Hudson and Alvara slowly opened their eyes. Looking around, they saw everyone gathered around them with worried faces. They both slowly sat up.

“Are you both ok?” Ben was the first to speak up.

“ Yeah, we’re fine” They both said, rubbing their temples as they felt a slight headache.

“ Why were you yelling our names like that and what happened to you both?” John asked.

“ We don’t know what happened….we can’t explain” Alvara said.

“ At least try” Blink said.

“ We were skateboarding at the backyard when Alvara almost fell but I caught her and immediately our palms interlocked, their was  this weird glow from our palms. They glow became more brighter and when I closed my eyes everywhere became dead silent…….” Hudson started.

“ It was as if I could feel everything around me. I felt like I could destroy everything around me. When I opened eyes and looked at Hudson, his eyeballs were glowing like the sun and I knew mine was too. The glow became so intense, that the skateboard besides us bursted to crystals of light………..” Alvara added.

“ Even this building started glowing and just when it was about exploding we both disengaged our palms and everything went back to normal. It was like a huge power left our body and that must be why we fainted” Hudson concluded.

“ Wow, I’ve never heard of something like that before” Polaris hummed.

“ Wait a minute, did you just say their was this glow of light from your palms immediately it interlocked?” Ben asked like he wanted to be sure of what he heard.

“ Yeah. We can show you now” Alvara said, climbing down the bed and Hudson did the same thing. They interlocked their palms.

“ Stand back everyone” Hudson said and they all complied.

Their palms started glowing and everywhere went dead silent. They both slowly closed their eyes as an unknown breeze started ruffling their hair dramatically. The same electricity and power rushed through them and they started glowing themselves. Flinging their eyes open, everyone staggered back in fear when they saw their eyeballs glowing like the sun.

Staring directly at the wall of room, it started vibrating and glowing at the same time. The glow became intense that the latter ( Polaris, John, Blink, Leriel and Ben) had to look away so their eyes won’t get blinded. Just when the walls were about exploding……

“Hey, hey, stop” John said, disengaging their palms immediately and everything went back to normal.

Polaris, Leriel, Blink and Ben’s lips dropped open, their eyes widened in shock.

“ Wow!” Polaris exclaimed in surprise.

“ I’ve never seen something like this before” Leriel mounted in awe.

“ We were as shock as you guys were” Hudson said. Ben on the other hand froze on the spot, his eyes widened like he just saw a horror scene.

“ Dad” Hudson called, snapped him out of his shock.

“ Are you ok?” Hudson asked and he nodded absentmindedly.

“ Can you explain what just happened to us Bernard?” Alvara asked.

“ Fenris Force” Ben muttered immediately which caught everyone off guard.

“ What?” Alvara asked faintly.

“ What’s a Fenris Force?” Hudson asked and that was when Ben looked up.

“ Fenris Force is a phenomenally strong power that gives someone the ability to destroy everything or anything by using their pressurized magical energy to manipulate the interaction that holds photons to neutrons”

“ It is a powerful force of incredible strength. I call it ' Whatever you feel, you can destroy” Ben explained.

“ Wow, I can’t believe this” Hudson exclaimed happily.

“ But wait, why does it manifest only when our palms get interlocked?” Alvara asked.

“ That is why it is called the Fenris Force possessed firstly by the Fenris Twins” Ben replied.

“ Hold on, I’ve heard about the Fenris Twins before” Blink chipped in.

“ Hayden and Hunter, right?” She asked and Ben nodded.

“ Wait a minute Dad. If they are twins, does it mean Alvara and I are related in anyway?” Hudson asked with widened eyes.

“Yuucks” Alvara spat in disgust

“ The truth of the matter is that they ain’t really blood twins but because of their combined powers, they were termed the Fenris Twins” Ben explained and they both ( Hudson and Alvara) heaved in relief.

“ This is incredibly awesome. Another amazing power discovered. Mehn I love this” Hudson chuckled happily.

“ This is indeed awesome” Eclipse said.

“ No it’s not” Ben replied, his face clouded in anger.

“ Why say that, I mean, both of them possessing the Fenris Force can really be of great advantage to us. We can use them free all mutant” Polaris said but got an angry glare from Ben.

“ Really? You think so?” Ben hissed.

“ Yeah of course” Polaris explained, making Ben scoff.

“ Do you know what it means that they both possess the Fenris Force, do you? Do you know what is behind it? Do you even know who the Fenris Twins are, tell me do you?” Ben snapped angrily at Polaris.

“ Dad chill, why are you getting angry about this whole stuff?” Hudson asked.

“ You want to know why I’m angry about this whole stuff, right?” Ben scoffed.

“ Go upstairs, head to the library, look for a book titled Fenris Twins and read it. Then you will understand why I’m angry” Ben snapped and barged out. Everyone watched as he left in confusion.

“ Why is Ben suddenly angry about all this, I haven’t seen him this way actually” Eclipse hummed.

“ I think it must be something serious” John said.

