Aana moved back and crossed her legs while he smirked seeing his effect on her.

"Please leave me.. please" She started crying and hiding her face in her knees. She knows that Alexander is busy enjoying her misery, so taking it as an opportunity she secretly takes out the wolfsbane injection that she always carries with her, hiding in the pocket of her dress. She recalled Aaron's words.

"If anyone tries to molest you as that officer did then inject this wolfsbane into his vein," he said, recalling how she hugged him while crying because of the police officer who tried to molest her.

"But this wolfsbane is made for you and I heard how dangerous it is," Aana muttered, remembering Patrick's words about a special wolfsbane made to control Rex. There are two injections that Patrick made on Aaron's request.

"Yes it is dangerous but the person who tries to misbehave with a girl deserves it. If he is a werewolf then it will take him at least ten days to regain consciousness and if he is human then he will be paralysed for his entire life" She gawks at him, not able to believe that he would suggest something like this.

Aana looks at that injection and then hides it behind her back, waiting for the good opportunity to inject it into Alexander's vein without any failure. Alexander held her legs and pulled her under him. He started kissing her neck forcefully. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath to steady herself, not wanting to panic and miss the only chance to save her dignity and her pup. She opened her eyes and moved her hand towards Alexander's neck.

"It's a perfect chance," Alice said. Aana nodded her head and was about to inject the wolfsbane. That's when she felt something pierce into her neck.

"I'm surprised when your wolf didn't fight with me. It's not that I'm complaining but I can't take risks, that's why I'm snatching this power from her" He laughed. Aana's eyes widened realising that he injected something to control Alice. Maybe a wolfsbane.

She tightened her lips to embrace the torture Alexander was giving her. She was feeling pain in her neck. He started biting her skin with his canine making her bleed.

Aana ignored all the pain and injected the wolfsbane into his neck, making his wolf whimper in pain. Alexander moved back and grabbed her neck to kill her but Aana pushed him away using her strength and this time it worked as his wolf was not supporting him. She stood up from the ground and looked at Alexander who was whimpering, lying on the ground because of pain. She again started feeling disgusted with herself at the way he touched her.

"If you think you can run away from me then you're wrong Aana. I will catch you and torture you until you beg me to kill you for this pain" He growled.

"My warrior will be here soon. You can't run away from me. You can't" Her eyes widened upon hearing him. She knows if she stays here for a second then it might cost her pup's life. She started running in the unknown direction, just wanting to get away from Alexander and save her pup at any cost.

Everyone was looking at her as she was running in her bra only and covered in blood. Aana was so scared that she didn't even realise that Alexander had torn her shirt. She was feeling immense pain in her body despite Alice healing her wound. Her condition worsened when she started feeling dizzy. It didn't take her long to understand that it was all happening because of Alexander who injected something in her neck while kissing her forcefully.

Aana wanted to stop and rest but the mother in her was scared for her pup. She knows if she rested here then anytime Alexander's warrior could catch her and then no one could save her pup's life.

"Arghh" She yelled in pain when it became unbearable for her.

"he gave me wolfsbane," She thought while crossing the road which would lead her towards the crowded street where it would be almost impossible for Alexander's warriors to catch her. She was trying her best to keep her eyes open and bear the pain but then the moment came when her leg gave up. She stood and took a breath unaware of the car that was coming towards her.

"Aaron... Where are you?" She thought and wiped her tears. She looked at her side when a light fell on her face, only to find a car coming towards him at a speed. Thankfully, that person applied the brake on time. She removed her hand from her face and looked at that person.

"Ryan" She called him. He hopped down from the car, looking at her devastatingly.

"Aana" Before he could have asked something, Aana fell unconscious. He immediately held her in his arms.

"Aana" He tapped on her cheeks but there was no response from her. He held her hand and checked her pulse.

"Why the fuck her pulse is running slow?" he frowned and look at Aana whose all face turned red indicating that she was losing her breath. He made her wear his coat and glare at the people who were looking at her sister with lusty eyes. Only he knows how he controls himself from not ripping their head or gouging out their eyes. He picked her up in his arms and made her sit in the front seat and then sat in the driving seat, driving away from the place.

