Aaron helped Ivanna to stand straight while Aana's eyes were on his hand which was on her waist. Tears rolled down from her eyes.

"He was just helping her, Aana" Alice tried to put some sense into her human. That's a different story, she was also getting pissed seeing her mate close to someone else.

"I know but don't know why, I'm getting the feeling that he is going away from me

"I can't be with you" Alice frowned and blocked her. Aana was continuously looking at Aaron and Ivanna who were apologising to each other.

"Are you okay?" He asked her with concern when he found her zoned out.

"Yeah... I'm" She replied and parted away from her.

"If you don't mind, may I ask you something?" She mumbled agitatedly.

"Without any worry" He replied in short.

"Do you know the person who is standing beside me?" She asked in a low voice. Aaron raised his eyebrow and looked at her behind, only to find Christian glaring at his hand which was on her waist. He quickly removed his hand from her waist.

"I'm sorry" he apologised to Ivanna. "And yes I know that person. Why? What happened? Did he misbehave with you?"

"What? No... It's nothing like that" she cleared the misunderstanding.

"Then?"

"Nothing… So important" she replied and nervously looked back, only to find Christian staring at her. She immediately turned her body and looked at Aaron.

"It's just I wanted to know about him"

"He is my bodyguard" He replied and looked at Christian with a questioning look. Christian indicated to him to check his phone. Aaron rolled his eyes and took out his phone.

"He is your bodyguard?" Ivanna asked shockingly, not able to believe the information she just received.

"Yeah," Aaron shrugged his shoulders and checked the message he received from Christian.

"Stay away from her" A smirk appeared on Aaron's lips after reading the message. He looked at Christian with a mischievous smile and then held Ivanna's hand. She looked at him, widening her eyes.

"Mr. Aaron"

"Has someone told you that you're beautiful?" He flirts and looks at Christian with side eyes, only to find Christian giving him a death glare.

"Thank you for the compliment" She muttered hesitantly and detached her hand from his grip.

"I think we should start the meeting"

"I will join you soon in the meeting room" He replied with a smile, knowing Christian won't be able to hear their conversation from a distance but would surely get jealous after seeing Ivanna talking and smiling with Aaron. She nodded her head and went inside the cabin. Christian came near Aaron and punched on his punch.

"What the fuck?" He groaned and tasted the blood in his mouth.

"This is for touching what is mine," Christian said, gritting his teeth. He was about to punch him again. That's when her eyes went on Aana who was looking at the side where Ivanna went. Her teary eyes were enough for Christian to know she was upset.

"Did you fight with her?" He asked with a poker expression.

"What? Why would I fight with Ivanna?" Aaron rolled his eyes and wiped the blood from the corner of his lips.

"Moron you hurt me" he growled at Christian.

"I'm not talking about Ivanna but Aana who was looking upset" Christian muttered looking at her. He tightened his fist when his eyes went on her arms which had a mark because of tight holding unaware of the fact that it was because of Rex and Alice who make out with each other in their cabin.

"What the fuck you did do with her that she had a mark on her arm?" Christian frowned and held his collar. Aaron looked at him in confusion and then turned to find Aana standing beside him, looking at Ivanna from a distance.

"Do you think I would abuse her? we were just making out with each other in my cabin" He replied without any shame. Christian sighed in relief upon hearing him. For a second, he started thinking wrong of him.

"I'm sorry for doubting you"

"That's not the issue but her reaction is giving me a negative vibe" Aaron muttered nervously.

"Please tell me that she didn't see me flirting with Ivanna," Aaron muttered in a tense voice.

"By looking at her expression, I can bet she saw you flirting with my girl," Christian replied with a smirk.

"Ohh god" He cursed himself from playing the stunt.

"What you thought, you can flirt with other girls despite being committed and your girlfriend will never come to know about it?" Aaron rolled his eyes upon hearing his best friend's accusation.

"You also know that I was just teasing you by flirting with her"

"I know that but your girlfriend doesn't know about it... Ohh god, I can't just wait for a moment when she would slap you" Christian muttered excitedly and laughed looking at Aaron's fearful expressions.

"Fuck you... Don't enjoy my misery and suggest what I should do?" Aaron panicked when he found Aana coming towards him.

"I have a plan, I should make a video"

"Video? how would it help me?" Aaron asked in confusion.

"Yes, video... I should capture the memorable moment when your girlfriend will beat you. I will show that video to your kids and it will also help me to tease and blackmail you for the rest of my life" Christian replied with a big smile on his face. Aaron looks at him like two horns prompt out of his head.

"I can't believe that I consider a snake as my best friend. even they are better than you"

"Thank you for the compliment. Now pay for your deed" He muttered with a grin and took out his phone to make a video. Aaron gave him a death glare and then looked at Aana who was approaching him.

"Please moon goddess, save me today" He prayed and closed his eyes, waiting for a slap but nothing like that happened. He waited patiently before opening his eyes, only to find Aana staring at him with teary eyes. He could clearly feel that she was hurt after seeing him flirting with another girl.

"I was not" Before he could complete, Aana hugged him and kept her head on his chest, feeling his heartbeat. Christian looked at Aaron's side who was shocked at her response. He finds it better to leave the room and give the couple privacy.

"If your happiness is away from me then I'm fine with it but first Kill me before leaving me for someone else" Aana mumbled. Aaron growled at her for uttering rubbish and parted away from her.

"Kill you before leaving you for someone else?" He repeated her words and then clutched his hair frustratingly.

"What kind of man do you think I'm, Aana?" He yelled, making her flinch. She moved away from him in fear because of the aura Aaron was realising in anger.

"Alice is right... You deserve to stay in her mind only because you don't know anything else but hurt me with your words" he screeched and left the place before Aana would have said something. Tears rolled from her eyes upon hearing Aaron's words.

"I hurt him again" She muttered to herself and clutched her hair frustratingly. She started feeling pain in her head because of the stress and continuous crying. She wiped her years before anyone would have seen her and went in the direction where Aaron went to talk to him. She just wanted to sort out with him because she knew the more time it would take, the more misunderstanding will create between them which will only damage their relationship.

As soon as she entered the cabin her eyes went on Aaron who was sitting beside Ivanna and discussing something with her while showing something in his laptop.

"Stop overthinking, Aana ... You already pissed him off, now don't do anything foolish" she scolded herself and took a deep breath to calm herself. Aaron looked at Aana's side when he felt her presence. All his anger vanished when his eyes met with her teary eyes.

"Let's end this fighting and talk to her, Aaron" Rex said calmly to Aaron who nodded his head, agreeing with him.
