Chapter 49: Chapter 49

Shiela's's POV

Only to see Glinda trying to shift in the sitting room .

I had to cover Ashley eyes because all her clothes where shred . Meaning she is naked .

" Shiela please make it stop ! " Glinda said letting out another loud cry of pain .

I was shocked and surprised when her bone started cracking and changing form .

So she was a werewolf since all this time ? That I didn't even know .

I was brought back to reality when I heard Glinda scream out again .

" Make it stop please ! Am dying ! " She cried out making the necklace on her neck scatter all around .

That was the necklace her mother gave her, I till since the day she was given birth to as she has said .

Just like if that what her body was waiting for, it turned fully into a brown big wolf .

But not as big as Stolls wolf, not to talk of mine or Ashley own .

Stoll also turned into his Gray wolf and he was nursing his mate .

" So they were mate ? No wonder she was feeling that strange connection . " I thought aloud smiling sheepishly .

" Please what the time ? " I asked again . " It's 30 minutes past 12am . " Aurora answered .

" Happy birthday to Glinda ! " I screamed wishing she had turned back to human so I could jump on her .

Thank God she won't be left out of the werewolves clad, I thought smiling .

" You should go and bring spare clothes for the newly found wolf and mates . "

Stoll mom said looking at her son lovely . Those are the way my mom looked at my brother when she first met his mate .

" Ashley go get your friend clothes while I do the same for Glinda . " I said limping towards the stairs .

" Shiela are you okay ? Do you fall ? " Ashley mom asked looking at me .

Then it hit me hard, I totally forgot that am still sore in-between .

" Hmmm . . . No . . . Ehmm . . . I mean . . . "

" She was playing roughly and I forgot she is a lady, so she slipped . " He said cutting me off .

" And you know, she broke some bone . " He added like he wasn't the cause of me limping .

" Aurora should go instead and you may have your sit . " His mom said and I nodded and sat .

We kept on talking about random things before Ashley and his sister arrive .

" We are back ! " They shouted climbing down the last step .

" Who is going to change first ? " Ashley asked . " Let Stoll change first . " I said .

" We will all face the other side till he is done changing . " I quickly added .

Before Ashley get into his jealous mate side . And since he is an Alpha again,it will be tough .

" Okay . " He replied and we all turned around for him to change . . .

" Aurora can you help Glinda now ? " Ashley said and I quickly used my hands to cover his eyes .

Making everyone laugh at my act . I can't let him see what he isn't meant to see .

" Shiela , what was that ? " Glinda asked and we all turned to look at her .

" I should be the one asking you how you manage to cross from been a human to a werewolf . " I said looking confused .

" And why haven't you shifted until now that you are 18 y . . . . " I left my sentence hanging in the air .

As I examined the pendant on the fall almost besides her legs .

It has this shape that spoke somethings . Which I don't understand .

If you look at the pendant,you won't know it has a lock .

But I think the lock broke as a result of it falling off from her neck or from something .

" Lincoln did you remember what this is ? " I asked picking it up .

It took him some minutes before he answered the question I asked .

" Yes ? " He asked rather in a rude manner to my questions .

" Can you remember the name they called it in the magic world book . " I asked not minding his rude mode of answer .

" Why can't you ask your mate when you clearly stated it am not to prey into your business . " Lincoln spat out .

" Seriously ! You are still on that ? You should have saved your stress of having feelings for me instead ! " I spat standing up to face him .

" Do you think or pray I should never forgive my mate ? "

" You were the only one who understands how hurt I was when we don't get along with each other . "

" And now, you see how fine we are doing and you are all worked up because of it ? "

" I didn't asked the moon goddess to make you mateless, nor did I beg you to have feelings for me ! " I spat at him .

" You weren't the Lincoln that used to be my friend ! You are a stranger I don't know ! "

" Bring back the Lincoln that will always tell me my mate will come around and love me ! "

" Bring him back to me ! " I said poking his chest and he couldn't say a thing .

" You guys shouldn't be fighting here, let get the solution and an answer to the question and the reason why Glinda shifted late . "

Ashley cut us off . " And you Lincoln, you don't act rudely to my mate, she is your Luna ! "

Ashley snearl before leading the way out of the pack house while I followed his mom .

Because when ever Ashley is angry, it takes a while before he calms down .

Lincoln was restricted from following us . So he is in the pack house, doing what I know nothing about .

I think we are going to the priest house because mentioned something like that earlier .

He is so hot tempered . Can you believe I was actually limping behind them and they are ahead of me .

How can they forget that someone is with them who is practically limping ? I thought huffing .

I didn't realize there was a stone infront of me until my toe hit it, making me fall .

I yelled as I hit the floor . As my hand and leg bone made so crack noise .

This is so much . " Urgggg . "

How can I walk with a shifted bone in the leg and limping .

I thought before I saw a figure standing infront of me .

Looking up, I saw Lincoln smirking down at me .

" Won't you at least help instead of smirking down at me ? " I said hissing due to the pain coming from my leg .

" No I won't, thank God you make it easier for me . For your stupid mate to stop me from coming with you guys . "

He said in a very different voice from Lincoln own .

" Who the hell are you ? " I asked dragging myself backwards because his voice sounds creepy .

And he is acting so creepy away from a normal people voice .

" Am max ! " He said slapping me inorder to knock me out .

But thanks to the training I have gone through, I manage to stay awake and hit him in the no - go - area .

Before limping off with him chasing me from behind me .

I can see him coming or should I say running towards me .

In just few seconds later, he was just a feet away from me .

I can't win this because am so tired so I said: " help ! " I shouted through our mind link .

Thank God we have fully mated else I won't be able to call out for him .

I was slam across a tree making black out in the process .
