I was looking at Aana when she approached me and held my hand then kissed my palm.

"Why are you making faces like this?" She giggled.

"You heard" Before I could complete she attached her lips to mine, kissing me passionately and I responded to her with the same intensity. After breaking the kiss, she attached her forehead to mine.

"Everything is fine. I can feel it and I'm sure everything will be fine in the future as well," she mumbled. I nod my head and kiss her forehead. She smiled and again went back to Aunt Jennifer to discuss the celebration.

I sighed looking at her, not able to understand whether she heard my conversation with Kathie or not. If she heard my conversation then how could she be so calm after knowing everything? Maybe she is hiding her emotions from me and if she is doing this then it's not good for her health and our pups.

"What are you thinking, Alpha?" Kathie asked.

"I don't know what I should do or not in this situation" I muttered in frustration and looked at her. She was looking anxious.

"What happened? Is there anything left to say?" I asked and to my misery, she nodded her head.

"What is it?" I asked through mindlink.

"Remember Alpha, I told you about Luna's conditions and the complications in her pregnancy." She replied through mindlink, making me realise the biggest problem which is standing at our door.

"Luna is human and giving birth to a Lycan can take her" I growled before she could complete. Tears rolled from my eyes at the thought of losing her.

"One after another problem. Why is this all happening with us only? "I growled and picked up the table which was nearby and threw it away. Everyone looked at me shockingly because of my actions. I walk away from there not wanting to stay there because I know if I did then I have to answer the reason behind my action.

"Aaron" I heard Aana calling me but I didn't stop and surge out of that place. I went outside the NGO to have some time alone until I got hold of myself. I went to a park that was near the NGO a little distance away.

I sat on the bench and started thinking about everything that Kathie told me and unwanted tears fell from my eyes. No matter how much I try to be strong for Aana but everything is too much for me to take.

I was lost in my thoughts when I felt her presence. I wiped my tears before turning towards her only to find her standing behind me, standing with Kathie. Maybe she bought Aana with her.

"Don't scold Kathie. I only asked her to take me to you. She just followed her order" Aana said before I would have said something to Kathie. I sighed and sat on the bench, not able to understand what I should say to her. She came towards me and hugged me while standing.

"Aana" I muttered and hid my face in her stomach, finding it as a chance to hide my tears from her. She caressed my hair lovingly.

"I heard your conversation with Kathie" She mumbled when I calmed down after a while. I turned my head towards her and again tears fell from my eyes remembering Kathie's words that our girl wouldn't be able to survive. She cupped my face and kissed my forehead. This time I didn't stop myself from crying because only she is the one, in front of whom I can cry freely without any restraint as I give her all rights over me and my tears.

"Our girl... Kathie said, "Our girl is weak and she won't be able to." Before I could complete she kept her hand on my lips.

"Don't" She whispered in a cracked voice. Don't know how she was so calm even after knowing the truth.

"My girl" I whimpered, not able to compose myself.

"believe in the Moon goddess, Aaron... everything will be fine," she said, caressing my cheeks with her thumb. I removed her hand from which she was holding my face.

"How? Kathie clearly said our baby girl is weak" I snarled.

"I don't know how but I had trust in the moon goddess" I looked at her, she was so calm and positive like nothing was wrong. She smiled and sat beside me.

"How could you be so positive?" I asked her. She didn't reply and held my hand tightly and kissed my palm, trying to calm me with her positive attitude.

"She is right, Alpha. Trust the moon goddess. If she blesses you with a girl with a boy who is Lycan then she must have thought something. That's why despite being Lycan, her brother not only shared her mother's womb with her but also protected her in Aana's womb." Kathie said. I didn't turn my eyes away from Aana and nodded my head at Kathie's words.

"No matter how much we had to face and fight, Aaron but in the end the moon goddess brought us together despite everything. I'm sure nothing will go wrong. Leave everything on the moon goddess. If life gives us the problem then I'm sure the Moon goddess will give us the solution." Aana said and kissed my cheeks. I smiled and nodded my head. I lay down on the bench and kept my head on her lap while she lovingly caressed my hair after wiping my tears.

Kathie smiled and left the place while I was looking at her astonishingly... I was thinking she would panic if she got to know everything and it would be hard for me to calm her but here she is standing like a strong pillar for me and our pups. She is so positive and protective of our pups like a shield that her belief makes me believe that everything will be fine and she is going to give birth to healthy babies.

"Everything will be fine, Aaron... Please don't stress yourself" I nod my head and take her hand in mine, kissing her palm.

"Is there anything else that I should know?" She asked, leaving me in a dilemma. I don't know whether I should tell her or not about her condition.

"If it is related to my health then I already knew about it" My eyes widened upon hearing her words.

"You know?"

"Yes. Kathie already warned me that I might" I growled, not letting her complete those shitty words.

"Then why?" I asked and sat straight. She scrunched her eyebrow.

"What why?"

"Then why didn't you decide to abort our pups?"

"Aaron," she frowned.

"No, I'm serious... Why the hell on earth, you decided to keep our pups when you're well aware that your life will get in danger" I said frustratingly. The thought that I might lose... No… I don't even want to think about it.

"You have lost your mind, Aaron" She hissed and stood up from the bench.

"Pearl" I called her and thankfully she stopped. She turned and looked at me shockingly.

"Don't get away like this and answer my question" I muttered.

"Could you please call me by that name again?" She asked and that's when I realised why she was looking at me surprisingly. I called her 'Pearl', the word which I gave her out of love.
