Alexander POV

After the passionate kiss between me and that blonde girl at the party where I recognize her as Stacie. I push her then she grabbed my arms and threatened me to tell my wife our dirty little secret we did before.

Shock and afraid I let her guide me towards the vacant room where she said she wants to talk about us.

The moment we get inside the room she unzips her dress and walks sexily into me.

" You said we need to talk," I told her.

"Come on Alex. I know those eyes... What I saw is lust in your eyes. If she can't fulfill your needs I am here at your service" she bit her lips still trying to seduce me

"I am not here to play with fire to you. " I told her

She walked and stop in front of me. While tracing her fingers to my collar down to my tie till the button of my shirt. Shit, this girl is crazy. I immediately grab her hand and push it.

"You kissed me back there! And you know what?" She bend down and whispered into my ears.

"I can see the look on your wife's face when we kissed. If only you witness" then laugh like a madwoman.

Shit! I facepalm myself and try to calm. What did I do?

I look at the madwoman in front of me and I glared at her.

"Do this again I will destroy you and your father's business. Mark my words" I did not wait for her response. I run outside the room and look for my wife.

Oh shit, what will I tell her? I raised both of my hands and keep them on each side of my head. I pace out outside the restroom where I last saw my wife trying to wait for her to come out.

My mom spotted me and walked beside me.

"What are you doing here?" She asked

"Waiting!" Trying to calm down. My heart still beating so fast.

"Waiting for what? She asked me again

"Not what Mom! But who. I am waiting for my wife. The last time I saw her she went inside the restroom" I explained to her.

"Alex, what have you done there? We saw what you did. " She told me

"I swear Mom it's a mistake. I am drunk and I thought it's my wife kissing me" I told her honestly.

"Alex you better explain yourself to her. She is not there anymore. The moment you went inside the room with that blonde girl she step outside the restroom. She said she had an emergency call from the hospital. I think she's lying. She just wanted to walk away from here." Oh shit!

"Mom I am sorry. Shit shit shit... What do I do? oh God! I hope she's not mad... Of course, she will get mad at me." I think I'm going crazy. I run hurriedly to my car and drove to my penthouse.

The overwhelming silence welcomes me. I run to her room hoping she might be there. But no one! I call her number. But I will always get connected to voice mail.

I call the hospital and asked if Doctor Mandy is currently working at this hour. Yes, they confirm to me that she's there working. I guess I will wait for my wife till she will be home.

I went to the room, take my bath, and change to comfortable loose with a shirt and a boxer. I slam my body to the bed and sleep took over me.

I woke up because of my head. Shit, it's hurting. I took Advil and drink it. I check the time it's 5:39 am. My wife's shift will end at 6 am so I decided to go to the kitchen at might cook for breakfast.

While I was cooking I heard a clicking sound from the front door. I look up to it to find my wife entering it.

"Good morning my beautiful wife!" I welcome her with a bright smile. Thank god! I have already finished all my cooking.

"Uhm morning! I will be in my room" she said while not looking into my eyes. Then she turn before she could run towards her room I caught her wrist.

I pull her to me and I hug her. She wiggles her body and tries to let go of my arm. I kissed her head and said

" I waited for you till I fall asleep. Mom said you went to the hospital. I feel disappointed coming home without you. I miss you, wife.. really and I love you so much" I lifted her head so she can look into my eyes. But she refuses to look.

"Let me go, Alex. I am tired"

"You're not going to eat?" I am still hugging her. She fit perfectly in my arms.

"No! I already eat with Marielle." She told me. I feel disappointed and my heart hurts right now.

"No, you will eat with me. I cook for us, please. Just taste a little or I will prepare milk it's good to drink it before sleep right? Come come" I stubbornly told her. I want to spend my morning with you. I don't care If I sound desperate.

"I can't Alex" then she let go and ran to her room.

I knock on her door then I hear her said

"Alex I want to rest please" she pleads.

I open her door since I have the master key with me. I don't want her to sleep still mad and upset to me.

I found them sitting in her bed and sitting beside her.

"Did you see me and Stacie? Babe, I am sorry I thought it was you. Promise I push her away after I realize it was not you" I explained to her.

"I don't care Alex we don't have any relationship. Marielle and Mark said I can continue to help you recover even if I stay in my apartment. I want to back to my apartment Alex" she told. Great! She's planning on leaving me.

"Ah ah.. no you can't. You promise me! You said you will help me" I try to hug her but she push me. Did she want it? She wanna leave me? I think she wants me dead now.!

"Alex I will be your doctor and I will help you. I just don't see why I need to stay here. I can still check and help you recover while I am away from you"

"That's the point you will be away from me. I told you you're my wife. I can't live without you" I down on my knees and look at her with teary eyes.

"Babe please, she's nothing to me. I swear! If you are mad please just beat me slap me kick me whatever you might feel relieved. I know I am at fault just please don't go away. Don't leave me. Leaving me means you want me dead. I can't please" I am begging her.

"Alex stand up. " She helps me stand but I hug her hips while I am sobbing in her lap.

"If you go to your apartment take me with you. Please I will go wherever you go. Babe please please just kill me instead please please forgive me"

"Alex stop theirs nothing to forgive since you did not do wrong. OK, let's go up and eat I think you are hungry I can hear your stomach now" she said trying to calm me down. She tried to raise me but I know I more strong than her.
