"Bonnie! We are late for school!" Alex screamed at her as she finally succeeded in squeezing the magazine inside her mini school bag.

"I said I'm coming. I'm coming, ok?" she said as she walked up to him and he held her hand.

"Would Peter be walking us to school today?" She asked as they hiked on the street.

"No!" Alex said bluntly as she breathed down and stopped asking questions.

They walked and got to the Mall and saw they have started reconstructing the ceiling.

"Not bad" Alex muttered to himself, they finally got to Bonnie's school. He handed over her lunch to her before waving her bye as he walked to theirs.

Bonnie walked to her school building and got to her class. Her gaze met with Rose who rolled her eyes at her.

She scoffed and walked to their teacher to submit her assignment to her.

She opened her bag, pressing the magazine inside while she brought out the homework.

"Good morning Ma'am" she said to her teacher who removed her spectacle and stared at her.

"Good morning Miss Bennett" The teacher said back to her as she placed the homework on her desk.

"I made an observation about the assignment" she said as her teacher frowned.

"What? Number 9? 4? Or one of the questions are incorrect?" The teacher asked sarcastically.

"No ma'am, I wanted to tell you that all the questions this time were correct and you should keep it up" Bonnie said to the surprise of the teacher as she smiled and walked to her seat.

"Hi Nicholas" she said waving to him as she dropped her bag on her table.

"Oh, hi me?" Nicholas said perplexed.

"Oh yes, of course you. Or isn't your name Nicholas?" She asked with a smile revealing her dimples as he got nervous and rubbed his head with his palm.

"Ahh, thanks. You know I'm surprised because I was the one that always say hi to you first" he confessed .

"Oh really? I guess I'm just overexcited then".

"Overexcited about what?" He asked as she smiled and brought out the magazine from her bag. Resting her back on her chair, she opened the magazine and glued her eyes on it.

"It's a secret " she said as Nicholas wondered why she would read a magazine with the title: LESSONS ON HOW TO PUT ON MAKEUP

(Isn't she way to young to learn that?) He thought and shrugged it off.

Mr. Adams, their Physics teacher was taking them on the topic, WAVES AND ACOUSTICS.

They listened to him as he taught from the white board.

"From the definition of wave, every wave motion has energy associated with it. When a point on a wave moves in the y –direction, the force that cause the point to move does not work on it and therefore transfer energy into the part of the wave to the right of the point. The rate at the which this work is done at the point is called the power which is equal to the force times the transverse velocity--" he stopped and stared at Sophia.

"Miss Woods?" He called as she came back to her senses and blinked her eyes.

"Would you mind telling the class why you have been staring at Mr. Parker all these while?" He asked as she stood up and swallowed hard.

The class giggled as Peter and his friends became perplexed. They never knew she was staring at him and they wondered why

She kept mute and face the ground as the whole class stared at her.

"We are waiting Miss Woods" Mr. Adams repeated as the giggling continued.

"Come on Sophia, don't tell me you were staring at one of those loosers. Just tell him you weren't staring at that asshole and get it over with" Rhoda whispered to her but she remained silent while facing the ground.

The bell for lunch break was heard as the students screamed excitedly while Sophia felt relieved.

"Don't be overexcited yet. Don't forget our science fair is coming up next week. Hope y'all preparing?" Mr. Adams said killing their joy.

"Awwhh" they all said in frustration while they arranged their bags.

The Freaks gathered as they walked to their normal table at the cafe. They settled down while Elena went to get their order.

"Hey Alex, how's your kid sister?" Janet asked as she walked past their table.

"Your kid sister really did a great job to Sophia, she's been so cool and calm" a guy passing by their table said.

"Wow, my sister is more popular than i am just one day she came to my school. Great" Alex said as Elena dropped the tray of chocolate cakes on the table and they started munching on it.

"Alex, look at what I saw on the Internet. Why don't we work on this? It's cool right?" Laura asked handling her phone to him so he would get a clearer picture of it.

"What's that? Can I see too?" Peter asked.

"Nope, you can't see because that's the project we would be working on in the science fair" Laura said to Peter who shrugged.

"Yh right. Remembering Sophia is my teammate gives me goosebumps" he said holding his body as if he were cold, making his friends laugh.

"You know I still wonder why she was staring at Peter today in class till Mr. Adams took notice of her" Elena blurted out.

"Yh, me too. Who knows if he was looking for ways to remove his teeth? Remember Bonnie savaged her because she called Peter Spider man and he doesn't like it?" Laura pointed out.

"Speak of the devil" Alex said as they saw Sophia walking to their table alone as they wondered where her friends were.

"Hi guys" she said politely to them.

"Please Sophia, if you are here to---"

"No no no no, I'm not here to cause trouble. I'm here to thank Peter for saving my ass yesterday and also inform him my mom said he can stop by tomorrow. Please don't turn her down" she said cutting Laura's talk.

"Oh" Peter said dumbfounded.

"And we would talk about the project too. I've gotten an idea" Sophia added.

"What are you doing with these bunch of loosers?" Rhoda asked as Thelma and Anna walked up to their table.

"They aren't bunch of loosers" Sophia screamed back at them as the Freaks were surprised to see Sophia having their backs.

