Chapter 52: Chapter 52

I divided the chapter into 2

The heir to Sylvesters was protective of his sister thus his interference made Henry unable to even talk to Rue, only when the news of Seir running away came to Davion did Henry suspect him first and in turn sent him away. On the surface, it looked like a light punishment but Davion knew that his father was a beast in human skin and would extract his revenge.

Davion was thinking of Rue and Seir when he heard the voice.

"I want to meet your master." The man was tall and masculine thus when he towered over his personal assistant it was almost as if he was threatening him to call Davion out or he would shoot him. The assistant took out his gun and was going to inform the guards training nearby when Davion stepped in.

Although the temperament of this young master of Sylvesters was very calm, currently he looked somewhat scary to question and argue thus the assistant did not ask anymore and let him in. The dark visage seemingly like a devil possessing a soul followed Davion until they were in the hall where many a people were sitting likewise, they all strengthened their posture when the male in black entered and watched him with hawk eyes.

It was a month ago when Kharsan could not convince Rue to follow him did he instead kidnapped Davion and asked him about Rue's whereabouts and he was told that she wasn't doing well.

Kharsan did not wish to know why she left him, all he cared about was to bring her back but surprisingly Davion offered him first to help him overthrow his father's rule and instead acquire the throne of Sylvester himself.

It was the only way to protect his sister.

"The future of Villar and Sylvester is here."

After Henry saw that Rue would not always be obedient of him there was not much sorrow for he could always make her do so even without her knowledge, thus he asked a medical practitioner for a potent drug of delirium that would have a strong addiction and for eventually wiping off all her memory.

This way she would not be able to live without having more of the drug every single day and would crave it like crazy. She must obey him no matter what.

The most enchanting thing about Rue was her innocence and beauty that even she wasn't aware of thus there were many that would line up to make her their wife but what about those that were extremely powerful but did not wish to take any responsibility of bringing in a new wife? They lusted after her but would not want to have a relationship.

That day when Rue was visited by her boyfriend was remembered by Henry as an excuse, it wasn't that he was a bad father but it was her that was a woman of loose morals thus if she could please men then she as well help him climb the ladder of glory while doing so.

He had waited for this day since a month, thus the medicine that was prescribed to be given a spoon a day was carelessly poured entirely in Rue's food before the maid brought it up to Rue. Henry would always make sure that she would not throw away his precious efforts thus servants stood for surveillance to see her entirely finish.

After that the fairy whose eyes have lost luster and her body had lost weight slept again till evening after which she was woken up by many maids in her room.

"Princess, tonight is a party that you must attend, we must get you ready." Rue could not understand much but her senses were not lost to danger thus she was painfully aware of how she was bathed and pampered by fragrant scents. She was dressed in a fabric that was somewhat transparent and pure white as if to signify her youth.

"I-I don't want to wear this." The touch of the cloth was biting and the way her body was exposed made Rue tremble and feel something was not right.

Why were they doing this?

"Miss we cannot change your clothing now, its almost time."

"No! I would not go like this-" Rue protested best to her abilities yet could not stop her head from spinning.

The female had tears streaming down her eyes, never in her life she had felt so powerless. Never has she felt so miserable.

Was she going to die?

What were they going to do to her?

The smiling girl resembling a marigold flower was now wilted to the extent of not even recognizing herself but she still despite her body not allowing her, she put up a fight.

She had to fight till her last breath to save herself from those demons.

She recalled the warm green eyes, the only thing she remembered from past when they bound her eyes with a blindfold and cried, for that was what at that moment all she could do before she was dragged somewhere.

"She is still not down." Voices murmured around her when she was being laid on a bed, Rue was faintly aware of what was happening.

Hell

She wished they would kill her than do this to her.

Her nose was pinched making her open her mouth and a liquid was poured down her throat.

So painful

Rue coughed heavily and at this moment only one thought echoed in her head, she was already dead. She wasn't alive at this moment.

It was just that even at this moment she wished to have some of her modesty and innocence left but when her body started itching and burning they took away even the last shread of hope.

To feel desire induced by drugs for a man who would rape her.

Rue was in hell at this moment, she hated even existing.

Just let her die

But they did not let her die for her hands were bound stopping her from running anywhere and a touch was felt, tracing from her face to her chest and then between her legs.

The cry that escaped her even startled the female for how could someone cry so heartwrenchingly as if someone was stripping them off their soul. When her clothes were taken off Rue stopped struggling and her body froze completely.

The touch was dirty, wherever it trailed it left her scalded, if was as if the person was taking their time to make her feel shame to this extent so they could feel her desperation and agony.

She wasn't alive

She was dead

And then it all stopped.

There were cries and wailing so desperate somewhere far around her. It was as if she had heard such wailing and screams of pain somewhere before.

She did not remembered where.
