Chapter 78: Chapter 78
Sydney’s POV:
I don’t want any dilemma. I need to decide something. I only want to save Mason but not his sister. I need to open my mouth. If I could take time to tell something having a dilemma, I can’t decide anything strongly in my life.
“I want to...” I started and trailed off my seeing a dark black cloud next to the Queen. It emerged all of a sudden from nowhere. Slowly, I can be able to see a women’s leg and the whole body appearing in front of us within moments. It’s Dorothy. How did she transport herself straight to hell?
“I want your help, Queen. Iam sorry for not telling that Iam coming to hell without permission.” she politely spoke and bowed. She glanced at me sideways before facing the Queen.
“You are always welcome here, Darling. What help do you want now?” Lilith asked. She seemed happy by the entrance of Dorothy in hell. I never know she can visit hell at any time.
“Everyone knows that I tricked my sister and tried to kill her daughter. But you always know what I need. I want to take the throne. I want to do something to get rid of my sister and her husband forever,” Dorothy made a horrible wish. The Queen’s face is like it’s an acceptable wish but it isn’t. It’s about my parents.
“This is not going to happen. You are going to end up dead in the end. Mark my words, Dorothy,” I shouted, getting out of my control.
“Here you are. This is my sister’s daughter. If it’s possible, get rid of her too, Queen,” Dorothy asked with a smirk on her face. She acted like she only noticed me the moment I talked.
“But she’s here in seek of my help, Darling. How can I turn her down?” Lilith told her. I don’t trust both of them. The Queen is always on Dorothy’s side. She won’t have the heart to help me even though her words are positive.
“The Imposter needs the Queen’s help. Well, Iam ready to hear it too,” Dorothy folded her arms and waited for my words.
There’s no use in asking the Queen to bring back Mason and Phoebe when the Queen will be having a plan to get rid of my parents. In fact, I have more wishes. There won’t be a single person without a wish. First, I want to bring back Mason, Lydia to life. Second, I want to get out of hell with all my friends and aunt. Third, I want to kill Dorothy and take the throne which rightfully belongs to me.
What am I supposed to say now?
“The throne belongs to me. Iam the true heir. Not her. I want to get back to Slateville and claim what is mine,” I answered. I didn’t mention any of my friends or my aunt. I know it may seem selfish. But I didn’t say I will leave everyone here. Right now, I decided to say my request which will clash with Dorothy’s request. That’s all I can say at this moment.
“What are you saying, Sydney?” Amelia muttered near my ear.
“Are you insane? We all wanted to get out of here. That’s what you want. What’s wrong with you?” Noah asked me, raising his voice which is enough to be heard by everyone.
“You both want the same thing?” Lilith raised her eyebrow. She looked at both of us. Dorothy and I.
“What’s your decision, Queen? You want to help her or me?” I questioned her. My respect is decreasing every minute. Iam losing my patient.
“I can gladly grant Dorothy’s wish. But if you want me to help you, it won’t be easy. There will be consequences, Darling,”
“You already took Noah’s power. What else do you want?” I yelled at her, losing all the respect I had before I met her.
“That’s only for letting them stay here. If you want more, you need to give more. This isn’t enough.” Lilith confirmed.
“Did you hear the Queen? You should give up now. You have been through all this for nothing. Nothing.” Dorothy raised my temper.
“What will be the consequences, Queen?” Amelia asked politely but with a little bit of fear.
“I want all your power. You don’t need to worry. You will get black power like Dorothy. But you will lose the royal power in you which you can’t get back.” Lilith told looking at me. She doesn’t want anyone else’s power. It’s only me. I was the only one who asked for help. I need to lose everything.
“I can’t and I won’t,” I stubbornly answered Lilith. Her eyes widened. People usually agree with whatever she’s saying. Now I rejected it. Dorothy does not react. She knows that I won’t do anything related to losing my power. She’s confident that she’s going to win. Iam not even a competition to her.
“Then it’s decided. You are all not leaving hell. Not now. You will be here forever.” Lilith said.
“Nooo. We want to get back to our home. Noah lost his power for going back. Why did he lose everything for nothing? This isn’t fair.” Amelia argued with tears in her eyes.
“It’s settled. Iam not getting my life back,” Mason murmured to himself.
“At least no one got what they wanted. I feel good.” Phoebe told happily.
“Everything’s happening according to my wish. So, why do you need to live?” Dorothy replied and lifted her hands in my direction. There’s a black light emerged from her palm. It was so fast that I could react at that moment. At the same moment, Noah pushed me out of the way. I fell with Noah. I didn’t take a moment to look up. I lifted my hand and the blue light blasted from my palm.
