Chapter 55: Chapter 55

**Two days later**

Grrr! Grrr! Grrr!

“Elsa, please turn off the alarm.” Ellie mumbled sleepily as she turned over on the bed. But the alarm being an alarm kept ringing.

“Elsa, didn't I say you should turn off the alarm?” She said almost like yelling angrily as she sprang up. She was breathing heavily in annoyance. Then it dawned on her that the Elsa she was calling was away for a planned break by the school. She hit her head at her silliness.

She yanked the alarm that would not stop ringing and angrily turned it off. She dropped it on the shelf angrily giving it a thud sound.

She sighed and wrinkled her eyebrowows in sadness. I placed her head on the pillow and sighed.

“Guess you are enjoying over there.” She said.

“And also happy that I am missing you.” She said and sat up again.

“I wouldn’t let myself be down. You are enjoying and I will also enjoy.” She said with half hearted determination and pulled off the top and pyjamas she was wearing hurriedly.

She threw them on her sister's bed and quickly ran towards the bathroom.

Whistling, she put the toothpaste on her toothbrush and opened her teeth in display at the mirror before. She soon started brushing.

She rinsed her mouth and opened her teeth to see if it was clean enough. She smiled satisfactorily and head towards the shower.

“It's really cool to have a personal bathroom.” She said as she felt the coolness of the water on her skin. She shuddered and relaxed after a while.

“Not likely changes anything.” She shrugged and continued scrubbing her skin as if she had mud on them.

She was finally done with the bathroom. While muttering the chorus of FADED by Alan Walker, she stretched her hands out and pulled the mint green towel that was hung right outside the shower wall. Even though she mixed up the lyrics, she kept singing it as scattered as she could.

She wrapped the towel around her not too tiny frame and hopped out of the shower. She shivered as she felt the loss of heat she had in the shower.

Standing in front of their wardrobe, she skimmed through dresses and picking one then returning it. Shaking her head in refusal, she dropped the purple V-neck shaped top and picked a sky blue sleeveless pencil gown with a knee length.

“This will go with a black short jacket, right?” She asked and thought about for a while before finally smiling in agreement.

“I don’t know why, but I am too fashionable.” She grinned and went towards the mirror. She used her lotion and other body ointment before getting into her orange panties and black bra. She took the gown gently and wore it over head. With a little difficulty, she pulled it down to her knees.

It brought her supposedly figure 8 shape that she has always bragged about to her sister that she has.

“Oh my gosh, see how packaged I am.” She said and smiled at herself. She shook her body in self appraisal and used the lip gloss. She clamped her lips noisily and covered the lips. She removed the towel that was wrapped on her head so that it could soak her wet hair.

Her brown hair poured down on her shoulders. Though it was still a little bit wet, she could still manage it.

Not having an hair dryer could be so shameful. She combed it and applied some cream on it.

She was not the foundation and concealer type. She put on a pair of brown sandals that actually belonged to Elsa and carried a little brown bag more of a purse, to match it. She walked towards the place the key to their room was and took it in her palms.

“And yes, before I forget.” She said like she had just remembered something. She laid the bed properly and picked her jacket.

She hopped out of the room and locked the door. She dipped the key into her bag.

As she walked through the corridors leading to the exit of her dorm, she saw several girls; some were talking while some were busy doing their stuffs. Well what made most of the sounds she heard was the chatterings among the girls.

She shook her head in disapproval and walked out quietly. Despite the fact that she talks a lot, not like talk though, she still can't stay in corridors and keep gossiping about people.

The first person she came in contact with was Jake. She looked at him with surprise.

There he stood, leaning against a wall there with a leg placed on it like a gentleman, clad in a grey color pair of joggers and a emerald green top that had a design of a sketched man's face. He had the killer shades on. She could almost feel herself drool over him.

“Jake.” She called out and this brought his attention to her. He looked at her face. Then slowly brought his gaze down her body. It stood for a while on her tiny waist before going down to her feet. He definitely could not take his eyes off her.

“How can a lady be this endowed?” He thought as he gazed lustfully at her with the shades still on.

“Jake.” She called out again when she noticed he was not responding. He blinked his eyes and took off his shades.

“Yes, Hey.” He said with a little smile.

“So what are you doing here?” She asked as she took a step forward.

“Was thinking we could hang out today.” He said nervously.

“Usual routine. I hope when Jayson comes back, you will still love to hang out with me.” She said and turned towards him.

“Sure.” He said and they both laughed as they walked towards the café.

“Why aren't you going with them?” Maureen asked Aria as they stood and watched Jake and Ellie laugh and talk while walking.

“Since you decided to ignore and dump me for her.” She added. Aria rolled her eyes at her.

“I don’t belong to their group.” She said absentmindedly.

“Group? Are they a group?” Maureen asked as she sipped her orange juice.

“They are not but whenever I am with them, I just feel different like I am totally out.” She explained. Maureen shrugged and snorted.

“They looked like a couple made in heavens to me.” Maureen said.

“Yeah, you are right.” Aria thought.

“Guess I should give up.” She added.

“But can I?”