"What? Are you nuts? These guys are bunch of assholes. What has gotten over you?" Anna asked getting annoyed.

"Well I think you girls are the assholes!" Sophia said to them curtly.

"Wait what? You're taking their sides now?" Thelma asked half yelling.

"You know what? You're out of the crew!" Rhoda said as they walked away angrily.

"Yh whatever. After all, the STAR ain't complete without an S in it. So be gone!" Sophia yelled back at them.

"What just happened?" Elena muttered to herself.

"I'm sorry about that guys. Peter, I'll be really glad if you'd honor the invitation. And once again. Thanks for saving my life back there" she said with a smile.

"Well, I didn't do it alon--" he stopped as Alex pinched him.

"Ok then, till later and you're welcome" he said as she nodded and walked away.

"What was that for?" Peter said to Alex as he rubbed the place he pinched him.

"Well, If you tell her you didn't do it alone, then she would ask questions on how we knew about it thereby raising questions and trust me, that would blow our cover" Alex said.

"I think Alex is right. let her just think it was a coincidence" Laura stated.

"I'm still surprised why she exchanged words with her best friends because of us" Elena said as she shrug.

"Yeah me too. Maybe she feels remorse already. Remember Peter saved her life?" Alex mocked as they all laughed.

"One good turn deserves another indeed" Elena stated as they continued with their lunch while Sarah walked to the cafe and sat on her lonely table which made the freaks stared at her.

"You know I'm beginning to think Sarah knew who would die next and refused to give us the clear picture because she doesn't like Sophia who always bullies her" Alex suggested.

"Yh, I thought of that too. Because Sarah always gives clear visions" Laura said.

"Which means she gave us a puzzle to solve. If we were able to solve the puzzle then it was Soohia's luck, if we weren't, then Sophia dies" Elena said.

"But why would she put Sarah's life in our hands?" Peter asked as they all stared at her noticing she was writing on her journal.

"I'm going to meet her" Elena said as she left her friends and walked up to Sarah.

"Hi" Elena said to her with a smile but Sarah didnt look up at her. Rather, she continued writing.

Elena stared at what she was writing but couldn't understand it because it was encrypted in an unknown language, and she wished she could understand it or Bonnie was there to decipher it for her.

"Ahhm, I wanted to thank you for giving us the revelation about Sophia. We were able to save her at the mall because of you. All thanks to you" Elena said to her. She stopped writing and looked up at Elena before continuing.

"I'll come to your house today so we would start up the project" Elena said as a message popped up in her phone.

"Excuse me, I have to take this" she said to Sarah as she checked the message.

#Elena please can you stop by the house today? I'm not asking you because I did you a favor and want you to return it. I'm asking you as a friend. EDWARD.

She breathed down after reading as she placed the phone in her pocket.

"I've gotta go now. I'll drop by your house today" she said and stood up as she walked to her friend's table.

"Hey, how did it go?" Alex asked

I'll give you details later. I'm heading somewhere now" she said taking her bag from the chair

"Where are you going?" Laura asked her.

"Somewhere. I'll tell you when I return. Just cover me up in class" she said and walked away.

"We'll be at Alex's place when you return" Peter shouted to Her as she left.

She alighted from the cab at the front of Edward's house as she stood still outside. She started wondering why she came anyway. Maybe she should go back.

"Am I having a crush on him already? Why did I come here?" She asked herself as she turned to leave then Edward opened the gate.

"Oh, you're here already" He said with a smile as she turned back to face his gaze.

"Oh, yeah" she said nervously.

"Aren't you supposed to be in school? I thought maybe you'll come after school" he said making her unease.

"Ahhh" she said embarrassed not knowing what to say.

"It's ok anyway. You're here already" he held her hands making her swallow hard as they both walked inside.

She sat on the sofa as she felt loosed.

"You look cute today. You know the other day at the grill, You were looking tough. But I like you either way" he said and flashed his cute smile at her.

"Make yourself comfortable. I'm coming, let me go make you something" he said and walked to the kitchen.

(Oh my God! I'm so busted. Why didn't I tell Bonnie before coming here. I need her help. But wouldn't Alex, Laura and Peter think I am crazy for seeking relationship advise from a 9 years old? Well I don't care. I need her) she thought as her hands shook whilst she texted Bonnie.

#Bonnie, I'm in trouble. I went to Edwards house. He invited me over"

##What? Why would you go there without telling me? Don't you know he would feel you were quite easy to get? You should have played along a little while, to see if he would hang on or make him plead to see you.

Bonnie replied.

# come on don't scold me now. Just help me please. What should I do?

# "You'll teach me how to put on make up if I help you huh? I don't understand what this stupid magazine is saying.

#what? What do you need that for?

Elena replied.

##No questions, deal or not?!

Bonnie texted.

Elena replied as Bonnie sent her a smiling emoji making Elena roll her eyes.

# well, him inviting you over means two things, either he just wanted to ask you to date him or maybe making out with you, that's if you are easy to get and if he is a play boy. But don't allow that even though he is cute.

Bonnie replied.

#what should I do?

Elena texted.

#If he asked you out, ask him what's the purpose of the relationship. Let's start from there. Keep me posted in whatever he says. I'll tell you what to reply him

Bonnie texted back as Elena breathed down while Edward walked towards her from the kitchen.