“ Erm…I think we better go check out what your dad said cause only then can we understand why he is angry” Alvara said to Hudson who nodded.

“ We’ll head to the library…. We’ll be back” Hudson said before he and Alvara left.

“ I’ll go check on Ben” John said and left.

On getting to the library, Hudson and Alvara started looking for the titled book through many shelves. Climbing up the ladder, Alvara reached out for the top row of the shelf. Searching through it her face beamed on seeing something.

“ Found it” She exclaimed, making Hudson rush to the ladder.

“ Really?” Hudson asked.

“ No I was just kidding….of course I found it” Alvara hissed, making Hudson roll his eyes at her sarcasm.

While trying to climb down the ladder, her leg slipped and she lost her balance, falling of the ladder.

Shutting her eyes closed, expecting to feel her backbone break as she lands on the floor, Alvara was surprised that nothing like that happened. Instead, she found herself landing on something and wrapping her hands around it.

Slowly opening her eyes, she saw those brown eyes piercing through hers. It turned out Hudson caught her right before she landed on the floor and was now carrying her in a bridal style.

Staring at those sea blue eyes, Hudson’s heart skipped and he couldn’t look away. Using the opportunity, he surveyed her face and something drown to him; Alvara was extremely beautiful.

Her sea blue eyes and sharp nose, together with her full cherry lips matched perfectly with her square defined face.

The book Alvara was holding fell off her hand, snapping both of them out and they looked away.

“ You should be extra careful. What if I wasn’t here to catch you just in time?” Hudson asked.

“ Hey, don’t feel so puffed up, ok? Just bring me down. I can’t bear those hands of yours on my body” Alvara hissed, making Hudson scoff.

“ You know you’re ungrateful, right? A thank you won’t hurt that bad” Hudson said.

“ You wish” Alvara hissed with an eye roll.

“ Fine then” Hudson said, letting go of her and she fell with a loud thud on the floor.

“ Jerk” Alvara glared angrily at Hudson who just took the book on the floor, heading to a table and placing it on it.

Alvara stood dusting off some dust of her body before heading to the table. Hudson flipped through the pages of the book but stopped.

“ Hah, found it. The Fenris Twins” He exclaimed.

“ Hayden Johnson and Hunter Smith, two best friends who were brought up in a strict Nazi household headed by Smith Wolfgang von Strucker, leader of a terrorist organization, Hydra…

“ Thus they grew up with extremist tendencies and over the course of their careers, Fenris allied with numerous villains and led criminal enterprises of their own, killing many humans including few mutants. They are part of a shadowed International organization called the Hellfire club ” Hudson read out from the book

“ Oh now that explains why your Dad was all red at the mention of the Fenris Twins. They were supervillains” Alvara mouthed with a slow nod.

“ But I think there’s more to why my Dad was angry, don’t you think? “ Hudson asked and Alvara hummed in agreement, flipping through another page.

“ Hey, check this out” Alvara said, pointing at what she saw on the page and Hudson looked down.

“ Around the year 1985, Hayden and Hunter were involved in a firefight with a barrage of bullets being shot at them by the Sentinels. They joined hands and attempted to create a blast of energy against their attackers, however while their bodies were still glowing, a bullet hit Hunter on the chest and he died on the spot, leaving Hayden devastated. Hayden later used his best friends skin to make a leather belt as a form of remembrance” Alvara read out, her voice changing in disgust as she read the last statement.

“ Yucks, disgusting” Alvara spat in disgust.

“ Erm… Alvara don’t you think the whole thing in this book is a lie? “ Hudson asked.

“ Somehow my mind is telling me the same thing. I don’t seriously believe it” Alvara backed up.

“ Same here. Come to think of it; how is possible Hunter got shut while their Fenris Force manifested? “ Hudson asked.

“ If he was actually shot, I’m sure the bullet would have melted even before getting close to him” Alvara added.

“ Exactly” Hudson said. Alvara hummed, stroking her chin.

“ Does it mean this book is telling a lie?” She asked no one in particular.

“ Yes it is” A voice said startling the both of them.

“ Dad” Hudson called on seeing Ben standing by the door.

“ You’re here? “ Hudson chuckled and Ben approached.

“ You said this book is made up lies. Does it mean it is also lying when it said the Fenris Twins were villains?” Alvara asked.

“ They were villains for sure but the part which says Hunter was shot is a total lie” Ben replied with a serious face.

“ Why will you say that, Dad? “ Hudson asked.

“ Because Hunter Smith was your great-grandfather, my grandpa” Ben replied and Hudson’s eyes widened in shock.

“ What? “ He yelled.

“ Does it mean Hayden was my great-grandfather then? “ Alvara asked and Ben nodded.

“ I know what happened to grandfather and a mere book can’t lie to me” Ben said, anger visible in his face and in the tone of his voice.

“ Then what exactly happened to them?” Hudson and Alvara asked at the same time.

“ They both KILLED THEMSELVES…………… .
