Aurora lay on the bed with a tear-filled face. She had imagined countless scenes on what to do with her father's killer but she never expected the scene to be practiced on her own mate.

Aurora hated him more than ever and she will definitely take revenge for her father. But how could she get close to the Alpha without arousing suspicion? He knows how much she detests him. And she knows he would be wary of her. What to do? She thought.

What can she do to gain access to him? She knows how powerful he was. She can't subdue him without tricks but what kind of trick?

Then an idea hit her. What if she becomes who he wants her to be? What if she becomes that submissive woman he wants? What if she gives him the love he so much craves to have? Would he let his guard down?

But deep down she knew that if she wanted to do all of these, she had to let him have her body. She had to overcome her hatred for him. She had to let him know she loves him. Can she do it

Aurora was determined to do all it takes to get her father's killer his due punishment. Even if it means she had to give him her body in exchange but he will never have her heart.

With this thought in mind, she got out of the bed and went to shower. She was ready for him tonight without rejection. She hopes her father forgives her. She is only doing it for revenge.

He deserves to get avenged for. He was a good man but those monsters killed him mercilessly. What wrong did she do to them? Thinking about it makes her want to rip off Jax's head and heart but she knew it was better going with her plans than putting up a fight.

After taking her shower, she picked up one of the lingerie he bought for her as she waited patiently in bed, with a heart full of burning hatred.

Aurora waited till almost midnight but no sign of Alpha Jax. She became restless. Isn't he coming back tonight? She can't afford to lose him to another woman now. She had to secure him.

She draped a long piece of clothing over her lingerie and came out of their room. She called the Butler to ask for his master's whereabouts.

"Butler James, why is your Alpha not back? Isn't he coming back today?", She asked.

"Miss Aurora, I really can't tell of my Master's movement. Only his Beta knows", he replied respectfully.

"Do you mean Rufus?", She asked again.

"Yes, Miss"

"Do you have any idea where he usually frequents?", She asked hopefully.

"Actually Miss, you will need to ask his Beta. He knows everything you need to know. I only have information regarding this mansion", he replied.

"Very well then. Sorry for the disturbance", she replied before going back into the room.

She contemplated for some time before deciding to contact Beta Rufus. She can't wait to start executing her plans already. The earlier the better.

"Can't you ask him for an explanation? There must be a reason, Aurora. Revenge is never worth it", Aliya said.

"But my father's brutal murder was worth it? There is nothing to explain for killing someone and rendering their family homeless and hopeless", Aurora replied.

"Rora, I am not telling you to let go. All I am saying is to speak to him", Aliya explained.

"I don't need your say in this. You weren't the one in pain" you don't know how it feels to lose your loved one do you?" Aurora spat.

"I felt it too. Everything you feel, I feel it too but we have to be rational. He is our mate. Let's hear him out", Aliya tried to talk to her.

Aurora didn't listen anymore as she shut her wolf up. "To hell with you and find out. What stupid explanation does he have? Is there anything justifiable to what he did? Killing my father"

"You know all the things we passed through, how we fed on hand to mouth, how that turned me into a criminal yet you open your mouth to tell me to hear him out. You must be sick in the brains. No wonder I never wanted you. That's because you lack a sense of reasoning" Aurora fumed.

"Aurora -" Before Aliya could say any more words, Aurora locked her out.

"Alpha Jax, you will regret ever meeting me" you won't know what hit you but you will surely feel it. Every pain my family passed through, I will make sure you feel them too. You will die a very slow and painful death, I'll make sure of that" Aurora vowed in fury.

Alpha Jax got down from the car with a gloomy expression. Even his beta had to keep a distance from him. He wanted to make an excuse so he could stay far from him but Alpha Jax threw him a dangerous look. He had no choice but to go with him.

Beta Rufus thought they were going straight to the mansion but the man decided to make a detour at the last minute saying he needed to free his mind. From what exactly, Beta Rufus wondered.

Whenever Alpha Jax has terrible mood swings, he comes to the only place that gives him solace. His parents' graves. He needed time to think about these two days.

Alpha Jax needed a place to vent his pent-up frustration. He needed a place to question the Moon goddess' choice of mate. How can she punish him with a mate who hates him?

He went into the crematorium alone while Beta Rufus waited outside. Alpha Jax lay beside his parents with a heavy heart as he poured out all his grievances.

Beta Rufus waited for him to come out but after waiting for more than three hours, he decided to go check on him.

