Alice looked at her mate who slept in her arms after crying for more than an hour. Tears rolled from her eyes seeing Aaron's like this. She made him lay on the bed properly and then lay beside him. He didn't waste a second and pulled her into his arms, hiding his face in the crook of her neck. She smiled and caressed his hair.

"Aana" She scrunched her eyebrow when her beta, Ryan mindlink her.

"It's Alice."

"Alpha Alice"

"You can tell me what you want to say to Aana"

"I need to talk to Aana as her psychiatrist. I want to know how she is doing. It's been a long time since we had a session" Alice rolled her eyes, not getting anything.

"Alpha Alice, I hope you know her condition"

"No. I don't neither I want to know it" She scoffed and closed her mindlink before Ryan would have said something. She is still mad at Aana for lying to Aaron and hurting his feelings.

"Can I take control?" Aana asked.

"No. You can't and I won't give you any chance to hurt him again and please hide inside my mind because I don't even want to see your face. You deserve to stay in darkness only" she said furiously.

"I badly want to talk to him and apologise for hurting him. I want to rectify my mistake" Aana cried, feeling miserable. If Aaron was upset and hurt then she was also not in good condition. If he was crying then she also didn't smile even for a single second. She was also crying with every tear.

"You want to talk to him... for what? for hurting him" Alice growled at her human, getting vexed even with her presence.

"I know, I did wrong but" Before she could have completed, Alice blocked her and looked at Aaron who was sleeping. She kissed his forehead and closed her eyes feeling sleepy.

A week was about to pass but Alice didn't let Aana take control for once despite Aana begged to her more than a thousand times where Aaron notice that Alice was in control the whole time but he didn't say a word as he want to calm himself before facing Aana, not wanting to hurt her in anger. Also, Alice's presence was soothing for him and Rex.

Aaron and Rex both are happy by spending time with Alice and also feel special in her presence as she never leaves a chance to make him and Rex feel how much she loved him. The way she cares for them and flirt with them always brings a smile to their face.

"You want to eat something special?" Alice asked, seductively biting her lips. Aaron chuckled at her behaviour and pulled her into his lap.

"May I know what is on the menu?" He asked to tease her.

"Alice" he growled, making her flinch.

"But she doesn't love you and I do... why do you need her when I'm with you"

"If I asked you to forget Rex just because I'm with you, would you be able to do it?" Alice bowed her eyes realising his point.

"Aana had all the right to hurt me" he replied calmly, trying her best to make Alice understand that Aana is a part of their life whom they can't forget.

"Just because she made a mistake, it doesn't mean we will forget how much happiness she gave us. Moreover, I love her, Alice in the same way I love you. I can't live without her. she is important to me as you're"

"Whatever." She wiped her tears and pushed him away.

"No matter what you say, Aaron but this time, I won't give her a single chance to hurt you"

"What do you mean?" he asked.

"You know what I mean," she said, turning her face in another direction.

"Don't tell me, she is not going to give control to Aana" Aaron thought.

"Believe me, I also had a feeling that she is trying to do this only," Rex replied, feeling anxious for Aana.

"Alice answered me simply. What are you planning?" He asked after turning her towards him. She didn't reply and attached her lips to his.

"Right now, I'm planning to have you," She said and again attached her lips to his for a long smooch while her hands were exploring his back after removing his shirts.

After the fifth round, Alice and Rex both lay down on the bed, breathing heavily and covered in sweat. Alice kept her head on his chest. He smiled and caressed her hair.

"You're doing wrong to her," Rex said after a while.

"I don't care" she replied and a lone tear rolled from her eyes. "If she doesn't care about us and our feeling then why should I care about her"

"You admit it or not but you care about her"

"I don't... I don't care about her. In fact, I hate her... I hate her for hurting you and Aaron again and again just because you choose to not give up on us but to love us. I hate her for lying to Aaron." She said with pure rage. Aana was listening to everything but this time she didn't say a word.

In the past week, Aana tried her best to talk to Alice but Alice didn't give her a single chance and always blocked her in mind despite knowing how much Aana got afraid of darkness.

Aana had severe panic attacks because of darkness and used to get unconscious. If Aana wasn't a werewolf then she would have died. Unaware of Aana's situation that she had panic attacks, Alice always blocked her again and again, breaking the link that connects them. In the past two days, Aana stopped talking or begging Alice to let her take control. She starts accepting her fate and takes her rude behaviour silently, considering it as her punishment.

"If you hate her then why are you crying and feeling bad for her?" Alice looks at Rex, only to find his eyes on her face.

"I'm crying at my misery that I got her as my human. She always treats me badly and I never complained but if she thinks that she can do the same with you then I won't tolerate that." She berates. Rex sighed, realising no matter what he says at this point, she won't understand anything as she is blind in her anger.

"Let it be... We also need time to get over whatever happened. At least I need time to accept that she lied to us and forget her. I will not be able to calm myself in front of her and I know I will only hurt her in my anger." Aaron said through a mindlink to Rex.

"I know you're still mad at Aana because she lied and you hate lies but I don't know Aaron, I'm feeling anxious that whatever is happening is not good... I'm getting a feeling that she is not okay. She must be crying because of Alice's behaviour"

"You're overthinking... She doesn't care how we feel about her. She is happy in her own world. If she would have cared about us then she would have taken control from Alice and talked to us but she didn't and I'm sure she wouldn't have fought with her for sorting this matter with us" Aaron said, fuming in anger.

"You're not getting it, Aaron. I'm scared that our behaviour towards Aana may cost us high" Rex said, feeling worried for Aana. He was lost in his thoughts when he felt a hand on his cheeks.

"Don't worry when I feel that Aana learned her lesson, I will give her control but please till then don't avoid me for her" she said in such a cute way that it brought a smile to his face.

"I can never ignore you my queen" He replied and kissed her lips.

"I know Alice that you're lying about giving control to Aana but it's okay... I know how to make you do things my way" he thought, looking at his queen who closed her eyes to hug the sleep.
