Chapter 10: Chapter 10

“What should I wear?” Now I’m throwing to bed my favorite outfits. I’m undecided about what I’ll wear. Cole and I are going to meet up tonight! What if he turns off to what I’m wearing, and our plan comes to fruition? Isn’t that correct? Little things may have a tremendous impact!

“Just wear everything you want. Because you are so attractive, perhaps everything will work out for you.” Even though Adonis couldn’t see me, I smiled at him. On his phone, this guy is playing Candy Crush. I’m not sure why. Instead of making him laugh, it makes his robot face appear even more attractive. I was exhausted and leaned over him. His legs were crossed, and he didn’t even glance at me.

“Am I really beautiful?” I bumped into his back to annoy him because of what he said, but I didn’t get any other answer from him. I went to the cabinet again to search. I don’t know how I’ll fix these scattered clothes later! There are still no maids in the house. Thank God, and he didn’t let me cook for him or let me clean the mansion. I was even more troubled by no one speaking to us. Why did I ask this man here in my room just to play candy crush? I couldn’t even get an appropriate answer from him. Because I was irritated, I decided to just tease him.

“Maybe you have a crush on me? Because you are saying nothing other than ‘You are attractive.’ Admit it! Maybe that’s why you bought me at the auction because my beauty fascinated you!” I laughed out loud because he didn’t answer. I thought I would win by teasing him, but I was wrong.

“You are beautiful because of my plastic surgeons. I bought you at auction because you look like you were about to cry.” He said that as if nothing happened and continued to play games. Now he has laid his body on the bed while his feet are on the floor.

I left my jaws open with what he said. I don’t know whether to laugh or be offended by what he said. I took my panty out of the drawer and took advantage of his lying body. I put the panty in his mouth and said “Here are panties for you! So your words become a little alive and the words that come out of your mouth will become beautiful.”

He stood up immediately and removed the panty from his mouth. I laughed even harder because it was violet and floral. He looked at me with a sharp stare, then slowly approached me. I backed away immediately because I didn’t know what he was going to do. He put his phone on the bed. When I had nothing to hold back but the cabinet, he took his step and then tickled me on the side.

“W-wait. HAHAHAHA. Stop ... Haaa! HAHAHA.” I could hardly breathe funny because he was tickling my side and neck. When he released me, I caught my breath and then opened the cabinet. I took my bra there and ran to him and laughed. I wrapped the bra around his face. Because of our prank, he lay down on the bed while I lay on top of him. When he removed the bra from his face, his emerald eyes were there again. It’s as if you’re being pulled towards him again as if you’re being charmed. You seem to be drawn to him. When I realized I had been staring into his eyes for a long time, I stood up immediately. I was already feeling the awkwardness, but it was good and he caught up with it.

“Let’s go. So that you don’t have a problem with what you wear. Let’s also buy your other clothes.” He looked at my clothes strewn on the bed. “You only have a few clothes. It’s for you, so you have something to use every time you and Cole go out.” He took his phone that was on the bed, then dialed someone. Before he went out the door, he spoke again. “Get ready for that. We will leave after an hour. ”

I quickly put away the clothes scattered on the bed. One by one, I repaired the hangers in the cabinet to put them back in their original place. Why did I spread it? I thought there were a lot of beautiful clothes here. After I cleaned up, I also took a quick shower because Adonis might get angry with me for taking too long.

What I’m wearing is just so simple. I’m too lazy to fix myself so I think it’s okay. Just a white T-shirt, black ripped jeans, a black shoulder bag plus white shoes. If anyone sees me, they will probably think I am a rockstar. All I needed was eyeliner and liquid eyeliner on my eyes and red lipstick. In order not to look like that, I took the lipgloss from the makeup table and pressed it to my lips. I even tasted it because a little went under my teeth.

I was just in front of the mirror looking to see if I looked good. I examined myself carefully in the mirror. If you look at me carefully, you can still see my old face, but if you look far away, you can see the change immediately. If my acquaintances saw me right away, Ft maybe they wouldn’t know that I was Luna Everdeen. Sometimes I wonder how my old friends are doing? Do they also laugh at me when they see disgusting photos of me appearing on the big screen on the illuminated and noisy streets as people walk in and out of their work? I swallowed bitterly because I just now understood that musk. One of my parents’ friends had no one to help me. They were busy pretending to be a genuine friend of my parents. Maybe they’re right, they won’t be your friend if they don’t need you.

