Elly's direct question hit the right key which surprised Peter.

"Why do you ask all of a sudden?" Peter suddenly became curious. "What did Emily tell you?"

Elly did not evade the response. "The two of us talked a lot. With regard to the past, I am not going to pursue it any more. I am willing to accept her into my life. So, I hope you can treat her well."

The surprise made the corners of his mouth smile. He was too happy for the sisters. "I appreciate you forgiving Emily. Don't worry, I will be responsible for her. No matter what my mother says, to me, Emily will my wife."

He took an oath calmly. "I won't let my wife suffer."

At this time, Elly officially put aside her hatred and blessed her from the bottom of her heart. "I hope you will soon solve your difficulties and live a long and happy life with no worries."

When Elly and Peter came back, Alex stood where he was, frowning and anxious.

The two walked to the parking lot together and Alex was curious. "What did you talk about with Emily?" He realized that her mental state had changed a lot before and after the meeting with Emily.

She thought hatred was hard to let go, but over the past year that she had been thinking about revenge. She lost herself and she lived a tiring life. Every day she was under the cover of another identity. But when she looked back on all this today, she realized that it was not unforgivable.

Linda denied it. "I didn't drank too much! I just had dinner with the manager and now I'm going to the bar. You come here, the more people, the better."

"Which manager are you with?" She remembered that Linda once sighed that she would invite the director of the team to dinner because her artists had been accused of snapping pictures several times and she was afraid that the director would change actors. According to Elly's memory, the director was not a good man.

"Are there any other directors? Today, Director Troy and I had a good drink together, so I'm going to add two."

There was no doubt that the director was well known for his relationship with artists.

Listening to Linda's tone and nonsensical words, Elly knew that his friend was so drunk and that she was dizzy and must have forgotten to always be on guard against the new director.

Uneasy, Elly picked up her coat and walked out of the room. She asked Linda as she walked. "You tell me the name of the bar and I'll pick you up."

Director Troy scolded him. "Do you know who I am? Don't you dare touch me."

Secretary Gerald threw his fist hard, like a flash and directly hit the new director's plump face. "I am warning you, the next time you dare to mess with her, you will suffer."

To punish her, he dragged Linda directly to the door of the bar.

Alex did not inform him of the matter but he accidentally saw everyone chatting in the chat group. He realized that the matter was serious, and hurriedly went out to look for her.

Sometimes, fate was difficult to understand. After finding three bars, Gerald found Linda drunk with an ugly chubby old man as soon as he arrived at the fourth bar.
