gasps filled the air.
“Yes lady Delia. Whose funeral are you conducting? Did anyone in the castle die?” I asked, and freaked out on seeing my picture hung on the wall very close to the candle they had lit.
“You're alive?” She hugged me tightly, and I nodded my head, still shocked. I never thought they'd already consider us dead.
“What the f*** Is this? Hey! Take my picture into my chambers, and destroy all of this” I ordered, and the guards obeyed immediately.
“We thought you'd be with Madison. How come she's not here? Does that mean that she's the one who has died?” Lady Delia cried out, and I snorted.
“Died? Hell no! I would never have let her die. She still needs to pay dearly for disobedience” I rolled my eyes as Madison walked in, and someone chuckled.
You wonder who? Zara… Zara chuckled on seeing Madison. What? She didn't even smile when she saw her father.
“Zara! Baby…” Madison rushed to her, and bent over to her height. Smiles filled her face.
“Ma…ma” She called out, and everyone gasped. That was their very first time hearing her speak.
“What did she say? Mama? Why would she call Madison mother?” Emery flared up, glaring at Madison.
“Baby, I missed you. I apologize for being away for so long, and I know you missed me too, right?” Madison asked, and she nodded her head with her mouth pouted.
“What's your problem, Emery? Shouldn't you just be happy that she at least said a word?” Lady Delia turned to Emery, who wouldn't stop staring at Madison with hate.
“But she called her mother? Isn't it better that we start telling her on time that Madison is not her mother?” She bitterly replied, and I slapped her cheek hard.
“Don't you know when to shut the f*** up? Do you really have a death wish? Don't you dare in your entire life say a word when it has to do with Madison or my daughter? Am I understood?” I yelled, and she flinched, nodding her head.
“Good.” I coldly replied before walking away. As I walked down the castle, I found myself smiling crazily. Am I this happy because of Madison? That can't be, right?
I'm probably happy because I'm back in the castle. There's no way I'll be happy because Madison came back to the mansion. I told myself those words confidently before walking into the castle.
“Master, are you okay?” Axel asked, smacking me out of my thoughts.
“Huh? W…what are you talking about?” I stammered, trying hard to wear a cold face as usual.
“You've been smiling ever since you left the court. I just figured that out, and I wanted to know if everything is okay” Axel said, and I scoffed.
“What are you talking about? Are you trying to call me a lunatic because only a lunatic will start laughing at nothing?” I feigned annoyance.
“I'm sorry, Master, I was only concerned. I didn't mean to call you a lunatic” He snapped, and I gulped as I walked into the bathroom.
“Was my excitement that obvious? I hope no one noticed that” I mumbled within myself.
Madison's POV
I carried Zara, and she hugged me tight like I was going to run off if she released her grip.
“Lady Delia? Where's Mona?” I asked sharply. She's one of the people I really wanted to see.
“Madison?” I heard her teary voice from behind, and she hugged me tightly from the back.
I dropped Zara, and hugged her even tighter. Tears of joy dropped from my eyes.
“Mona, I've missed you so much. You don't know how much I've always wished that I could see you at least for a few minutes” I cried out, and she sniffed hard.
“Thank you for coming back to Castle Mandy. I thought you wouldn't come back, especially when I heard that you were getting married to Master Xavier of the valleys” Mona mumbled sadly.
“There's nothing to worry about. The wedding didn't push through, I'm still very single, and I'm back in the castle with you” I chuckled.
“What's with the grand welcome? Madison is just a slave, instead of a grand welcome, I think all she needs right now is a punishment. She's the reason the master was shot, and she's also the reason the master went missing for so many days. And you all think the best thing to do is welcome her like she's a princess or some sort of Duke's daughter?” Emery smirked, and everyone turned to her.
“Why are you being so bittered, Emery? I know you never wanted her to come back to the Castle, it's such a loss for you that she's back” Mona confronted her, and I held Mona's hand.
“Let's not keep talking about this. I have a lot to tell you, Mona” I smiled, carrying Zara once again.
“You need to help me convince Zara to eat. She's been starving, and I can even count how many times she has eaten ever since you left the castle” Lady Delia cut in sharply.
“I will, lady” I smiled.

“Okay! So, the fairy and the tortoise became best friends again. That's the end of the story” I read out the storybook while Zara laid on the bed staring at me and chuckling.
“Don't you think this is very fascinating, Zara? I think you should go to bed now. I heard you've not been taking classes, and you know how bad that is, right?" I kissed her cheeks.
“MMH” She hummed, and held my hand. That's her own way of saying that she doesn't want me to leave her.
“Oh no, Zara, I really can't sleep here. I'm only a slave, and I can't share the bed with a princess like you” I muttered, and turned off the table lamp. She burst into tears, and I quickly rushed back to her. She grabbed my arm, staring at me hastily.
“Okay… I'll stay here with you until you fall asleep” I said, and laid beside her. She held me tight before sleeping off.
My bad! I also slept off with her. A few minutes later, I felt a lip on my neck. Goosebumps ran down my spine, and I could feel the wetness of my pu$$y.
I opened my eyes, and saw Master Stone staring directly into my eyes.
“Master…w…what's…” I was going to speak, but he shut me up with a passionate kiss. Oh, God.! I'm so wet just staring into his blue eyeballs….
