Rachel Pov

"That was reckless Rachel," Aunty Malika said frowning.

"I want her to leave Gabriel alone and this is the great opportunity," I said.

"If she stays in that house she'll get Luke's and Mr Howard's attention and maybe they will end up in love, did you think of that?" She said and I scratched my head.

"It doesn't matter I don't like Luke, I like Gabriel... "

"If she gets close to them, think of what she can do,"sl She said and I pouted.

"She could do anything including ruin me," I said.

What have I done!!

"You just cost yourself," She said coodly and walked away.

I can fix this!!

I stood up and walked into my room.

I have allies now and it seems that one of my allies have a crush on Luke.

"Rachel you shouldn't have done that," Patricia said as she stood up and walked to me.

"I didn't do anything wrong, I just told him what she said."

"Wait! She really said that?"

"Yeah, she did."

"But you shouldn't have told him."

"What if she can take advantage of Luke and make him fall in love with her."

"Do you really think that Luke will fall for a common maid, think about it girls,he won't."

"And besides with her gone Tammy can have Gabriel all to herself" I added.

Laura pov

"How can Rachel be this stupid," Nelly said as she sat on my bed.

"I better start packing," I said as I opened my bed wardrobe and started packing my clothes.

I haven't even been in this room for two weeks and now this!!

Why all this.

"I don't still like this," Harper said sadly.

"It's okay, I'll be fine," I said.

"We'll miss you," Emma said as she hugged me from behind.

"C'mon I'm not leaving today," I said and she pulled from the hug.

"It doesn't matter," She sniffed.

"Are you crying?" I asked.

"Maybe.. Yea!" She said.

"We all are," Nelly said as they all sniffed.

"Ooh, come here," I said as I hugged all of them.

"Won't you go talk to Gabriel?" Nelly said as we pulled from the hug.

"I thought you were crying," I said and went back to what I was doing.

"You have been avoiding him today."

"No, I talked to him today."

"Huhuh, did you and your boyfriend have a fight."

"What..no way, he's not my boyfriend. You know what leave me alone."

"Okay, if you say so.. "

"I can't believe that she is leaving tomorrow," I said as I paced down the room.

"I think you should relax," Max said.

"I can't relax, maybe she wants to pay me back for shouting at her," I said as I sat on my bed.

"I don't think so, am not sure she said anything like that," Max said.

"Yeah, I agree with Max, I don't think Rachel and Laura are friends," Ricky said.

"Look, just go talk to her already," Max said.

"I can't," I said.

"Why can't you," Ricky asked.

"First of all remember early today we had kinda fought and she has been avoiding me since then so I can't just go and talk to her."

"You will, or you will lose her."

"And what is that suppose to me."

"Nothing I'm just saying, if she stays with Luke for sometime, he might fall for her because of her charm and innocence and you'll lose her forever."

"Can you guys just follow me and help me out in some places."

"Sure, what are friends for."

"Nothing else than to clean my shoes," I laughed and they shot my arms glare.

"Sometimes I wonder how we manage to keep up with you for all these years."

"Okay, let's bet, if you go talk to her I'll give my.. "

"I can go talk to her without taking any thing of yours."

"Are you trying to insult me?"

"I f you take it like that I don't mind."

"Just go talk to her already," He said and I rolled my eyes as we walked out of the room.

We walked towards her room and my heart started pounded against my chest..

I wanted to go back but I know Max and Ricky will tease me so I just kept moving till I got close to her door and that's where I froze.

"C'mon knock already," Max said impatiently.

"Emm.. I remember that I left something in the room let me get it," I said as I walked back but they both held me.

"I'll just knock," Ricky said and knocked on the door and I grew nervous.

The door opened and one of her friends stood in our way.

I wanted to peep into the room but I thought otherwise.

"Can we come in," Ricky said cause I was too nervous to utter a word.

She moved away from the door and walked into the room, leaving the door open.

We stared at each other before walking inside.

I became more than nervous when I saw Laura laying on her bed facing the ceiling.

"Hey," I nervously.

"Hey," She uttered without looking at me.

I guess she's mad about earlier...

"I came to see you."

"I'm here.. "

"Can we talk privately please?"

"Anything you want to say, you can say it in front of everyone."

One of her friends cleared her throat and said, "We will go Gabriel, Laura please don't be too harsh."

Laura rolled her eyes as they all walked out of the room leaving me and Laura alone.

I am really getting tired of standing.

I sat down on one of her friends bed and I wasn't prepared for the way she addressed me.

"I didn't tell you to sit," She snarled.

"I am so sorry, but you don't have to be rude about it," I said as I stood up and her face softened.

"I am sorry, you can sit," She said as she looked away.

"Are you still mad at me?" I asked but didn't get an answer.

"Maybe?" She blurted out after a brief silence and turned to look at me.

"So what's so urgent that you had to come to my room and send my roommates out."

"I just wanted to... "

"Is it about me leaving for Mr Howard's house tomorrow," She said but it sounded more like a question with a smirk glued on her face.

"Maybe?" I said and she rolled her eyes as she turned away again.

"Okay quit this, look at me I want to see your face," I said.

"Why should I?" She giggled.

"Because it's beautiful and I want to see it," I said and she turned smiling.

"Do you really want to go?" I asked sadly.

"Do I really have a choice?"

"What do you mean? You were whispering to your friend...Emm.. I can't remember her name but anyway, Racheal heard you and told Mr Howard so yeah you made your choice."

"Wait.. So you really think that I said that."

"That's what Racheal said."

"Racheal and I aren't even friends so what the hell are you saying?" She yelled.

"Oh really? How was I suppose to know.... I thought you were friends it's not my fault."

"why will you ever think that we were friends. How dumb are you?" She yelled and I sparked.

She just called me dumb..

"You call yourself my friend when you don't even know my roommates and friends names."

"I usually forget their names so don't judge me. I'm trying to explain myself and talk to you but you are acting like a child diagnosed with brain damage," My voice echoed.

I just can't believe I said that..

"Well, the girl with the brain damage is telling you to leave and never talk or come close to me again."

"Laura I... "

"Get out" She yelled and I slowly turned and walked out of her room.

"How did it go," Ricky said as he rushed to me.

"Pretty awful," I smirked.

"I'm sorry," They said as we all walked back to our room.

Now everything is worst than before.

I stared at my feet angrily feeling lost..

He just snapped at me again that is just the push I need to go on.

His brain damage said it all.

He should never ever come close to me again, he won't even see me again, except in school.

I'll just have to avoid him for a few hours.

The opened and Emma and Harper ran to me.

"What happened?" Emma asked.

"Did he tell you that he loves you?" Harper asked.

Luckily, the bell for lunch ran and we all went for lunch and I dodged all their questions.

I slept that day feeling angry and somewhat annoyed at Gabriel..

The next day arrived like the wind and I was arranging my luggage awaiting Mr Howard after our breakfast and my friends just stared at me sadly.

I know how they feel right now.

I'm gonna be leaving today...

I don't want to bore you with my goodbye chats and sorrowful memories, let's just skip to the main part.

Mr Howard came unspeakablely early and we got into a big car that I could sleep in.

My friends waved sadly at me while we drove away.

I somehow felt empty that Gabriel wasn't there, I haven't seen him since yesterday.

But whatever told him not to talk to me again so what do I expect.

We arrived at a big house that strikingly looks like a castle.

The driver parked the car inside the house and someone rushed to open the door for me and Mr Howard.

As I stepped down from the car I felt different maybe because of environment.

"Welcome dear," A pretty lady said smiling.

I guess I'll be fine!!!
