Chapter 50: Chapter 50

Shiela's POV

" I can't win this because am so tired so I said: " help ! " I shouted through our mind link .

Thank God we have fully mated else I won't be able to call out for him .

I was slam across a tree making black out in the process . . .

Opening my eyes, I was attacked by the brightness and the pain coming from my back was unbearable .

Squinting and adjusting my eyes to the brightness of this room .

I finally use my eyes to browse through the place I find myself .

There is a desk like an office desk with many equipment laying on the desk .

Equipment like knife,plier, driller and Hammer on it .

Equipment mainly used for ring people .

There are spoilt foods laying all around the place that files are feeding on it .

Dried blood on both the walls and the floors, there is this hanger whereas chains hunged on it .

Meaning people are hung there and beat to Death if needed .

" Elle ! " I heard a weak voice called and if am not mistaken, it's Lincoln .

" You son of a bitch . . . . " I left my sentence hanging in the air .

When I saw Lincoln looking unkept, worn out and thin like he has been staved for weeks .

He was also chained down just like the way I am chained .

" Come on, you should have picked your cards well bastard ! "

I shouted because I clearly remembered we disappear into the thin air .

So he can't trick me again into believing he is the guy I once knew .

" He used my face at the pack ? " Lincoln asked weakly .

I was wondering may be I should believe him or not .

" Lincoln why ? Why " I asked in a weak voice, pretending am about to cry .

So that I can trick him to turn to that creepy man that kidnapped me just few hours ago .

" Shiela that's not me . That's Max using my face . " He said and I laughed out loud .

Because all he is saying is absolutely rubbish upon rubbish .

" Do you really think I will believe that rubbish you just spill out of your mouth ?

I shouted angry at the game he is trying to play or pull .

" You were angry because is my mate and kidnapped me, you are now saying it wasn't you ? "

" It now some guy called max ! " I shouted adding more to the anger am feeling .

But one thing is not right, I don't understand why I can't feel my power .

Or should I say the cold part of me with the level of anger building up inside of me .

" is your mate ? You mean our future Alpha is your mate ? "

He asked with Surprise mixed with happiness in his tone .

" I have always known you will either be our future Luna or the Betal's mate . "

" Because of the level of power you have . " He said with excitement in his tone .

The kind of happiness in his eyes is not fake and it seems like he hasn't smile for sometimes now .

" At last, will finally tear him up and kill him . " He added with hope .

It seems he is saying the truth and I can remember the guy said his name is Max.

" What happened ? " I asked before I could stop myself .

" It's a long story . " He said cleaning his tears that are now forming around his eyes .

" Am all ears . " I added giving him the assurance to continue .

" Two weeks and some days back, I was out doing patroll around the northern side while Alpha said he needs to be somewhere . " He paused .

" I kept doing it until I picked this strange smell . Tracing it, I saw it was him Max ! "

He said clenching and unclenching his fist with anger .

" Who is he ? " I asked with curiosity .

" He was banned from our pack two years ago . " He answered .

" Why was he banned ? " I asked not satisfied with his answer .

" He was banned for killing his mate . " He said making me speechless .

" BACK to my story, I was shocked and was about attacking when he knocked me out and made us disappear in a thin air without Trace . "

" Waking up, I found myself chained down here in this room . "

" From then, he will always bring spoilt foods for me to eat everyday . But I didn't that why you saw it all around the room . "

" And every three days intervals, he will always come here to take my face using back magic . "

" Saying he haven't have a chance to get his hands on mate .

" I tried warning through dream but he didn't heed to my warnings . " He said sniffing his tears .

" Dream as how ? " I asked confused . " Am a dream feeder, which means I can get into people dream . "

He elaborated . " But why don't you mind link him instead ? " I asked .

" I can't mind link him because am almost 30 packs away from him . " He said .

" But if I had known you are his mate from the beginning, I would have warn you instead . " He said crying .

" That is if he hadn't injected me . " He said tears coming out of his eyes .

" Injected you as how ? " I asked again .

" The reason why you couldn't feel your power was because he injected us with something I don't have the knowledge of . "

He said .

" Shiela am sorry . " Lincoln said breaking down and crying again .

I wish I could comfort him but if I should try to move near him, that will be me hanging myself .

Because if I take a step nearer to him, the chain around my neck would be tightened .

" What's the solution ? " I asked not knowing what else to say .

" We only have one solution which it's you . " He said .

" Me ? " I questioned pointing at myself .

" Yes you . " He replied .

" Why me ? " I asked again .

" Because you are his mate and there's no way or how far you are to him, you will always be able to mind link him . "

He said .

" And that is if you have fully mated . " He added and a the door opened .

A ugly looking guy with a dirty brown hair walks in .

" So you are max ? " I asked and he looks at me with a dirty smirk .

" I know he must have told you . " Max said walking in with two kegs of water .

He empty everything on the floor near me and Lincoln making it flood around us .

And he placed an necked wire in the water,not before plugging it in the socket .

" Call him now ! " Lincoln whispered yelled and I opened my mind link .

Telling all the information he needed to rescue us before we are killed .

While Max was just saying rubbish to buy time for me unknowingly .

He switched on the socket and electric shock carried me for almost five minutes before he switched it off again .

I would have jumped out of the water the moment he switched it off but I was chained .

And the chain is not making it easy because it's made of iron .

I spat out blood and was still trying to breath when the electricityshock came again .

He did it for like five times making it intervals of five minutes . Before he stop .

I was still spitting out bloods when he plugged it in again but this time, he made it an hour .

Before he switched it off, not before making sure we are really tired .

Then he knocked us off .
