Chapter 62: Chapter 62

**Next Morning**

“Ellie, will you wake up?” Elsa said as she tapped Ellie. Ellie grumbled and rolled over to the other side of the bed. Elsa hissed out angrily. It was 5:45 AM and Ellie was still sleeping. She needed to revise some topics and here her sister was, still snoring and holding her down. She raised her hand in the air and landed it on her Ellie’s bare lap. Ellie screamed and sprang up. She looked around and saw her sister. She unconsciously brought her hand to her lap and rubbed it.

“Elsa, did you just hit me?” She asked angrily. Elsa hissed out and walked toward her own bed. She sat down and tied the lace of her shoes.

“Seems like you are not going to class.” Elsa said.

“Does that mean you should hit me like that?” Ellie asked with annoyance in her voice.

“Babe, get up and have a bath. Your mouth stinks.” Elsa replied as she hung her towel on the door of the bathroom. Ellie scrambled out of the bed and stretched out her bones. She yawned and slowly pulled off her clothes. They dropped on the floor and she stepped out of it. She picked them and threw them in the laundry basket.

She walked towards the bathroom and slam the door shut. She stood in front of the mirror and pressed toothpaste on her tooth brush. She turned on the tap and began to brush. After she was done, she stepped into the shower and let the water pour on her freely. She looked down on her laps and saw that the place Elsa had beaten her had gotten red. She turned off the shower and took her towel.

“Are you ready?” Elsa asked. Ellie applied her lip gloss and stared at her reflection in the mirror.

“I am ready.” She said and exhaled deeply. They both stepped out of the room and Elsa locked the door.

Students hurried into their various classes. The D-day already arrived that their intelligence will be tested already arrived. Elsa and Ellie both walked into the class. But one could sense anxiety, fear and nervousness seeping out of them. They walked with just pens in their hands, it was the only material that was accepted in the exam hall. They entered the class and went to take their various seats. Everyone settled down and sat upright, expecting the teacher to come with her examination papers. Everywhere became quiet that even if a pin drops, it could be heard.

Shawna walked gracefully with the papers in her hands to the English teacher’s office. Her face was full of mischievous smile.

“Good morning, ma’am.” Shawna greeted as she stepped into her office.

“Shawna, hope you slept well?” Mrs. Ann asked.

“Yes, ma’am and you?” Shawna answered.

“Yes. The paper right?” She asked.

“Yes, ma’am.” Shawna said.

“Drop them over there.” She said and pointed towards the vanity of the office. Shawna nodded her head curtly and walked towards the table. As she was placing the papers down, she was secretly scouting the place for their examination sheets. Her eyes roamed about the papers that were placed, just as she was about to give up, her eyes caught a student’s name. She knew who that student was and also the person was in her class. This was definitely what she was looking for.

“Ain’t you done?” Mrs. Ann asked.

“Almost done. The papers got scattered.” Shawna said and slowly moved her hands with so much caution towards the examination sheets. She started going through it. She checked for names and saw the surname of the person she was looking for. She smiled happily and slipped a piece of paper into it. She arranged the papers properly and also adjusted her posture.

“I’m done, ma’am.” Shawna announced.

“Thanks.” Mrs. Ann said.

“You’re welcome.” Shawna said and exited the office with a smile on her face. She walked through the corridors and finally entered her class. She slowly took a glance at Elsa who was looking straight forward. She smiled and went to take a seat.

“And let the show begin.” She thought.

Mrs. Ann walked into the class with her heels hitting the floor like she was marching. She walked into the class with a usual smile.

“Good day, humble stars.” She greeted as she scanned through the students. No one answered. She smiled.

RULE 164- no talking during the exam. Let everywhere be as silent as a graveyard.

“Hope none of you is with anything that can implicate you?” She asked. They all nodded.

“Now, before I give you these papers. Pray.” She said and everyone closed their eyes and silently prayed. Some placed their head on the table.

“Time up.” She rang her little bell and they all sat focused. She smiled and started sharing the papers for each student.

“Start.” She instructed. Jake took a quick glance at Ellie who was busy flipping through her papers. She soon started writing. He smiled and started writing also. Every one got busy with their own work.

**Few Minutes Later**

Jayson kept looking at Elsa, he smiled when he saw that she did not stop inking down her pen. Luckily, she did not allow his sweats to go down the drain. Mrs. Ann walked around, going through the students’ work and also stylishly checking their tables to see any materials that was disallowed during the examination. She was looking at a student work when she saw a paper slipping out from another student answer booklet. The paper fell at her feet, she bent down and picked it. She narrowed her eyes on it and read what was written there in her mind. She looked at the student. She walked towards her and stared at her with eyes wide open and twitching in anger.

“Get up.” She roared and the student who did not know she was referring to her still sat down and writing. All the students which were in the class looked up.

“Hey.” A student closed to Ellie tapped her. Ellie did not look at her but continue to write.

“Are you deaf?” Mrs. Ann asked as she slammed her hands on Ellie desk, making Ellie flinch.
