I was waiting for Aana outside the NGO. The fact that she went with Stefan in his car made me furious. can't she come with me? Well, why would she come with me when I closed all the doors of my life for her? After waiting for a while, finally Aana came back with Stefan. They were talking about something and seeing her with someone else was boiling my blood. I just wanted to go near her and part her away from him but I had no right to do so.

I turned my face in another direction, trying my best not to look in her direction and also I wanted to compose myself before she sees me. I don't want her to know that she affects me. I don't want her to know that seeing her with someone else burns my heart in jealousy and agony of losing her. I chuckled at my thought. I didn't lose her because she was never mine.

"Only Alice loves us... Aana just used us and our feelings to forget her pain" Rex muttered. I nodded my head, agreeing with Rex who is in immense pain. Pain to see our love with someone else... Pain to lose Alice. Pain to get betrayed by the person on whom we spent one year to win her heart.

"No matter how much we loved her. Her betrayal made me hate her a thousand times more than we loved her" I replied to Rex. I took a deep breath before looking at Aana's side when I heard the sound of the car's door. I hide all my emotions behind a smirk.

Aana's eyes met mine and in the next second, she kept both of her hands on her stomach passively, feeling scared to lose her baby. She might have taken my smirking the wrong way. It's not something new for me. Many times she misunderstood me. The difference is before I used to clear her misunderstanding and now I just don't care what she thinks or does.

I halted my steps which were going towards her when Stefan reached near her and encircled his hand on her forearms.

"what happened? Why did you stop?" he asked, unaware of my presence. I tightened my fist under the pocket of my pants, trying to maintain that poker face after seeing them together.

"No--nothing" She stammered. It was enough for me to know that she started getting anxious because of my presence.

"Are you okay?" He asked. The concern is clearly visible on his face and it makes me freak out more. Why does he need to care about her when I'm here? Aana didn't reply to him and looked back at me. Stefan followed her gaze which was on me. I thought he would say something or pick up a fight but he didn't. Instead, he held her hand and took her inside the NGO. the whole time Aana's eyes didn't leave mine until she crossed me.

I chuckled at myself. She crossed me holding his boyfriend's hand and I can't even take a step ahead, forgetting my past. I entered the NGO and found Ivanna coming towards me like she was waiting for me only.

"Where did you go? I was searching for you in an NGO '' She asked, holding my arms. I was about to release my hand from her hands. That's when my eyes went on Aana who was looking at Ivanna's hand on my arms... I stopped seeing her reaction. called me childish but if she felt jealous seeing me with Ivanna then I wanted her to feel the same as I felt seeing her with Stefan.

"I went with some work. Did you eat something?" Ivanna's eyes widened hearing my question and why it wouldn't when I never cared about her and all of sudden, I'm asking her whether she had her food or not.

"Yeah and you?" she asked with a big smile on her face.

"Asking like she is going to make food for him" Aana mumbled to herself. Thanks to Rex's power, I can hear her clearly. I tightened my lips not to smile at her cute jealousy.

"Did you say something?" Stefan asked. Aana looked at him abruptly then nodded her head negatively and passed him an awkward smile. I wanted to laugh at her reaction.

"Aaron" I looked at Ivanna who was looking at me confusingly.

"Why are you smiling like this? Did I say something funny?"

"Look who is asking? She is herself a joke" Aana muttered. This time I couldn't control myself from chuckling at Aana's cuteness. Her eyes widened when she realised that I could hear her. She hid her face in her palm because of embarrassment, making me laugh with all my heart. Ivanna left my arms immediately. I looked at her side and found her looking at Stefan who was looking at her with a painful expression. My smile faded when all of sudden, his eyes reminded me of the pain which I'm going through.

"You always cursed Aana for breaking my heart... Betraying me for someone else but you're not different from her, Ivaana. You did the same with Stefan'' I muttered and left from there towards my room, feeling suffocated in that environment. I sat on the bed thinking about whatever just happened right now. True love exists in novels only, in real life, everyone is a liar and selfish. True love is only bullshit and if someone loves truly then in the end his heart gets broken into several pieces. Me and Stefan are a perfect example of this.

"Why are we here?" Rex asked annoyingly.

"I can't tolerate Aana even for a second in front of my eyes," Rex growled.

"But you have to... You have to face her for one month. For our baby... I don't want our baby to be raised by a woman like her." I groaned remembering the day when she betrayed us.

"At least we would have someone in our life whom we can love," Rex replied with a small smile.

"Yeah... Maybe that's why we are alive. Moon goddess blesses us by revealing the news of our baby's arrival. This baby will be our reason to live in this cruel world. We are not alone anymore" I mumbled with a big smile on my face thinking about our baby.

"No matter how much Aana tried to hide this news but the moon goddess served justice to us" Rex frowned, remembering the moment when Aana denied quickly about the father of the baby. I and Rex were busy talking when someone knocked on the door of the room.

I stood up from bed and opened the door only to find Aana standing over there with a tray of food in her hand. Before I could snap her, Stefan's mom came from behind.

"Aana told me that you also went to the hospital with them and missed lunch because of it. That's why I came here with lunch and asked Aana to join me. Since she was the one who prepared this food for you."

"Aunt" Aana looks at Aunt Jennifer with pleading eyes.

"She told me not to tell you that she made this food for you." Aunt chuckled and then looked at me. "She is like this only... Shy to show that she cares."

"Thank you for the food" I replied and held her hand from which she was holding the tray. She looked at me, widening her eyes, and then at Aunt in fear. Fear that Aunt will get to know about our relationship. I smirked seeing her fear and pulled her closer to me. She looked at me, widened her eyes, and then turned her face in another direction when I leaned a little toward her.

"You're absolutely right, Aunt. She is a shy person." I laughed and looked at her side with a smirk knowing how to make her look at my side.

"Look how much she is shy to tell you that I'm her"

"Aaron" She cut me off in between. She looked in my direction with pleading eyes and then nodded her head negatively.

"Tell me what?" Aunt asked confusingly.

"Mom" Our conversation broke with the most annoying voice in the world. I looked back at Aana and found her boyfriend, Stefan standing behind her.

"You're here and I was searching for you in the dining area, thinking that you will be there for me to feed me with your lovable hand," Stefan said changing the topic.

"This boy" Aunt laughed and went towards him.

"When will you grow up?" She asked Stefan, holding his ear.

"Never" he replied with a smile. I would be lying if I said that I don't envy him. He had everything, even the girl whom I loved with everything. I looked at Aana and found her staring at Stefan. There was a smile on her face seeing Aunt and Stefan together. My eyes got moistened seeing her staring at someone else who is not me. After giving me lifetime pain, she is smiling with someone else.

"how can someone smile after giving an unbearable to someone" Aana looked at my side hearing my words...

"I prayed to the moon goddess to make you go through the same pain which you give me... the pain in which you wanted to cry but there is no one to wipe your tears. The pain in which you felt like your heart is ripping into two pieces. The pain in which your heart shed the tears of blood" Tears rolled from her eyes hearing my words. Only if she knew that her crocodile's tears wouldn't affect me anymore.

"Don't cry… It won't affect me." I shrugged my shoulders.

"I know." She mumbled and wiped her tears. "I know that my pain and tears won't affect you. If it does then you would have seen that I'm in the same pain as you're"

"You're in pain" I growled and pulled her closer to me holding her arms.

"Aaron," She whimpered. I lose my grip on my hand realising that I hold her tightly.

"Aana... Aaron" Her eyes widened upon hearing Aunt's voice. we looked towards Aunt, finding her looking in our direction shockingly.
