Third POV.

Seeing their afraid look, even though Leila didn’t want to be proud of using their grandmother, she could help but clap at herself inwardly.

“As a punishment, grandma had commanded us to wipe off everyone’s memory of what happened today in the field,” Elana said as she looked at the oldest woman among them because she seemed to be the one who had authority over everyone in there.

The woman smiled when she said that and admitted that Elana was truly clever if she really saw who had the say in the matter. With her current pleasure, the woman decided to agree and help them wholeheartedly.

“All of you?” she asked as she looked at both Marcus and Aurora.

“My brother-in-law is also a god but he doesn’t have darkness in him,” Leila told them as she looked at Marcus.

The gesture made Marcus smile at her since he had thought that she had forgotten about him ever since she became powerful but now, he didn’t have to worry over trivial matters.

The elderly nodded and looked at Marcus brightly as they were reminded of the girl's dad, Elias.

“Welcome young man,” an old man said, making Elana and Leila frown as they wondered why he could be treated better than them.

“Isn’t the princess supposed to leave then? This doesn’t concern her,” another said, making Leila glare at her involuntary.

The woman took steps back and with her head lowered in fear when she met Leila’s eyes.

“Even though she doesn’t have the power to fight or any gift, she is my family! She can stay,” Leila said, making Aurora look at her with a smile on her face.

She felt loved when she heard how Leila defended her and vowed that she will always treat her better and protect her in any way possible even if Leila was way stronger than her.

“But you know that it can affect her in some way, right? This isn’t a child’s play or an anime that she can come to watch anytime she is bored,” the man who had welcomed Marcus said with a frown on his face.

“Well, she understands that it isn’t a child’s play but if she wants to accompany us then none of you have the right to question her or throw her out. As far as I know, you all got your powers from grandmother after she saw how sincere you were when you wanted to help our parents in the fight. Oh, I guess I understand what you are afraid of, you are afraid that the Moon Goddess will see how pure her heart is, how loving and caring she is to her grandmother and decide to grant her a gift? Are you afraid that there will be someone younger than you who has gifts? You are afraid that since she is so close to us, she might become the most powerful lycan?” Elana asked as she stared at each of them coldly making them divert their gazes and avoid her.

Seeing the guilty look on their faces, both Elana and Leila chuckle but Aurora was looking at them in astonishment. She had never heard of such a thing thus she wondered whether it was really true. She couldn’t help but ask herself whether she would turn out to be as lucky as they were when the war nears.

“Elana, you understand us, learning how to control minds uses a lot of power and can harm anything around them, that’s why they were asking whether she was really staying,” Tabby said as she knew that the girls trusted her more than they trusted the others.

“Since I chose to come with them, I will be responsible for anything that might happen to me. Also, my dad, brother and elders all accepted my request thus you don’t have to worry about anything. If you are so worried that I might be hurt, I am sure that my brother will send the beta and the gamma to protect me, Leila and Elana. After all, we can’t risk it when it comes to them,” Aurora said, making the oldest woman nod her head.

She had the gift to see through people and she had with Elana that Aurora was so pure and loved Leila so much as if she was her sister. She knew that if she insisted that the girl should go back, the Moon Goddess would be unhappy with her and she might be punished or even worse, her gift will be taken from her.

“There is no need to worry about her, since her king knows she is here and hey are not afraid, then why should we be afraid? She will just stay with us where we will be seated when the girls practise,” she said with her eyes on Aurora making Aurora look down as she was afraid of the woman.

“Okay.”

“Boston, since you can see through people and see what happened previously in their mind, you are the one who will start teaching them,” the old woman said.

“Yes,” the man said as he stood up from his seat and walked towards the girls.

“Princess Aurora, can you please take my seat as I carry out what is needed of me?” the man asked respectfully as he bowed in front of Aurora.

“Okay,” Aurora said as she started walking towards the seat.

“You may stand up,” she said with a frown when she saw that the man was still waiting for her to give him permission to stand up.

The man walked in front of the family of three with a serious look on her face.

“I want you all to concentrate on me. Take everything on your mind away and concentrate on me. Not how my body looks, not how I am speaking, not my facial appearances, not my hair but my mind. I know that you will ask, how possible is it when you can’t see my mind? Imagine what is inside my head, imagine that you can see my brain. If you achieve that, nod your head,” Boston said calmly and with seriousness.
