When their lips parted. Zach immediately stared at Jason and grabbed her away from the place. Zach brought her behind the school building. She had let her tears stroll down where no one is watching. She had let her emotions go down with her tears. When she was finally over with her tears. Zach had approached her and hugged her tightly.

“Are you okay now?” Zach with such a warm hands and body bugging her. She just nodded in between his chest.

“What did you say back there? Did you really mean it?” Adeline had to look up to him to face him.

“Am I going to announce it publicly if I wasn’t sure about it?”

“But-but we just knew each other for quite a short period of time. And our impressions with each other during those times were not so good.

“You just knew me for a short period of time, Adeline, but I have known you for quite a while now.”

“What do you mean?”

“Do you honestly think you were invisible and no one knows you existed?” Adeline is silent. She is really thinking about that the whole time she’s been in Sedaka High. She is now on her last year at high school and for the past years that she had been walking through the same gate, pathway, corridor and classroom, she was thinking that she really was invisible and no one knows her.

Even her couldn’t believe that a guy like Jason, who had established such popularity in the campus would go and date her back on her sophomore years.

Honestly, she is not the type of person that would be called as beautiful. She is an average looking woman with no assets for men to be looking or taking a chance of courting her. She had only one boyfriend and that’s Jason, whom she thought at first was a miracle.

“You are beautiful, darling. And any man like me would have all the right to fall and be in love with you. Don’t underestimate yourself.”

“But I have such a bad thought about you at first. How could you fall in love with a woman like me, full of imperfections and who hated you from the first time we’ve met and talked.”

“Did I say I hated you? Or didn’t like you at all? I haven’t said anything about that. You were completely opposite of the things that you’ve described yourself, darling.” Zach cupped her face. “You were beautiful.” He kissed her forehead.

“You are sweet and nice.” Kissed her cheeks.

“You are warm and gentle yet bold and strong-willed on the outside.” Kissed her nose then her eyes.

“And most importantly, you are what you are. You are not trying to fit in, be noticed or act fake. You are being yourself and for the past months of me observing you from afar. You’ve grown to be my perfect and ideal woman.” Then Zach didn’t hesitated to kiss her lips right away.

Adeline’s heart was skipping almost jumping from her chest. She was really happy and had all the emotions bursting through her face. She just couldn’t take the idea of how Zach had known her even before she had talked and met him. She was completely flustered and blushing while staring at Zach’s eyes. Her heart is doing something she couldn’t explain. She is happy, confused and floating at the same time. It was like angels had to escort her to heaven and made her fly in the air.

“Am I allowed to kiss you back?” she boldly said.

“What suits you darling, I would gladly accept it.”

Then Adeline, immediately tucked their lips together as if she already misses his kiss for a long period of time. Zach is now with her, she is really feeling all the sensations and the burst of happiness around inside her chest. All she could think of is to never left go of this time. She just wanted to be present, be with Zach for long and just be wrapped around his arms with his kisses filling her lips. She just wanted to do everything that will make her happy now. She just wanted to be with the presence of love.
