"I'm not leaving you, Alice. It's just that I won't force Aana to love me or try to win her heart" Aaron mumbled and wiped Alice's tears lovingly while his words made her heart stop beating for a second.

"Aaron"

"I'm sorry... I love her and I can't do anything which makes her suffer. I want to see her smiling and if she is happy to go away from me then fine." He said gathering all the courage, burning from inside in pain and agony which Alice and Aana could feel because of their mate bond. Alice got furious with his words and gave control to Aana who had tears in her eyes feeling his pain.

"This is not good... No... I can't become the reason for your, Alice, and Rex's pain. No" Aana muttered, shaking her head. Aaron's eyes widened upon hearing her. He understood that now Aana is in control but the question is since when. She was about to get down from the car when Aaron held her hand, stopping her. She looked at him, not able to understand what she should say or do. All she wanted was to give him relief and get rid of his pain.

"I said, I don't want to win your heart but that doesn't mean I will leave you and Alice alone. If you reject me then I will accept your rejection for your happiness but I will not leave you not until you start living your life again. I will get out of your life when you start smiling and loving yourself and Alice. I will never show my face to you after making sure that the girl whom I first met, got returned." Aaron said, leaving her stunned. What is more shocking for her is that he remembers their first meeting. He left her speechless and at the same time, he again won her heart with his words.

"Aana" He called her after a while when he heard nothing from her.

"You can't meet that Aana again whom you met in the first meeting. She died... She died the moment he touched me" Aana mumbled remembering the moment when Alexander tore her cloth in front of everyone. Aaron scrunched his eyebrow not getting what she said.

"Who?" he asked and anger rushed through his veins, sensing her fear. Anyone could easily get that something is fishy. Aana looked at his side abruptly and that's when she realised what she was going to utter in front of him.

"Share everything with him, Aana." Alice mindlink her.

"No... I don't want anyone's sympathy." She muttered and closed the mindlink before Alice could have said something.

"Aana" She came to her senses when he called her again, waiting for her response.

"Leave me, Aaron. I don't need anyone. I'm okay with how I'm... Please leave me" Aana muttered and hopped down from the car before he could stop her again. She went directly to her flat and then closed the door of her room. Her heart was beating at a higher speed. Tears fell from her eyes.

"He could smell lies, Aana" Alice reminded her human who became used to lying to herself that she had no feelings for Aaron. Aana didn't reply to anything and directly went to take a shower. She didn't even care to open her clothes and twist the knob of the shower and close her eyes when water droplets fell on her face.

"I said, I don't want to win your heart but that doesn't mean I will leave you and Alice alone. If you reject me then I will accept your rejection for your happiness but I will not leave you not until you start living your life again. I will get out of your life when you start smiling and loving yourself and Alice. I will never show my face to you after making sure that the girl whom I first met got returned."

Aaron's words roamed in her mind, making her realise the depth of his love. She remembers what her mother said when she was confused about whether to go into a relationship with Vince or not.

"Remember one thing, no one can love you more than the person who is ready to do anything for you. Who can turn the world upside down for you and even if needed then he can leave you for your happiness despite knowing that they can't live without you. Never let that person go, doll... Never"

Tears fell from her eyes remembering her parents. She opened her eyes and looked into the mirror. Her eyes went to her tears which reminded her how Aaron sucked them. She kept her hand on the mirror.

"What should I do mom? I can't risk Aaron's life. I'm jinxed who snatched everyone's happiness. He has already become miserable because of me. I can't imagine what will happen to him after I share my feelings with him... No... and Vince. How can I give his place to someone else? I can't. It is not good. He died because of me. How can I start a new life with someone else? I can't" Aana sat down on the floor, crying at her faith. Aaron's feelings wake up all the emotions inside her that she buried after Vince's death. His words and actions made her let out all her pain which she never shared with anyone, not even with herself. She became like a corpse but after meeting Aaron again, she felt alive.

"Aana" Her eyes widened when she heard his voice. She stood up and closed the shower then opened the door of the room. Aaron was not there and that's when she heard the knock on the main door. She could sense that he was standing outside. She didn't think twice and went to open the door, not realising that she was in wet clothes.

"Pearl" he called her and cupped her face. Aana was shivering because of staying so long in cold water. Before Alice could have healed her, Aaron showed up then she dropped the idea of healing Aana seeing his worried expression. She wanted Aaron and Aana to change their decision.

"How long were you inside the shower?" He asked before coming inside and closing the door behind him, not wanting anyone to see her in this condition. She didn't answer anything as she didn't know since when she was sitting on the floor thinking about her past.

Aaron sighed and held her hand then made her sit on the couch of the hall and took her hand in his hand to rub her palm while Aana kept staring at him. She was again falling in love with him and his care for her. He again won a bit of her heart with his actions and love.

"Towel?" he asked and looked around to find something to dry her wet hair.

"Huh?" Aana came to her senses and then pointed toward her room. He went towards her room only to come back with a towel to dry her hair. He lovingly dried her hair while she kept looking at him, getting lost in him and his love.

"Are you okay?" He asked after a while and kept the towel at the side table. She nodded her head when he held her hand and again started rubbing her palm.

"Why is Alice not healing you?" He frowned. Aana smiled and tightened her grip on his hand. He looked at her. She can feel how worried he is for her.

"I'm okay... Don't worry" She mumbled. He nodded and kissed her forehead.

"Please take care of yourself, Pearl. I can't see you in any trouble. If something happened to you then even I don't know what I will do... Maybe I will burn this whole world" He muttered and pulled her closer to him... Taking her into a tight embrace. She raised her hand to hug him back but then took her hand back. He noticed that but didn't say anything. He understood that there are lots of barriers between them.

Aaron tightened his grip around Aana's waist when she rested her head on his chest, hearing his heartbeat which always calmed her and gave her different peace while a smile came on his face finding his love in his arms. Rex and Alice smiled seeing their humans close to each other. No matter how much Aaron and Aana try to get away from each other but their hearts always pull them closer to each other.
