Chapter 151: Chapter 151

I immediately ran out to open the door and Nana followed me.

"Sasha, come back here!" A call I heard with the familiar name and voice.

When I opened the door, heavy rain fell so I quickly backed away inside. I almost hit Nana with my back and foot but she instantly touched my back. I looked again at where the shout came from and I was surprised to see Apo Tilo earlier with a chase.

I looked up to where he was looking and saw the woman wearing no slippers while running down the wet way. The old man, on the other hand, tries to chase her even though he is out of breath.

"Sasha!" The old man's voice was drowned out by the rain. He stopped and caught his breath.

I promptly ran to help him.

"Hey!" Nana was calling me because of my sudden advance in the rain.

I just turned to her to say I was fine. The old man didn't see me coming so he didn't drive me away yet. I held his back because I was afraid that he might suddenly fall to the ground because he was tired.

"Are you okay?" I worriedly asked him.

I became even more nervous as his cough got worse. I pulled his hand away even though he was still complaining. He might get even sicker if he stays in the rain for a while. He doesn't notice that I am the one helping him because of his cough.

"Nana, can he stay here for a minute?" I didn't wait for Estella's answer and ran to chase the woman I saw earlier. I never looked back at them.

I hope Mark or maybe Raymond notice her.

But when I got to where we passed earlier I didn’t see her or anyone with Raymond or Mark. I tried to run to the shore because maybe they were just there and I didn’t notice…

However,I couldn’t see anyone.

I watched how the strong waves hit.

I would have gone to the water to look because I'm sure the woman might just be in the water. She can't be lost because she's the only one I know who can tell what happened that night.

But before I could get to the deepest part, someone had already taken my hand. When I looked back at who it was I saw Mark's eyes widen as he worriedly looked at me.

"What do you plan to do, Miss Luna?" He sighed while not losing the masculinity of his eyes. I know something else is running in his brain but he has nothing to be anxious about because I have no intention of doing what is on his mind.

"We need to find her." I forcefully withdrew my hand from him.

"You need to calm down." He lifted my body and we almost threw ourselves into the water because I was struggling. I was not aware that my tears were already falling because it coincided with the force of the rain. If that woman disappeared, I didn't know how to think about where Adonis was.

“No…” I couldn't hear my voice either.

The two of us fell when the strong current hit so we got even more wet.

When I looked up at a tree because of the sudden drop of salt water in my eyes, I saw a woman hugging her knee as she sat down. Staring at the sea while losing herself in the midst of rain --- like Nana's story, she has something to look forward to.

Mark still held me when I pointed to the woman.

"There she is."

Mark calmed down when he saw where I was looking. As I watched the woman, it was as if I could see myself in her. I was swallowed up a few times when it occurred to me that maybe when I never saw Adonis again, I might be like her and lose my sanity.

My foot seemed to float as I approached her. She didn't take her eyes off of the sea.

Little did I know that I had stepped aside from her. I also looked into the distance as I let myself get wet in the rain.

"It's hard, isn't it?" I asked the woman I didn’t know if she understood me. “It's hard to sit down, think about when they will come back because they left you without a letter, without notice. You ask yourself, where in the world you should look for them — or if you can still find them.”

My words are empty— I’m just saying them for myself. They seemed nonsense because I didn’t know to whom I would give them.

"Sometimes, it hurts here." With a hoarse voice, I heard Sasha's voice.

I quickly turned to her. I saw that she was still looking away but she was already holding her chest. The large grains of tears fell even more in my eyes.

Yeah ...

"I'm just used to waiting here, not for him to return, but for myself to come back, which I've been missing for a long time since he went away."

I couldn't say anything. How could anyone accuse her of being insane? The agony she felt and her realization of herself created the foundation for them to disregard the pain she felt.

She didn't lose her mind; she just didn't know what was going on.

My hand moved spontaneously and I hugged her. I saw her body stiffen because of what I did. I hugged her even tighter.

I couldn’t bring myself to ask her about what happened in the plane crash because she seemed to need a hug more.

In the middle of my weeping a shadow approached us. When I looked up I saw Mark.

"Miss Luna, ask her what you need."
