Laura Pov Cont.

It was getting hard to breathe as we kissed. I wanted to pull away but I felt safe and good. Nothing can make me feel this good.

Wait...what am I doing? We're in school.

I laid my hand on his chest and pushed him, he didn't budge instead he deepened the kiss. My breathe shortens in a minute, I started screaming in his mouth and he paused then pulled away.

"I am sorry" he stated as he carefully brought me down. I almost hated myself for stopping.

"it's oka--"

"Finally it's done, we have been waiting for some minutes now and my legs hurt," Came a familiar voice and I froze feeling more than embarrassed.

"Nelly!" I exclaimed. I'm screwed.

Nelly, Emma, Harper, Max and Ricky were standing right beside us, grinning there.

"How long have you guys been standing there?" I asked, feeling embarrassed. I wish the the ground could swallow me now.

"For a while now," She wriggled her eye brows and she sucked at it.

"Be more specific," Gabriel finally spoke and I was glad. We're trying to create a conversation that will clear the awkwardness.

"We've been since you guys started kissing," Max shrugged and smirked.

"We came when you pushed Laura to the wall and did all those stuffs. I was only interested in your lips. Oh, smooch smooch smooch smooch," Nelly said and they busted into laughter.

Geezzzz!!! I am going to kill her.

"Guys please stop" Gabriel yelled over the laughter and they amazingly obeyed.

"I gotta go," I said after the brief silence. I walked towards Nelly and muttered "I hate you and I'll kill you for this," and she laughed nervously.

She should know that I am not kidding, I am being serious. I'll punish her according. I wouldn't talk to for for days and she'll apologize. Wait, what if she apologies now. No, I won't forgive.

"Please forgive me," She said in my ears as the girls trailed behind me.

"Look, it's not entirely our fault-, wait, what am I say. It's not our fault at all. It's you and Gabriel's fault for doing that in school. I mean, what if it was a teacher or someone else that saw you guys," Emma stated and I slowly turned to them.

"Fine, you ladies are forgiven," I sighed and Nelly raised her brows.

"We didn't do anything wrong, so we are not guilty but you are," Nelly spat and I rolled my eyes and shook my head.

What kind of friends are these?

"Let it slide Nelly," Harper almost yelled, "Thank you," I retorted and Nelly rolled her eyes.

"So how did it feel?" Harper shrieked and I got confused.

"How did what feel?" I asked, completely confused.

"You know," She eyed me and I got more confused.

Seriously I don't get it.

She huffed and said, "How did the kiss feel like. How was it, you know, kissing Gabriel," She said slightly pissed and I chuckled.

Now I get it!

"Why are you ladies asking me this," I giggled nervously, blushing and feeling embarrassed too.

"It was embarrassing that you guys caught me," I stated, trying my best to hide my flushed cheeks and they sighed.

"First of all, we are ladies not guys and we know you felt embarrassed when we caught you two but how did it feel when you kissed him," Harper asked, this time she was impatient. The others ushered me to talk and I smiled.

"It felt great, I mean, magical. I felt all the good things in the world. I felt like the world was ours and-"

"Aww," They all chorused.

Did they just aww me?

"That's so romantic," Emma commented.

"I hope he feels the same way you do," Harper said and Nelly rolled her eyes at her.

"Seriously? Why wouldn't he. Gabriel is cool, hot, nice, caring, romantic, innocent, dreamy--"

"Nelly, okay stop! I think that's enough, are you crushing on him or something?" I asked, feeling a little bit jealous at how she acted. All dreamy and stuff.

"Sorry, I totally forgot! That reminds me, why were you both kissing any way. Did he propose to you or something?" She asked and I chuckled.

"Yeah, he propose to me. I am too young for marriage," I smiled and she glared at me.

"You know what I mean," She smiled and I shook my head "No he didn't, it was just my mistake," I said and they gasped.

"You're crazy, you took the first move?" They asked, I nodded and they shrieked.

What's so exciting there?

"My baby is all grown up," Nelly giggled and I gasped and snorted at the same time.

"You must be joking. I am not a baby and definitely not yours," I retorted and she rolled her eyes.

"It's gonna be awkward being in the same room with him now," I sighed and they shook their heads.

"Yeah, especially now that he's your project partner and we have have a project today," Harper said.

"Do you think that Mr Howard would let Gabriel enter his house?" Emma asked and I smiled.

"I'm sure he would, he is the one who owns the school so that's a start. He'll let him in," I assured.

"You are probably right," Emma shrugged.

"Speaking of school project. I wonder how Ivan would cope with that brat Rachel," Nelly stated and I chuckled.

"I feel sorry for him already. He's a good guy," Harper said and we all turned to her smiling.

"What?" She asked but we just laughed. "I really need to punch those girls in the face for what they did to you this morning," Nelly said holding up her fist and I giggled.

"It's fine," I laughed. "You don't have to," I stated as we walked back to class.

They are so nice for them to punch Rachel in the face. They'll get detention and I don't want that.

After the last lesson of the day, in which I concentrate in. I was thinking of Gabriel who was sitting behind me. That's not worst, now we are going to Mr Howard's house together. In the same car.

Help me please! How did I put myself into this kind of mess.

"Ladies, aren't you going to tell me goodbye?" I asked, trying to stall. I don't want to be stuck with Gabriel alone. It'll be awkward.

"Good bye," They waved and quickly disappeared.

