Aaron was near the road when he stopped and looked at Aana who was unconscious and naked... He made her sit on the ground with the support of a tree then went towards his car and took out his bag in which he kept his clothes. He always used to carry an extra pair of clothes in his car as whenever an urgent meeting came outside the town, he preferred to go directly without much stuff and delay. He took out his clothes and wore jeans. That's when his eyes went to his coat which he gave Aana to wear but it fell to the ground when she hopped down from the car. He picked up that coat and took out his shirt from the bag and went back to Aana. He made her wear his shirt to cover her naked frame. Thankfully his shirt was reaching near her thigh. Still, he made her wear his coat as well.

He again picked her up in his arms and went towards his car then he made her sit on the front seat carefully.

He didn't think much after that and sat in the driving seat to drive towards his mansion. In a way, he asked Christian to empty the mansion and give the servant a two-day holiday. He didn't want anyone to see Aana in this condition with Aaron and talk or think about her in the wrong way. He doesn't want a single person to make questions about her or her character. He just wanted to protect her from unworthy questions and stares.

With everything, he also asked Christian to arrange a dress for the girl which Christian did without asking anything. After reaching the mansion, Aaron directly took Aana to his room and made her lie on his bed.

He sits beside her only to watch his sleeping beauty. Till now, he also doesn't know that it is going to become his habit. Aaron kissed Aana's forehead. His eyes went to her juicy lips, wanting to taste those rosy and plump lips badly. He shook his head negatively to remove this thought.

"Not right now Aaron but soon" he muttered to himself and got up to wear a t-shirt when she held her hand in sleep. A tear rolled from her eyes.

"Please don't leave me" She mumbled in her sleep. Thanks to his hearing power, he could clear her. His heart ached seeing tears in her eyes. He leaned down and wiped her tears lovingly. He took her hand in his.

"I will never leave you because now you become like oxygen to me" Aaron muttered before kissing the back of her hand.

"I love you" His eyes widened hearing her confession and a big smile broke on her lips.

"Did she confess her love for me, Rex?" Aaron asked his wolf, unable to believe his ears.

"yes she did" Rex replied, jumping in his mind because of happiness. Even he was also not able to believe his ears.

"I love you Vince" smile vanished from his face hearing someone else's name from her mouth. Rex whimpered and at the same time, he growled angrily because of jealousy. He left her hand unintentionally because of shock. Aaron closed his eyes to control his emotions, feeling extremely bad but he didn't want to accept that he was hurt.

"Relax Rex, It is not like we don't know about her first love. she told us before only that she loved someone else" Aaron replied with a sad smile.

"But he is no more," Rex muttered in hope that soon it was their name on her beautiful lips. Aaron didn't reply to him and covered Aana with a blanket. He went directly inside the washroom to take a long shower and calm his emotions. He didn't want to get affected by her words but no one can lie to the whole world but not to himself. Tears brimmed in his eyes seeing her in deep love with someone else...

"It's okay Aaron… We will win her heart" Rex muttered. He nodded his head and closed the shower then went towards his wardrobe which is attached to the washroom to wear his clothes.

After wearing his night pyjamas and t-shirt, he came out. That's when his eyes went to Aana who was sleeping hugging a pillow. A smile broke to his lips seeing her sleeping like a baby. He brought the stool near the bed and sat beside her, to watch her face. It gives him a different relief. A relief that she is near him and he can watch her as much as he wants. God had made this beauty for him. Soon darkness consumed him. He slept near her, keeping his head on the bed.

His sleep broke with a voice of sobs. He opened her eyes and they grew bigger, finding Aana mumbling something in her sleep, sweating badly.

"Please open your eyes, Vince.. please" She started crying, whispering the same word again and again.

"Aana" he called her but Aana didn't respond, she was having a nightmare about her past. With every passing second her situation is getting worse, and she started panting heavily. Aaron shook her to wake her up, not able to understand what was happening to her.

"Please open your eyes, Vince... you can't leave me like this...Please" Aana cried and then woke up yelling Vince's name.

"Vince" she sat straight breathing heavily, still not able to come out of the dream.

"I will not let anything happen to you… I will not" she mumbled to herself.

"Aana" She abruptly looked at her side when Aaron called him. Her tears stopped when her eyes found his eyes on her. Realisation hit her like a water wave. She looks around and then tears fall from her eyes when she realised that it was all a past and she lost her Vince. Aaron didn't say anything and passed a glass of water toward her. she was still shivering because of her nightmare. He didn't wait for her to hold the glass and made her drink water with his hand.

After making her drink water, he kept the glass back on the table. She lifts her eyes only to find his eyes looking at her with concern.

"Are you okay?" He asked moving his hand lovingly on her hair. His one question made her lips quiver. She didn't want to cry in front of anyone but the way he asked made her feel like she had all the right to cry in front of her and also he had a right to share her pain. Aana didn't reply but nodded her head negatively. He didn't say anything and pulled her into a hug. She hid her face in his chest without any hesitation, whimpering in his arms to light herself… To take out her pain with tears while he tightened his grip around her, understanding her unsaid word to stay beside her... Understanding that she wanted him to stay near her... He understood her pain and the urge to let it out while she cried feeling safe in his arms.

They both were silent but he was sharing her pain without saying a single word. He knows how to handle her while she knows that only he can handle her and her pain. They knew that they could find their peace in each other's arms only that's why the moon goddess paired them together, to become the light in each other's lives.
