“She will continue staying here under me. I will make her pay as dad was kidnapped because of her,’ Aiden said coldly, shocking everyone.

“Aiden. If you will continue to be this stop then it is fine but you should know one thing. If you want to make Leila’s life a living hell then you better prepare yourself to also do the same to me,” Aurora said coldly.

Aiden looked at her but remained silent as he averted his gaze. After some time he looked at her coldly.

“If you want to choose her, even your own brother, then it's fine. You will suffer alongside her,” his voice was stern, cold and distant, hurting Aurora as she had never her brother to say that instead of agreeing with her.

He gave each of them a glance before turning and leaving.

Leila chuckled and said, “You think that you can make my life a living hell? If so, you have a long way to go. And don’t forget that that position you are so proud of was given by my grandmother, if I wanted to take it I can do it in just a snap,” Leila said as she illustrated how she could take it away.

At this time, Aiden had halted and turned around when he heard her. He was so mad when he heard her, he was so mad but he knew what she said was true.

“I am the one who can make your life a living hell not you,” Leila added as she raised her then made a fist at Aiden’s direction.

Immediately, Aiden started having a severe headache making him hold his head.

Seeing this, Leila stared at him coldly and had a mischievous smile on her face.

“Do you now believe me when I say it?’ Leila asked, making Aiden look at her.

He wanted to talk but each time he tried to, his head would hurt even more than before. At the same time, he was shocked as he knew that Leila didn’t know to do that two weeks ago. Seeing how confident she was and the murderous aura around her, Aiden had to admit that she had become stronger and could kill him anytime she wanted.

Everyone was shocked when they realised that Aiden’s pain was caused by Leila within just a few seconds.

Aurora panicked and ran towards Leila.

“Leila, can you please let him go? I know that I have no right to say this but please for my sake, can you please relieve his pain? I promise, if he hurts you again in any way whether by his words or actions, I would beg on his behalf. I will let you do whatever you want with him,” Aurora said, making Leila raise her eyebrows towards her.

After some minutes, she lowered her hand and freed her fingers, making Aiden sigh in relief and pleasure when he didn’t feel the pain.

He just gave her a glance for a while before leaving.

“Come on, let’s go and rest by the cliff,” Elana said when she saw that Aiden was gone.

As they walked Leila looked at the guys before frowning when something came on her mind.

“What kind do you guys want?” she asked them, making them turn their heads to her direction.

“I think what I want most is, the gift that gives one the ability to make some duplicates of himself and also change to be someone else,” Matteo said immediately as he was afraid that there was someone else who had his eyes on that gift.

Leila nodded her head in understanding. “What about the others?”

“I think whatever he said is amazing but I know that I am a warrior and I love fighting. If I was asked what I truly desire, I would say that I want to give enough strength to defeat a lot of people in a minute,” Jordan said, making Elana look at him in adoration.

She knew what having strength really meant in any warrior's life. Most of the time, they only think of how to increase their strength so as to become more powerful.

“But if you say that, what about the other warriors? I think that they are the ones who will be given the strength while you guys will be given some special powers,” Leila said, making Jordan frown as he had not thought of that.

“If that’s the case then is there a gift to breath out fire? In that way, I can burn any enemy I come across,” Jordan said, leaving them speechless.

“I always wanted the mind controlling powers but now that your grandfather said that that might not work on the rogues, I don’t know what else I can choose but I will have decided in a few days,” Eric said, making Leila nod her head in understanding.

“Uhm, are they the only ones who will be given gifts? Can’t I also be included?” Doris asked after a moment of silence.

“Of course not! Haven’t you seen that there are some women with the gifts when we go to visit the elders? I am sure that you will also receive one or two,” Elana said with a genuine smile on her face.

“If that’s the case then, I would like to have a fast speed or even fly. In this way, I may save mothers and children who would not have gone into hiding when the war starts,” Doris said.

They all had to admit that Doris was the kindest and most caring person they have ever met as she always thinks about others.

Both Elana and Marcus nodded their heads as they knew what she had said was the truth.
