Chapter 22: Chapter 22
Chapter 22
[Hatred And Rage]
Shawna looked up and stared at her.
“Are you okay?” Tessy asked with her brows arched up in worry.
“D-Do I l-look o-okay t-to y-you?” She stuttered.
“No, you don’t.. Erm.. I mean..” Tessy said not getting what she meant.
“What happened?” Crystal asked. “You looked depressed.”
“Everything was going so well between Jayson and I. You know, even I had already apologized for what I did during the holiday in his house but Elsa just made everything go in utter waste.” She ranted.
“He had already forgiven me and said we could continue to be friends and that was when that Elsa of a b*tch decided to come pick a fight with me.” She said angrily.
“What a b*tch she really is.” Tessy said while Crystal looked at her and eyed her. She hissed out.
“So what are you going to do about it?” Tessy asked.
“You should know that I won't let go of this insult. Today, she feels like hero but wait and watch what I will do to her.” Shawna said between gritted teeth.
“Seems like you still did not learn your lesson, hope she gives you more punishment or rather slap on your face to set things straight in your head.” Crystal said and stood up to leave.
“Oh, please, if you don’t have anything to say, don’t just open your mouth and say nonsense.” Tessy replied her rudely.
“Hope you also change one day.” Crystal said before going into her room.

“Spoken sense to her already?” Jace asked sleepily and yawned.
“Yes.” Jayson said and took a seat.
“This girl is really into you, Jayson.” Jeremy said. “But I am not into her and that is it, period. I already made it clear to her.” Jayson replied.
“And where is Jasper?” Jayson asked as he looked around.
Knock! Knock!
“Come in.” Jace said.
“And here is he.” Jeremy said.
“Where are you coming from?” Jake asked. He also wondered why he asked too but he felt like asking.
“Was feeling heat, decided to get some fresh air outside. Got any problem with that?” He asked. He walked past Jayson and Jayson caught a whiff of a scent that he was so familiar with but he could not decipher whose it was.
“This obviously is not Jasper's perfume scent.” Jayson thought inwardly.
“Did anyone notice the perfume on Jasper smelt different?” He asked his fellows.
They all shook their heads negatively. He sighed but was still not convinced yet.

“I miss grandma.” Elsa said.
“Not only you, I also miss her so much. How is she faring? Hope she is selling her goods? These are what I think about all most times.” Ellie said.
“Hopes she takes her medications and also get a lot of rest.” Elsa said.
“Same.” Ellie agreed. “I am so sleepy right now.” Ellie said and yawned. She laid down on the bed and soon dozed off. Elsa stared at her sister and sighed.

**Next morning**
“Can’t you throw it a bit lower?” Jayson said tiredly.
They have been practicing earnestly for the basketball competition that would be coming up next week and these opponents of theirs ain't helping matters.
“Can't jump and collect it?” Mark asked spitefully. He looked at him with accusing eyes.
“You are deliberately throwing it higher knowing fully well that even if we or Jayson triy, we won't be able to catch it.” Jake said tiredly and took a seat.
“Five minutes break everyone.” The coach said and blew the whistle.
“Gosh, I am so tired.” Jeremy said and brushed his already wet hair to the back with his hands.
“Lazy dummy.” Jasper scoffed. “Hey, I am not lazy but tired.” Jeremy replied him.
“Break over.” The coach said after some minutes.
“It is up to five minutes already?” Jace asked as he dropped his water bottle.
“Who knows.” Jake said.
“Training starts.” The coach urged.
“First team – Jake, Jeremy, Jasper, Jayson, and Jace while the second team – Mark, Raph , Matt, Sam, Drake.” He said calling their names out.
“Start now!” He shouted.
Mark was started running around with the ball in his hands, Jake tried preventing him from entering into their part of the court but Mark wasn't just having that. He tossed the ball to Raph. Raph threw the ball hoping it will get into their net but unfortunately it did not. Mark was so enraged.
Jayson took the ball from Jace and made a quick chase into Mark's part of the court, in a bid to throw it, Mark deliberately put his legs right in front of Jayson and Jayson fell flat on the basketball court floor.
“Ouch!” He exclaimed as he came into contact with the floor.
“Jayson.” Jake and the rest called out as they ran towards him.
“Are you okay?” Jace asked.
“Do I look okay?” Jayson groaned out.
“Ouch! my elbow is broken.” He said as Jasper tried lifting him up. Jake looked around and saw their supposed opponents smirking.
“That son of a b*tch.” He stood up angrily and marched over to Mark. In a blink of an eye, Jake's fist already connected with Mark's face. Mark's head swerved to the right, he looked up and tried returning his but Jake already held down his hands and here comes the fight.
The coach ran over to separate them while those that were trying to lift Jayson up dropped him abruptly on the floor and ran over to Jake and Mark.
“Ouch!, that hurts.” Jayson said and looked around. “Hey, Jake, stop it, let him be.”
“Stop it.” Jasper said while trying to separate them, the coach blew his whistle. They both stopped and turned to him.
“Can you explain what happened here to me?” He asked.
“Mark deliberately smacked Jayson down.” Jake said.
“And does that call for this unnecessary quarrel?” He asked.
“And moreover why did you decide to take law into your hands?” He asked.
“I am sorry, sir.” Jake replied and that was something the coach liked about him.
“You are forgiven and you, Mark, you won't participating in the competition against the school because what you did can disqualify us.” The coach said and left.
“But sir.. I.. Erm..” Mark tried talking to him but he was out of sight. He looked around and saw the J-stars with some people who look they came from the health department. His nose kept twitching in anger and sweat started dripping down his face. He ran towards the exit and barged out.
“Hate you, you fucking J-stars.” He said.
