Chapter 81: Chapter 81
Third POV.
They nodded their heads and turned around to leave, making the elderly sighed since the aura the three emitted was so strong that it made people unable to breath comfortably.
Aurora saw the girls leaving and ran towards them.
Walking outside they met both Eric and Jordan who were looking at them deeply.
They were outside guarding no one to enter as a way to protect them but there was a certain moment they ran in when they saw things being destroyed. Later on, they were shocked as they did not expect that their future queen and her family all had gifts.
Leila saw their shocked faces and rolled her eyes before smirking mischievously at them.
She got into their mind and saw what they had seen, making them shocked. Since she did not trust them yet as she had not gotten a chance to get close and know them, she decided to take out whatever they knew about her and could possibly put them in danger.
Both Jordan and Eric stood still confused as to why they were unable to move or talk. Both Elana and Marcus saw their reaction and looked at Leila only to find her so focused on the two. They knew what she was doing and did not plan talking her out of it since they had also planned to do the same thing.
After a few minutes, she was done and looked at them with a smile on her face.
“My queen. Princess,” they said as they bowed down.
“You can stand up. Let’s go,” Leila said but the two men were confused as they wondered how they had gone there.
They tried to recall what happened but their minds were blank for some time before seeing what happened. They nodded in understanding before following the four.
As they walked back to the palace, every time they met up with people who were looking at them with strange eyes, the family of three got into their minds to wipe off the memory of what had happened at the fields before replaying it with other scenes so as to not make people suspicious and worry about what was happening in their minds.
Jordan opened the door for them when they arrived at the palace. There was no one around other than Jordan’s mate and some omegas. Doris looked at them and smiled. She was not present in the field during the fight thus she did not know what had happened. Everyone who was in the palace working had no clue about what had happened or was happening outside.
“You guys are here. Come on, I am sure you are all hungry. Please wait for a minute so that I can instruct them to bring out the dishes,” she said with a smile making the others nod their heads.
“Excuse me my queen. I will leave so that I can go and inform the king that you are all back,” Eric said with a bow making Leila nod her head.
Seeing that Eric had left, Jordan bowed his head before turning around making Leila and the others frown.
They had thought that if Jordan were to leave, he would likely follow his mate so that he could go and disturb her since he missed her but it seemed that they were mistaken.
“Jordan, where are you going?” Aurora asked when she saw the questioning look on the others.
“To the warriors chamber so that I can see what they are doing,” he replied as he turned to look at her.
As if all their minds were connected, the four stood up and walked towards him.
“What about we accompany you?” Marcus asked, making Jordan frown as he couldn’t tell what they were really up to.
He did not bother to reply to him but his eyes were on Marcus filled with questions.
“Well, it will surely take them time to take the food to the dining room and we will obviously be bored. We aren’t familiar with the kingdom and you might show us around. Of course you can take us anywhere but I am sure you do know that we are great warriors in our pack. Can you please let us see how your warriors practice? We might as well learn a few things from them before we leave,” Marcus told him, making Jordan’s frown disappear.
He did not question him further as he knew that the king and his family trusted them unconditionally thus they did not have any ill intention to their kingdom thus he agreed to their request.
“You may tag along but we will be back within fifteen minutes,” he told them, making them nod their head and have a pleased look on their faces.
Jordan rushed to the kitchen and informed Doris where they were going and told her that she should mindlink him after the meals were served so that he could bring them back.
They later walked towards the warriors chamber. When the warriors saw who had walked in, they started murmuring, making the place noisy and some took steps backwards as they were afraid that they might be the sisters next victim.
Jordan frowned upon seeing that and he did not understand what was really happening. On the other hand, Elana, Leila and Marcus did what brought them there as soon as they walked inside.
The room that was so noisy became silent all of a sudden making Jordan look around as he wondered what was really happening. To him, they were behaving strangely as he had never seen anything like that before. Minutes later, the warriors returned to their original state and bowed their heads as they greeted both Leila and Aurora as it was required of them.
Jordan let out a sigh of relief before introducing both Elana and Marcus to the warriors.
“Elana, since you are the strongest warrior among the werewolves and in your pack, where don’t you fight with one of our strongest lycan? Of course the strongest is our king but I am not talking about him or me. I am saying one of them,” Jordan stated, making Elana look at her.
“You think that I am not your match, am I right?”
