Damien's body stiffened slightly by her words. He didn't expect that Viona would take the lead of marking her so fast. His eyes stared back at her with burning intensity. Eyeballs began to glow in dark radiant that proved how his wolf was dying to mark his soulmate.
Damien breathed on her skin heavily. Eyes stuck on her nervous feature, he responded to her in a husky voice,
" More than anything I want in this world, Luna."
A satisfied smile formed on her lips when she saw how excited his wolf was for her. She heard the change behind his tongue into a flirtatious voice,
" I mean who wouldn't want a hot woman underneath him?"
Viona glared before smacking on his shoulder with a shy smile. She understood her heart now. She wanted Damien in this life and forever. He was the one type of Alpha that made her realize how trustworthy a mate could be in life. Though he held the highest rank in werewolves world, he never forced her to do anything and showed enough respect to attain her sincerity.
Now it was only a matter of time that she spilled all her secrets in front of him.
After marked by him, she wouldn't even have any regret in this life if he chose to abandon her. Changing the subject consideringly, Viona spoke in a serious tone,
" I really want to start my trial of becoming the Luna Queen, Damien. Now it is necessary to increase the strength of our pack."
Damien pulled her in his embrace and assured rubbing on her back,
" Okay! I will invite the other packs once you are so ready. If no one agrees to train you in our pack, I will guide you personally."
Viona smiled with satisfiction and replied drawing circles on his chest,
" Hmm! I believe in you the most, Alpha. Let's head for our mansion now. I hope, they have their answer."

By the time, they returned to Trevisan Mansion, people were scattered in all over the places. Entering into the large hallway, Viona's eyes first laid on the backpack that was settled in the corner.
A sigh escaped from her lips and throat swallowed bitterly. Not only his position in the council, now she caused Damien to loose his pack members.
The guilt was unbearable!
A man at his late forties came forward to speak and bowed slightly,
" We are very sorry, Alpha! My mate is a gamma and she can no longer work outside. We have decided to shift in other pack."
Damien didn't respond to his words and watched him leaving with family soon after. A few of them placed various excuses before making their way to leave. All the while, Damien didn't utter any word of protest and watched them leaving silently.
Lucky, many of them decided to stay and devoted themselves into the wellbeing of Blood Moon Pack. Meredith's first choice was to leave but Ashley held her back. Damien had the royal blood of werewolves among all the existing packs. Though he had lost his position with the council, he still had potential of growing up as the most powerful Alpha of all time.
After they were done with their leaves, Damien breathed a long deep sigh and spoke looking at the existent members around,
" Why don't you guys leave too?"
Ashley walked forward and replied on behalf of others respectively,
" Though we are angry on you, we believe in your abilities Damien. I am sure that we can survive well if we stick together. We have many hard workers around."
Mother of Seth and Sana stepped forward to speak with a bowing head,
" Yes, Alpha. You had given us shelters when we had no one by our side. We can't leave this pack alone for our good sake."
Viona's lips formed into a wide smile after their words. These were the people who were real familiy of them. Real familiy don't leave you at your poor state.
Damien gave them a bitter smile and felt Viona's hand on his shoulder as an invisible support. Regaining his encouragement, he spoke to the rest of members confidently,
" That's it. Blood Moon Pack never relied on others in regards of fights. We will live together and die together. Even if no one provides us support, we will become each others support."
The members all chirped in encouragement and showed their unity that brought smile on Damien's face. After letting out a sigh of relief, Damien spoke again as an encouragement,
" I will appoint everyone in business tomorrow. Then we will decide who will work in which areas. I believe that my hard worker members can definitely find a steady job."
The members all agreed in unison and started to go back in their rooms. Ashley scooped the chance of apologising to Damien. She rushed behind him and grabbed his arms from back.
Viona's brows slightly furrowed at her action and she urged her wolf to stay calm. Looking back, Damien saw her guilt flashed eyes and heard her pleading voice,
" Damien! Don't be angry on us, please! We were momentarily angry on you."
Damien didn't like the way Ashley was holding onto him. He let go of her grip awkwardly and assured with a half smile,
" At least you are staying with Aunt, Ashley. I didn't take your words in my mind. You have shown enough sincerity on my pack in the past."
Ashley gave a provoking smile and a knot formed inside Viona's chest. She didn't mean to become jealous but Damien's words carried different meaning.
Ashley couldn't wait to provoke Viona's emotions further. Her eyes twinkled slightly before her words came out on purpose,
" Of course, you know me the best Damien because I am your savior after all."