A knock on the door of my bedroom interrupted my thoughts. I suppose it was Adonis since the thumping was so light. If the beating is gentle, it’s Adonis knocking. I’m not sure why he never comes to my door. Because I’m asleep or using the restroom, I don’t always open it right away. When I can’t hear him when I’m in the bathroom, it makes me think he’s a lady, since the sound he makes when he knocks isn’t loud.

His perfumed body quickly engulfed my nose as soon as I opened the door. His hair is still drenching in his clothes because it is still wet. It appears like we are a couple based on what he was wearing. I’m wearing the same outfit as him. The white shirt, black pants, and white shoes are all from the same collection. There was no difference in what we were wearing except that he lacked a black bag shoulder. I drew him inside the room as the water started to trickle on the floor. He was even taken aback by what I did. I forced him to sit in front of the mirror and swiftly positioned the hair blower on his head.

“Did you know others don’t want to become sick because they don’t have enough money to buy medicine, but you don’t wipe your head after a bath as if you’re implying that a fever is on its way to you?” I preached to him as if I were a mother whose children disobeyed her desires, and the youngster was the one who was irritated. When I talked, he was calm and did not object.

When his hair was dry, I unplugged the hair dryer and turned it off. There may be a fire. Fortunately, because of what happened to my parents, I didn’t develop a fear of fire. If others develop mental health problems to the horrific events that occurred to them; we are not the same. I’m not sure whether that’s a good thing, but at least I’m sleeping now, unlike before when I had to work hard simply to fall asleep. They used to come to see me every day in my dreams, enraged that I didn’t help them...

I wish I had the power to do so. I want to blame myself, but what can a person like me do in such a situation?

Adonis stood up and waited for me to finish fixing the hair blower. When he saw I was finishing, he opened the door and went out first. This is what I don’t like about him sometimes, sometimes the mute makes a way to have communication, but he can’t even do that. Sometimes I am just like the wind blowing in front of him.

When I came out of the lobby, the driver and the guard were gone. I expected they were already in the garage and I was the only one waiting. I wasn’t wrong because I saw them talking there. It’s embarrassing that they are just helping me and I act like a boss because I made them wait for me. The driver pulled out of the vehicle. Mark opened the door for us, then we left.

When we arrived at the mall, it was uncrowded. Every day, many people came here even on Sundays. There should be more now because of a day off of the working. I looked around and saw the saleslady standing opposite their respective shops. It’s like waiting. I touched Adonis.

“Why do we seem to be the only ones here now? Isn’t that amazing?” I looked around to further confirm that we were the only ones.

He just turned to me and stare cold. When we were almost in the clothing dress, a woman approached and the outfit was like a flight attendant, with another woman behind her. Her clothes are just a little raised as if she is the Manager.

“Good after Mr. Salander. I’m glad to see you again.” The looking manager greeted us. She also smiled at me, then at poker. So formal! It’s embarrassing to act like you’re not a woman!

Adonis just nodded at her and we headed straight into the shop as they followed us. When we stopped in the row of clothes, Adonis spoke.

“Choose everything you want. I’m just leaving for a while.” It’s Adonis. Just as he was leaving, I held his hand.

“Who will pay for this?! I have no money!” I’m confused because he might not come back to me!

“Don’t worry, everything here is free for you. I rent this mall. ”

I couldn’t even speak as he walked straight. I didn’t stop him because when I looked at those who followed us; they were just smiling. I just followed what Adonis wanted. To choose whatever I want. I looked at the rows of fancy clothes. I’m sure I love them but couldn’t afford them. However, since that man is rich, I’ll take everything I want!

The first ones I picked up were the dresses that were so pretty, so I don't look rag when I was with Adonis. When I looked at the backs of the dresses, I wasn’t wrong because the zeros overwhelmed me. As I looked, I saw that the women who had followed me had left.

I was about to look for them when suddenly someone called my name.

“Luna!”

My eyes widened as he took big steps to approach me. I’m not prepared to see him. I thought Adonis rented the whole mall?!

Why is Cole here?
