Andrew POV ¶¶

"Wow, beautiful lady!."

I said to myself as I finally opened my eyes. And the first person I saw was Grace. The stubborn lady!.

"You seem to be a very determined person!.".

I said softly, wondering why she kept coming closer to me after all my threats.

Grace is the first person I saw. After all the trauma. And she wasn't the nasty, irritating lady I first met.

The wind blew, I could feel the nice soft fragrance of her torso, very stimulating.

"Kind of. Sorry for the bullet you took when you tried helping me. I am really grateful!."

She explained.

I stared at her, articulating every single word from her well-carved lips. That blushed my heart.

"Don't mention. It was my decision, so you owe me anything!."

I said to her

"I do!. You saved me!."

She insisted.

"No!. You don't!."

Insisted as well

"Hahaha, however, I am grateful!."

Grace stated

"I was so careless!. How couldn't I see this earlier?!."

I said to myself, I felt like passing my hands into her well-combed hairs.

"Okay, as you wish!. We haven't officially present ourselves, yet!."

I could barely speak out.

Speaking was so draining but I really wished to know more about her thou. The situation in which we met each other was intriguing.

"That true!. But you look weak and barely talk!. We can do this some other time. Now all you need is to rest and fully recover."

Grace explained softly,

She was right but I was a fighter. I didn't easily give up!.

A lady came in screaming, interrupting our discussion.

"Grace, my girl!. You are alive!. I thought I had lost you!."

The woman began to cry as she saw Grace.

They ran into each other's arms crying.

"My baby, you have grown so pale!. I can't imagine what you went through all this period!. Why do you keep such toxic relationships? Grace!. Anyway, it's not the time to discuss this, I am so glad to see you."

Her mum couldn't stop speak!.

Holding Grace tightly.

"I am sorry for all the torture I caused you, mum. I know, you and dad are disappointed in me but It wasn't intentional. I am really sorry!."

Grace cried out begging for forgiveness.

That's was a weird scene!.

"We all make mistakes!. And it wasn't your fault, you aren't Jordan!. I can't wait to find that bastard!"

"Thank you for all the love mum!."

I started.

The extreme happiness when I saw my mum was unexplainable!. My heart palpitated. She had always showered me with a lot of love!.

"Mum this is Andrew, he took this bullet just to save me. Andrew this is my beloved mother!."

I introduced

"Thanks for saving my daughter!. Nice to meet you too. But Grace we have to start leaving. We got a lot to discuss!."

My mum said.

Just wanting all for herself.

"But mum..."

I hesitated, I didn't want to leave Andrew all to himself!.

It wasn't proper after what he did for me. I felt like I owed him a lot.

"Grace, I understand but we have to leave. I will tell Malone to stay with him until his parent's arrival or any other relative!."

My mum explained.

"Andrew I will forever remain grateful. This is my visit get. Let me know if you need anything!."

My mum

"Thank you!."

Andrew barely answered just to be polite but he cared less about her gratefulness.

All he needed at that moment, was a nice companion around. That couldn't be since I had to leave.

Saddening to see me leave so quickly.

I didn't want to leave either.

Andrew's mother arrived!.

"OMG, my baby!."

She shouted in pain.

She sat by him heartbroken, thanking the heavens for leaving him alive!.

"I hope that you are well been taken care of?. Whatever now I am around for you!."

His mum spoke.

"Thanks!. I just need a quick recovery!. I hate being here!."

He weakly answered

"I know!. I know and you will."

His mum said.

He laid calmly!.

His mum left in search of the doctor in charge of her son to get more updates. After which she later came back!.

"Andrew I was told a lady had paid for all your bill and more. Wow, who is that, and why?."

Andrew careless.

"Never mind!."

He said.
