Chapter 53: Chapter 53

Thor pov:

Selena (moon goddess) woke me up with a fright. There was panic in her voice, telling me to get down stairs right now. I thought maybe we were under some kind of attack so I mind linked my warriors. I could not believe my eyes there was my little princes on the dance floor with non-other than my best friend's son. Now do not get me wrong he is a good kid and will make a fine alpha one day but they are both too young for this. Especially my baby girl she is just sixteen, she still has more training to do; she will come into her full blown powers when she turns eighteen. What powers we do not know, all's I know is her wolf Kia is as ancient and powerful wolf.

She has not been on this earth for thousands of years and she chose our daughter to come down to. She was not happy about the war and the way it ended so when we brought Chrystal back to earth she decided to come with her. Selena doesn't even know all her powers; she has been researching up on the moon but cannot find anything about the wolf. All of our records from the castle got burnt up in the fire. I didn't even know she was a witch until she set the cat's tail on fire that one time. The poor girl carried that cat around for weeks, crying and apologizing to it. She was so heartbroken over the incident that she has made sure she has never hurt a living thing again. It is even hard to get her to kill a rogue she wants to reason with them. I can feel my chest swell up with pride just thinking about her talking to a rogue. Most of my warriors used to be rogues till they meet my little princess and she gave them a purpose in life again.

I watch them for a bit and think this might not be so bad they are just dancing no harm. I just look and admire my beautiful daughter so much like her mother, I can feel my heart swell up with pride over this daughter of mine. But then I notice how their feet are off the ground and there is light emitting from them. Oh crap her powers are coming, coming two years to soon. This could kill her for she is not ready; I have to stop this before it goes too far.

So I let out my deadliest roar, some people tell me it sounds like a volcano going off when I do that. That's okay it works and they both fall to the ground on their rears. I don't even stop to see if they got hurt I just want to know what the heck is going on.

I go up to them asking what was going on here and how did they get up here. Before they can reply Selena links me "calm down honey they are just kids and you reached them in time." I just huff at her calm down my rear this is my daughter's life we are talking about here.

I take a deep breath in and still in my alpha voice, maybe not the roar but it works, and tell him to my office.

We get to the office and I have him sit, I am calmer but it is hard to not be upset when I could have lost my daughter for this puppy dog love they have going on. I sit in my seat and take a deep breath in and out to calm down a bit.

Then I look at him and ask what he is doing here. He tells me "to see his mate;" I feel the anger starting again and before I could do or say anything Selena mind linked me again. Man she has timing because I tell you I am one second away from tearing this punks head off.

"Now Thor calm down this is her mate I know it is too early. This must be some of Kia's work again we both know she is a powerful witch."

"How did I not know what was going on outside and why did you wait so long to wake me up?"

She lowered her head and blushed and proceeded to tell me all about what happened tonight. She also proceeded to tell me how Chrystal has been bringing him to her in his dreams.

"What the crap Selena you could not have told me this sooner?" yes I am mad. But I still love my mate she is more beautiful now than the first day I laid eyes on her. But the fact is we lost our daughter once and I do not feel like losing her again. I believe if she comes into her powers before her eighteenth birthday it will cost her her life. If that should happen there will be no more lycan's or werewolves, or any other supernatural being out there. It all boils down to my little princess head. We have not told her anything about all this until she got hurt and Selena thought she was old enough to handle all of it.

Selena starts crying once I yelled at her and now I feel like crap I need to get rid of this kid so I can go to my mate so I tell her we will discuss this when I am done to meet me In our room. Yes I say our room occasionally she can come to earth and spend the night with me. Normally I am up on the moon with her until I am with our daughter. You can only be away from your mate for so long.

I end the link and look at the boy and ask him how he knew she was his mate. He said a feeling, can you believe this kid "a feeling" what does he know. I finish by telling him that if I see him around her again I will not hesitate to kill him and I will be telling his dad. Let him deal with him. He probably want say too much he was always hoping they would be mated. I mean I was also but my daughter's life was at risk tonight and it will not happen again.

I finish with the kid and tell him there is a car out front waiting to take him home. I wait for him to leave and put my elbows on the desk and put my head in my hands. Thanking the goddess for getting me up in time to save our daughter. I calm myself down and then lift my head and pick the phone up to call alpha Moon.

It rings a couple times and then I hear his over the phone "hello"