Ryan brings her to his secret place and starts operating her. He was scared for his sister and her pup who was unconscious. He wanted to take her to the hospital but then refused the idea, thinking of the possibility that Alexander or his warrior would come there in search of Aana.

Aana opened her eyes when she heard the noise around her. Her eyes fell on Ryan who was sitting beside her. She scrunched her eyebrow and then looked at her surroundings.

"Thank god... Finally, you open your eyes" He took a relief breath and held her hand. "You scared me, sis. I was getting an ominous feeling that you would end up going into a coma." Aana scrunched her eyebrow, not getting anything. She was still unable to process where she was. She sat straight with the support of his hand, feeling a little dizzy.

"Where am I?" She asked, looking at her surroundings.

"You're at my home. I couldn't take you to the hospital. What if Alexander was still present there?" Her eyes widened upon hearing Alexander's name. She started remembering whatever happened before she went unconscious.

"After I got free from the patient I was attending to, a nurse came and informed me that Alpha Alexander came for his Luna checkup. I got afraid and searched for you in the entire hospital then I checked your location through the tracker I fit in your locket. It took me time to get there." Tears rolled from his eyes, remembering the moment when Aana came in front of his car, her shirt was missing and her bra was covered in blood.

"Only I know how I handle myself after seeing you like that. Was Alexander behind you? Wh--What did he do?" He asked, looking at his sister who was lost in her thoughts. She was not saying a word nor responding to any of his words.

"Aana" he kept his hand on her shoulder to shake her but she didn't respond. Aana's mind revolved around the moment when Alexander forced himself on her and how he touched her. She was feeling disgusted with herself. She started remembering all the tortures Alexander did to her.

"Aana" He called her again but she was not responding to him.

"Aana... Please say something" he caressed her hair. "Wh--What did he do?" He asked.

Ryan was trying her best to talk to her but she was not responding to anything, sitting like a dead person. Tears streamed down from his eyes after seeing her sister's condition. He wants to kill Alexander but he knows he doesn't stand a chance in front of him. It won't take him a minute to kill him. He finds it better to protect her sister instead of losing his life for nothing.

"Please say something... Don't be like this." He hugged her while crying.

"The Rejected Billionaire, Aaron Smith Benson" Aana came into her senses upon hearing Aaron's name. She broke the hug and looked at the television news which was showing Aaron's picture with the tagline "Rejected Billionaire"

"Aaron" Tear rolled from her eyes upon hearing his name. Ryan took a relieved breath when finally she responded.

"The girl whom Aaron Smith proposed to, ditched him on their wedding day. A grand wedding was about to happen, where the big business man, the entire media were present, waiting for the couple's entry which never happened. Bride of Aaron Smith Benson ditched him on their wedding day." Aana scrunched her eyebrows.

"What rubbish? They create fake news to get attention which has no sense" She frowned.

"Aana" She turned her head and looked at Ryan who was looking at her in a dilemma whether to tell her the truth or not.

"What happened?" she asked, sensing his agitation.

"The news you're seeing is not fake. The wedding has been cancelled because of your absence"

"Have you lost your mind like them? Our wedding is going to be held tomorrow on Aaron's birthday" She snarled.

"Yesterday was his birthday." He muttered looking at the clock. She turned her head and watched the time, it was three.

"I was unconscious for three hours." She exclaimed.

"No... You were unconscious for 43 hours" Aana's eyes widened at his words. She looked at him shockingly. He nodded his head.

"It's 3 a.m. on the night of the twenty-first. You skip a whole day." She looked at him devastatingly, unable to believe his words. She checked the date on the news channel.

"It means I skipped his birthday and our wedding" She kept her hand on her mouth and looked at Ryan who nodded his head.

"I skip our special day" Tears rolled from her eyes. "The day before yesterday, I went unconscious around noon maybe and today I gained sense at 3 am. I skipped his entire birthday and our wedding" She concluded everything. He nodded his head again.

"Aaron: Only one thought came into her mind and it was Aaron and his condition because of her absence. Tears were falling from her eyes when she realised that she missed the day which was going to be the best day of her and his life.
