Chapter 92: Chapter 92

Jake arrived at that moment and stood beside me as his worried, dark gaze caught mine again. It was as if he was asking how I was doing, and I nodded at him. We both turned to the four vampires in front of us as the blonde and the girl started throwing punches at us while the other two threw out kicks.

We both jumped, dodging their kicks and punches. As soon as our feet touched the ground, Jake hooked his right arm arm around my left arm. He raised up my whole body using his body against mine up and swung me towards each of them as I extended my right leg to kick them.

My foot left a blow on each of their faces, making them stumble back in shock, anger and pain. However, the last vampire who was a bald headed man with a heavy build and resembled the incredible hulk caught hold of my Anne. I immediately used my other foot to kick at his hand and he hissed, letting my ankle go.

Jake placed me back on the ground and unhooked his arm from around me. We stood side by side just as the vampire with brown hair threw a punch at me. Before I could react, Jake quickly threw out his arm towards it and his arm hit the brown haired vampire, deflecting it aside. The vampire growled and moved his gaze to Jake.

He started throwing punches at him together with the bald, giant vampire. As soon as he was occupied, the female vampire with her dark hair glared at me and started her attack on me. As if I couldn't handle myself. I could hold my own, and Jake knew that too, but because he was my mate and boyfriend, he had the urge to protect me no matter what. She threw a punch at my face, but I swiftly moved aside.

The blonde haired vampire threw a punch at my side, but I jumped back, and spun around in a circle then threw out my foot to kick him. The kick landed on his abdomen and he winced, moving his hand to it. He gripped his abdomen as he glared at me. The female vampire didn't waste time to throw a kick at me, but I saw it coming and grabbed onto her ankle.

I quickly turned it to the side, twisting the bone. She let out a scream and the blonde vampire interlaced his fingers then lifted them up, preparing to slam them down on my face. I realized what he was doing and quickly spun the female vampire to my position while I stayed farther behind. So the blow of his joint hands landed on her head.

She let out another scream as she fell down on the ground and I let go of her ankle. Blood started gushing out from a small gash on her forehead as her friend stood still in front of her in shock and horror. "Selene, are you alright? I am sorry, I did not mean to hit you."

She growled at him with her fangs extended and eyes a darker shade of red. "Don't just stand there! Get her and make her pay!"

"Well, we can't really hurt her since Hades said we need her for-" He started, but was cut off by a hiss from her.

"I don't care, just get her now!"

I had my eyebrows raised as I watched their exchange. From what I heard, they couldn't hurt me since Hades needed me for my powers and maybe something else. I quickly focused on the blonde vampire as he ran at me with his hands balled into fists. He threw out his arm in a punch, but I caught his wrist before it landed and grabbed his neck with my other hand.

I reeled my head back then reeled it forward and slammed it against his forehead. His eyes shut in pain as he stumbled back and held his head with his free hand. I released his neck and arm, and was about to deliver a blow to his head to end the fight. But I felt someone kick my legs from under me. I held out my hands in front of me to brace my fall.

My palms touched the ground with my knees and thighs. I quickly turned and looked to see who the culprit was. As expected, it was the female vampire and she was standing over me with red eyes and long fangs. She raised her leg and slammed it down on my abdomen. I coughed and a bit of blood flew out of my mouth. I moved my head to the side and spat it all out.

Turning my head back to her, I saw that she was raising her foot again in preparation of slamming it down on my abdomen again. But this time, I was prepared and she should have known that since I wasn't stupid not to block it since I knew that this was the attack. I raised both of my legs and kicked her abdomen.

She ambled back and held onto hwe abdomen in pain. I jumped to my feet and didn't waste time to throw a kick at her head. She grabbed my able this time, but I anticipated the move and jumped up then twisted my ankle in her grip. That made her let go, and I swiftly threw another kick, but this time, at her chest.

She fell back on the floor, clutching her chest just as I felt strong arms wrap around my arms. The arms caged my arms to my body and I realized that it was the blonde vampire. Lifted my leg and slammed my foot down on his feet, hard. He let put a yelp and I kicked behind me, slamming my leg to his core. He immediately released me as he let out a scream.

I turned around and saw him, clutching his front as a look of pain formed on his face. My breaths came in short pants as I moved my gaze to the female vampire and saw that she was still laying on the floor, clutching her chest. I moved my gaze to around the room to see that Jake had defeated the other two vampires and they were lying down on the ground.

He was now fighting three new vampire comers as they tried to take him down. I ran to his side and as I did so, I moved my gaze to Sebastian and Hades. They were still fighting and in a harsh match. As soon as I reached Jake, I threw a kick at one of the male vampires attacking him and it landed where the sun doesn't shine. He bent over as he cupped it with a pained look on his face.