He saw Alpha Jax sleeping beside his parents' tomb. He caught a pitiful side. He hardly sees this side of him. He must be very frustrated. He decided to leave him alone.

Not long afterward, he woke up and ordered him to drive to the pub. It was already very late. Isn't he going back home tonight?

"Alpha, are you not going back home tonight? Miss Aurora might be worried", Beta Rufus asked.

"Are you kidding me? She would be very happy instead. Didn't you notice how she hates me? ", He said.

"Alpha, don't give up. She will give in soon", Beta Rufus tried to console him.

"But I really can't bear it anymore. I won't let her go but I won't fight for her affection either. Her punishment is to be locked up with me…forever", he replied with his eyes closed.

When they got to the pub, it was just some few hours to midnight. He went straight to his cabin as Beta Rufus ordered for the Alpha's favorite drink.

On the way to order the drinks, Beta Rufus' phone suddenly rang. He went outside to pick up his call. He was surprised to hear Aurora's voice over the phone.

When he finished with the call, his face suddenly beamed with happiness but a little anxious too. Does she really want to come here without causing trouble?

If things don't work out well, the alpha would surely have his neck tonight. He just prays Aurora is not playing any trick.

Beta Rufus decided to stay outside the pub to wait for her. He doesn't want any ugly incident with any man. He knows how jealous the alpha can be. The Alpha would surely burn down the whole pub if anything happens to his mate.

He would stay here and take her through the back door. He promised her not to tell the alpha.

After waiting for thirty minutes, he finally saw her. But damn! What is Aurora's plan? Is she possessed by the spirit of the seductive devil?

Beta Rufus's eyes nearly popped out of its socket. Aurora was looking extremely beautiful and…attractive. It was like she was dressed to kill.

He dared not look at Aurora in detail as he immediately averted his gaze away from her. He escorted her through the back door without saying anything.

When they got to the cabin, Beta Rufus wanted to knock on the door but she stopped him.

Aurora walked into the cabin but what she saw brought out the fire of anger…and jealousy as she screamed at the whore clinging to her mate.

"Get your filthy body off my mate before I kill you" she yelled not knowing when the words flew out of her mouth. It was as if Aliya was speaking through her because she doesn't understand the sudden feeling of jealousy bobbling in her.

For a fact, she hated this man and whatever he decides to do with his body shouldn't be any of her business but here she was, fuming in rage just because a whore was caressing him with her boobs. She should have just ignored her and allowed the Alpha to chase her away but no, she wanted to snap off the wench's head off her neck.

Beta Rufus who was close to her was so shocked that his heart nearly stopped beating.

He was definitely dead. The alpha would surely kill and separate his neck from his head. He shouldn't have let her barge into the room like that. Damn!! He cursed, taking his gaze to the floor.

As Alpha Jax sat down to drink, the manager offered to bring some girls for entertainment. His Beta was nowhere to be found. Where had he gone after ordering for the drink?

The manager was eagerly waiting for him. Alpha Jax looked at him and nodded. As soon as the alpha gave him permission, he brought about three girls into the room.

The girls who were dressed to the nines but with just a bra and panties started dancing seductively towards him. The girls were very skilled as they twisted and turned. If it was before he met his mate, he would have taken the three girls down.

Alpha Jax felt an intense headache the more he looked at the girls. He couldn't bring himself to touch any of them. He was getting angry again. He hated the stupid mate bond.

One of the girls suddenly moved close to him and plastered her body to his, rubbing her boobs on his chest while smiling seductively. Before he could push her off, an extremely familiar voice rang out in anger. That voice…

He looked up to see the one person he never dreamt of seeing here.

She came here and she sounded angry. But why? The girls all hurried out of the cabin without looking back. They wouldn't want a situation whereby the alpha has there heads on a platter for disobeying his mate.

She must be the Alpha's rumored mate, they thought as they quickly fled leaving him to deal with his mess alone.

He felt kinda happy she was there. But what was she doing here dressed like that?" He couldn't help but ask himself. She was mesmerizing, her skin shone under the light. He couldn't help but feel proud of himself for owning such a beautiful mate. If only she doesn't hate him.

But does she really hate him? If she does then why was she angry at the girls for touching him? Could it be she was jealous or was it the wolf bond playing? His head was filled with what if's.

He took his gaze to his beta who was standing beside his mate. Rufus quickly looked away, he couldn't afford to lose his head at this stage. He still wants to find his mate and have a love like that of his Alpha. He believed they both love each other but are too stubborn to confess to themselves. But he believes they would one day.
