Chapter 103: Chapter 103

Bianca's POV

Marvin kept grumbling as I held his hand, and we walked down to the fireplace.

“Shouldn't we just leave this place, Mom? I really don't find anything interesting about this place” He cried out.

“When are you going to learn to shut up? We came here for the camp, and there is no way we're going back. Argh! You are nothing but a headache” I mumbled.

We walked to the fireplace, and sat on the left side. We were served food, but I couldn't get my eyes off the way Stone and that stupid Madison alongside his daughter were behaving like a family.

I glared hard at Madison. Why does it look like I'm the one who's the slave? While that stupid girl is the mother.

Well, I just know that all of this will end tonight. I have double plans in store for both of them.

“Beef or chicken, ma'am?” The Lady asked, and I eyed her.

“Just get lost” I growled before pushing the plate and the chopping sticks away.

I watched Stone spoon some fish into Zara's mouth, and she chuckled.

“Marvin, tell your father you want some fish too… go on!” I tapped him, and he frowned his face.

“What the…” He was about to finish his statement when I stepped on his feet, and he groaned in pains.

“What the f*** is wrong with you? Don't you understand me? You have to behave yourself, and stop being stubborn” I whispered into his ear.

“Mom, isn't it obvious that they don't even consider us family? I feel like we're forcing ourselves to fit in” He cried out.

“That's because you're not obedient. Go on now, do what I told you to” I eyed him, and he swallowed hard.

TCH… such a knucklehead! He must have gotten his stubbornness from Lucien.

“Uhm… hey… Dad I… I want fish too” He stammered with a nervous smile, and Stone stared at him.

“Lucien, what are you staring for? Why don't you give my son some fish? He's your child too, you shouldn't be like that with him. He's just a child” I cut in sharply.

“Argh… Why are you speaking like he's your Dad? My dad never told me that I have a sibling, and you don't expect me to treat you like one because you are not” Zara fired at him.

“You little…” I yelled banging the table, and when I realized that I was creating a scene, I kept calm.

“Enough! I heard the hunt will not take place tonight. If you're done eating, you can go to bed” Stone coldly replied.

I glared at that little witch that calls herself Zara. I have to take that child out of the way if I really want to win Stone back.

We continued eating, and this time we all ate in silence.

“Time to go to bed, baby Zee. The hunting will take place tomorrow” Madison said, and got up from the chair. Zara followed her, and Stone made to follow as well.

“Um… I want to speak to you, Lucien” I snapped. The truth is, I want Madison and Zara to get into the room before Stone. I don't want the snake inside the room to harm him.

“What is it, Bianca? Aren't you tired of this drama? I'm sick of it, and I wish you'd leave my sight” He cursed, and I swallowed hard.

“Is that how badly you want me gone? I can't leave without my son” I glared at him.

“Until the DNA test, there's no proof that he had my blood running through his veins.” Stone scoffed.

“DNA test?” I widened my eyes, and he snorted at me.

“You heard me right. We'll be going for a DNA test when we go back to the castle” He replied, and I bit my lips.

“You… you still don't believe me?” I stuttered, and he laughed.

“I'll be an idiot to believe you, Bianca. There's no point having this conversation with you. It will be a long day tomorrow, so I need rest” He tucked his hands into his trousers pocket, and walked away.

“He still doubts me even after meeting Marvin?” I scratched my head.

Madison's POV

Zara held my hands as we chatted along the way.

“Why were you rude to Marvin, baby Zee?, You shouldn't have spoken to him in that manner” I stared at her calmly.

“He wants to take my daddy from me. I don't like him, and I don't like his Mom” She pouted her mouth.

“You should be nice, Baby Zee. Always be a impressive girl” I kissed her fist, and she smiled.

“Pinky promise” She chuckled.

“You have to brush your teeth, and take your bath before going to bed, okay?” I patted her hair, and she nodded.

I twisted the doorknob, and walked into the room. Zara turned on the table lamp, and walked straight into the bathroom.

Furthermore, I followed her to the bathroom, helped her take a bath, and helped her put her nightie on too.

I led her to the bed, but then I noticed something strange. The bed cover… the bed cover was actually moving. How was that possible? How can the duvet be moving when there's nothing under it?

“Sweet Mandy, I'll lie on the bed and…” Zara almost laid on the bed, but I grabbed her hand.

“Wait baby Zee” I stopped her, and stared at me surprisingly.

I walked to the bed with calculable steps, and grabbed the duvet cover. To my greatest surprise, a long snake fell out of it. It was right in front of Zara and me, and it was obstructing the door.

“Sweet Mandy” She yelled in fear on seeing the reptile that was hissing at us.

What to do, Madison? What to do?

My palms were all sweaty as the reptile crawled closer to us. I let Zara shield herself behind me. Fear gripped me even more as I stared at it fearfully. It was a cobra.

The snake hissed at us, and it stung…