"See you dude," Max called out as Harper pulled him away and I sighed.

Now they are leaving me alone with Gabriel.

"We better get gonna. Oh, I forgot my bag. I'll go get in, it might be in the class" I said and he stared at me before sighing.

"Your bag is on you," He said pointing at my back. "Look, I know it's weird being with my after what happened, but the driver has been waiting for a while now. Can we go?" He asked and I nodded.

So much for stalling.

We walked towards the car and I greeted, "Good afternoon Fred," I smiled, "Laura, good afternoon" he smiled.

"Good afternoon sir" Gabriel greeted and he nodded.

"This is my project partner, Gabriel. Gabriel meet Fred," I introduced and they shared pleasantries.

"I'm sorry for keeping you waiting Fred" I apologize but he just shrugged it off. "Do you think Mr Howard is gonna be mad about me bring Gabriel to the house?" I asked.

"He'll be fine with it, now hop in let's go," he smiled and I turned to Gabriel before I got into the car. Gabriel got in and closed the door behind him before Frank drove off.

The ride was smooth. Gabriel and Fred indulged in a conversation as we drove on.

It helped, because if the car was silent, it would gave been awkward for me and Gabriel but now it's can't be awkward cause there is no silence.

We finally arrived at the house. Frank drove in and parked the car. He quickly got down to open the door for us get down.

"What?" I asked Gabriel who was staring at me strangely and he shrugged, "You are treated like a princess," he said, once we stepped out of the car and I just giggled.

You'll meet the real princess very soon. I was quite surprised that I didn't see Katherine waiting for me. Oh, well! "Wow, the house looks like a castle," Gabriel smiled and I chuckled. That's what I thought.

"Finally, Laura you're back," I am guessing that's Katherine. Why is my mouth getting me in trouble today.

"Yeah I am," I smiled as she pulled me into a hug, not obvious of Gabriel who stood beside me.

"I'll have to tell dad to change the time your school closes, cause I need you. Anne is great but she busy and Sandra isn't that type of girl, but you are prefect. I am going out today and I need a beautiful dress to wear, please help me," she pouted and I giggled.

"I will but when I am done with school work " I stated and she nodded. It took some seconds before her eyes trailed to Gabriel and she asked, "Who are you?" she asked.

"Um, that's my project partner. I have a project today," I said and she groaned.

"Busy, busy. Why are all the good ones busy. Anne is drawing and you have a project, who is gonna help me," she whined and I rolled my eyes.

"Just wear a high waist black leggings, with a white flowy and lacey crop top, that is if you have those," I suggested and she paused for a while before shrieking.

"That's exactly what I need," she smiled, running inside in the process but stopped half way and ran back to me.

"Thanks," she hugged me and I smiled. Then she whispered, "By the way, he's cute," She smirked before running inside.

"That was odd," Gabriel said and I chuckled.

"Come on let's go," I sighed and dragged him into the house. "I can't just stop saying wow today," He grinned and I laughed.

That's how I felt.

"Laura, you are here already. As my play buddy yo-" He paused immediately he saw Gabriel. Guess who it was? Well, it's Luke.

"You must be Gabriel, I'm Luke," He said, stretching his hand for a handshake. It took all the willpower in Gabriel for him to accept calmly.

I know that he doesn't like Luke. And now Luke will find a way to tempt him cause that's how he is. A tease.

Luke's eyes turned to me, sending me a strange look that I quite understand. Teasing me is his specialty.

"He's my project partner," I stated and he nodded.

"It's a pleasure to finally meet you in person. I've heard a lot about you," Luke smiled as they withdrew their hands.

"Me too," Gabriel said, his eyes fixed on Luke. This is awkward. "Hey, we better get going if we want to finish the project in time," I laughed awkwardly and Luke sighed.

"Yeah you're right," Luke shrugged and Gabriel smiled. "I will miss my play buddy," he said and I gave him a stare to stop.

Stop teasing already.

I held Gabriel's arm and dragged him upstairs. He quietly followed but we were suddenly halted by Katherine who rushed down the stairs.

"I am late," She huffed immediately she stepped down. "How do I look" she grinned.

"Gorgeous," I stated.

"Adorable," Gabriel smiled and she turned to Luke who was holding a quizzy expression.

"I don't think that I'll let you go out dressed like that," He said and Katherine huffed.

"I'm not really asking for permission to go out," she said, and left before he could say a word. I chuckled and dragged Gabriel up to my room.

"Laura, you have two hours, remember. And I missed you," Sandra smiled as she hugged me but she immediately pushed my roughly.

Where did she come from?

"Who are you?" She asked Gabriel and for the millionth time in today I spoke.

"He's Gabriel my project partner."

"Oh, seems like the project will take some time," She huffed, "Please be quick. I'll leave you two to it."

"More odd," he said and I laughed.

"Your bedroom is huge and colourful and also expensive," he smiled.

"Yeah," I said as I jumped on the bed and I started offloading my bag.

"You even have a TV in your room and a big one," He said amused and I smiled as I continued to remove my books while he admired my room.

"Laura, can I ask you a question?" he asked and smiled. "Yeah"

He walked towards the bed and sat close to me. "I know this isnt the right place or time to be asking you this but I-I"

"You-you?"

"I wanted to ask you if..... " he stuttered.

Spill it already. He gulped down something and looked at me nervously. "If you will be my girlfriend?" he dropped the bomb and everything around my stopped.
