"I want drugs... I want to have it." Alice's eyes widened upon hearing her human words. She was dumbstruck, not able to understand what she should do or say to her.

"Aana" She mumbled and looked at her human condition in the mirror. Aana was shivering and at the same time sweating badly. Aana rubbed her palm and then started scratching the back of her hand.

"I want drugs" She stood up from bed and started searching in her room for drugs despite knowing that she would not find anything. Alice forcefully took control over their body and took the tablets which Ryan gave Aana to control herself whenever her body started craving drugs. Alice understands why her human didn't want to share anything about her past because after remembering everything, either she had a panic attack or she started craving drugs and both are worse.

Alice had tears in her eyes seeing her human in this condition and swore not to ask anything Aana related to her past. She was trying her best to calm down and talk to Aana but nothing was working. Instead, Aana took control back from Alice and went outside in search of drugs. Alice was trying her best to take control of her human but Aana didn't let her.

Aana was not able to think rationally... her body was craving drugs. All she wants is drugs. She came outside the building in search of it and then started crossing the road recklessly.

"Aana careful" Alice yelled when she saw a car coming towards her at a speed. Aana was about to get hit when thankfully the person who was driving the car applied the break. she covered her face in fear and closed her eyes tightly. That person hopped down from the car and rushed towards her.

"Are you okay?" He asked with concern. She removed her hand from her face and opened her eyes after hearing the voice of the only person who cares about her.

"Aaron" She called him to assure herself that he was standing in front of him. Aaron smiled and nodded his head and then started checking her from top to toe, to see if she got any injury by chance.

Aaron went back to the office to complete his work which he left to teach Aana about her work. That's when he suddenly started feeling uneasy. At first, he ignored it but then Rex started growling in his mind, feeling their mate is not okay. Aaron wanted to deny Rex about going near Aana but the thought that she is not okay is something that neither Aaron can ignore nor Rex.

Aaron sat inside his car and was driving at a little high speed to reach Aana and Alice as soon as possible when suddenly Aana came in front of his car. Thankfully he applied for the break on time.

Aaron looked at Aana who was staring at him. A smile broke on his lips remembering their first meet.

"Do you remember our first meeting? you accidentally came in front of the car just like today and I applied for a break on time." Aaron muttered and moved his hand in his hair nervously. "And both the time I was driving harshly"

"You're a werewolf" Aana mumbled, ignoring Aaron's words... All she was thinking about was drugs and how to get them. Aaron scrunched his eyebrow not understanding what she meant.

"Sorry? what?" he asked thinking he heard wrong.

"I want drugs," She muttered, widening his eyes. He looked at her dumb-headed.

"You are a werewolf… You must have wolfsbane ... please give me that.. please" Aana pleaded where Aaron was dumbstruck, not able to form words. Aana joins her hands together.

"Please Aaron.. please give me wolfsbane... please"

"Wolfsbane? But... But why did you need it? Did Alice say something which made you angry?" He asked, thinking that Alice did something or said something related to Rex which might piss Aana and that's the reason why she is asking for wolfsbane.

"Where did Alice come in between?" Aana growled. Aaron was taken aback by her tone. This is the first time she was growling at him like this. Yes, she slapped him when she was angry but never was her tone as high as now.

"I want drugs." Aana started scratching the back of her hand. "I want wolfsbane because it gives me relief like a drug... you said you could do anything for me. Then please give me wolfsbane please" Aana begged and then looked towards his car.

"It must be in your car" she muttered and went towards his car without waiting for his response and started searching for wolfsbane in Aaron's car. Alice was trying her best to calm Aana but nothing was working then she went silent, waiting for the medicine to work on Aana while Aaron was watching Aana shockingly that's when he remembered his conversation with Christian.

"I was driving my car when her brother came in front of my car and asked help for her sister who was half conscious and her naked body was covered in a coat while there was blood strain on her coat and many bruises all over her face. Coincidentally I know her brother as a psychiatrist of my sister who went into depression and drugs but thankfully she recovered. That day I helped them and took them to the centre where her brother worked. On that drive only I came to know her name is Alice when her brother was calling her continuously and telling her to keep her eyes open. When we reached the hospital he gave her some antidotes and after seeing her, I'm sure her condition was not different from my sister's. She was into drugs" Christian tells of the incident when he met Aana for the first time. Aaron was shocked to hear Christian about Aana taking drugs. He was not able to digest this fact.

"Her brother took a sample and gave it to me to send to a doctor for a blood report. As I told you he knows me that's why he trusted me with his sister just like I trust you as a friend. When the report came, my doubt cleared that there was a high amount of drugs in her blood."

Aaron came out of his thoughts when Aana held his legs. He was taken aback by her reaction. When Aana didn't find anything in Aaron's car, she came back to Aaron and kneel in front of him. Because of drug addiction, she was doing anything without thinking wisely.

"Please give me drugs... please" She begged. Tears welled up in Aaron's eyes seeing his girl like this. Five years ago this girl picked up a fight with him to hit her and he fell for her boldness but today she was kneeling in front of him, begging him, that too for drugs. He was shocked by seeing the drastic change in her.

"Aana" He wiped his tears and held her by arms, making her stand. She looked at him with hopeful eyes and that look was enough for Aaron to do anything. For a second, he thought to give her wolfsbane but then Rex reminded him about the amount of pain that a wolf suffers because of wolfsbane which was enough for Aaron to realise he was doing wrong. He can't give this happiness to Aana by giving immense pain to Alice.

"Wolfsbane is at my home... let's go there" Aaron mumbled what came into his mind, not thinking much.

"Ok fine... let's go" Aana muttered. Aaron took a deep breath when she agreed but then he started thinking about what he will say or do when they will reach home and how he is going to handle her.
