Next morning

I sit up and rub my eyes softly, yawning tiredly I look up and see Jayson in front of me.

Huh? "I'm close Cherry." He says, "Jayson." I call out, I shout his name again but he doesn't respond, I close my eyes and open it only to see that he has gone, and I'm sweating profusely.

I realize I've been dreaming yet again and sigh, still sitting on my bed I think about the events of yesterday.

It was such a hectic day for me, when I came back from church I went to the park, the mall to get some things for myself and to prepare for today's meeting with Cortez Hotels and I also called Jeanne yesterday to tell her how my vacation is going, and also about the mysterious handsome guy i collided with at the church.

We gisted, laughed and talked as if we had not seen each other for almost a year and not just last week.

My alarm immediately rings and I stand up from my bed and decide to get ready for work, I stand up and go to my bathroom, deciding to use the shower, I strip, take some liquid bathing soap and rub my body sensually as the water cascade down my back.

I finish quickly and proceed to my wardrobe to pick out an outfit for the day, I'm going to work long today, so I decide to put on something light and just take a sweater along in case it rains and I become cold.

I'm currently at that time of the month, when I have to wear black lingerie all through and i do just that, so as to avoid staining my clothes, I put on a navy blue skirt suit, I pack my hair upwards, letting it fall freely to my waist, I put on some jewelry, wear my black pumps and I'm ready to go.

I apply some perfume, pick the important documents I'll be needing from my bedside drawer, and wear my wristwatch, pick my phone and leave the room.

Not wanting to cook anything this morning in my built in kitchen, I resolve to stop at a nearby restaurant cafe for some coffee and crumbly bites when I get to work.

Heading outside, I spot Mark standing beside my car already, he opens the door immediately I approach, I enter and we exchange pleasantries.

"You know my schedule right." I ask him.

"Yes I do ma'am, I'm taking you to Cortez Hotels this morning." He says and I nod in confirmation. "Yes, take me to a nearby cafe, I need to get breakfast, before we head there."

"Ok ma'am." He says and speeds off.

I have already informed my crew and staffs to be there already, so i guess they should be waiting for me by now.

JAYSON'S POV

I get to my office very early to get everything prepared for my Cher', I don't even know if I should call her mine now.

Her company Cherlins Co-operatives is in charge of the hotel decorations, and the details has been run over and prepared already.

I go outside to get some fresh air, turning my attention to my phone, I hear a car drive into the building's driveway.

Looking up I see it's Cherry's car, suddenly my heart starts beating frantically, now that I know her real identity I don't know how to face her anymore.

Her driver parks at the garage, and not long after she comes out from the car, she's dressed in navy blue suit and jacket, her handbag in her hand, she looks so stunning, I just can't stop staring at her.

She stands at her car, and make some calls, sooner or later her decoration crew it seems arrives, they are all holding different materials, and they all meet at her side.

I watch as she walks to the entrance of the company right to me, She sights me and tells her crew to go inside the hotel as she stops to greet me.

God! I can't believe I'm going to talk to my Cher', she's so beautiful now all grown up, she walks up to me to greets me and I spot the birthmark clearly on her face, as it glows under the morning sun.

She smiles as she gets closer to me, and then she gasps, it's then I remember yesterday and the fact that she doesn't know I own the hotel, as we have not properly introduced ourselves, and I didn't get a chance to talk to her yesterday.

"Um..... Oh my goodness! You again, were you not the one I bumped into yesterday at the church, how come you are here? Do you work here?" She asks me all at once and I laugh not knowing where to start from.

"I actually own the place." I say proudly and she opens her mouth in shock.

"You are the infamous billionaire Jayson Sherman oh wow!" She says still staring at me in shock.

"You can say so." I say, her rosebud lips churning up, she smirks and says, "So you knew who I was yesterday, did you intentionally bumped into me, are you here to confront me or what?" She asks and I chuckle heartily, she is so funny, she thinks I can do something as childish as that.

Still laughing, I reply, "I'm not here to confront you, I just came here to get some fresh air and then I sighted you, P.S I had no idea who you were yesterday." I say lying.

"Oh okay, that's nice, well sorry for yesterday, hope you've forgiven me?" She asks.

"Yes I have, Cher' I have forgiven you a long time ago." I say and she smiles.

Oh God! If only she knows I'm Jayson, her best friend from back that abandoned her, oh she'll be so furious, and then it would be my turn to ask for her forgiveness.

"Okay then lets head inside, so you can sign these documents, and I can begin work quickly." She says as she hands over some files to me.

We walk inside together and resume talking, "So how many rooms I'm I dealing with?" She asks me and I reply, "About 200 rooms both exclusive, non-exclusive and VIP."

"Okay, I and my crew will do about 100 today and finish tomorrow." She says and I just nod.

She hands me an interior designing brochure and asks me to choose a theme for the hotel, I hand it back and say, "I don't need to select any theme, I have absolute trust that you and your team will do your best, but there should be gold highlights, so it'll have a royal look."

Nodding, she smiles, tells me bye, and leaves to organize her team.

Staring at her as she walks away, her curves fitting her nicely, I shake my head to remove every illicit thoughts, and move to my office to get some work done, but even ten I just can't seem to concentrate.

God! I'm so damned.
