“Why grandpa? Do you have to be biased just like grandma when it comes to issues concerning that old man?” Elana asked angrily, making the old man speechless as he wondered how things had escalated to that point.

“I am not biased. I am saying this cause I know how powerful that old man is. If you guys can learn some techniques from him, you will improve greatly in a short while,” the old man said as he sighed.

“Are you sure that’s all? You aren’t hiding anything else from us?” Leila asked as she raised her eyebrows to him.

Endymion looked at Leila and wondered when she had become unreasonable just like her big sister but at the same time, he was shocked that the little girl had seen through his mind.

“Fine,” he said as he gritted his teeth and glared at Leila.

The methods and attacks are a bit tricky as they are so complicated thus you may have difficulties while trying to master them. With Josiah’s help, you will not only be able to understand and do the same tricks but also come up with the same ideas to retaliate. As learning their fighting skills isn’t enough. You can’t just see them using one of the skills and then use the next method as you had already known it. In battle, knowing the enemy's skills helps one to avoid attacks and come up with ideas to defeat the enemies,” he explained.

“Knowing the enemies weaknesses,” Jordan added, making the old man nod his head in agreement.

“I will do this discreetly as it would be dangerous. This is like cheating but I honestly don’t care as long as you all are safe. Your grandma will surely avoid that so wish me luck. Don’t forget to release him when I send you the information,” Endymion said before vanishing in thin air.

“Gosh, I think I will never forget what has happened here today,” Doris said after some minutes of silence as they were still processing what had happened.

“You guys can really keep it a secret. No wonder the councils are extremely protective over you,” Jordan said as he looked at the sisters and Marcus.

“Sometimes it is better to stay silent, keep a secret instead of boosting around it since it can cause a lot of harm,” Elana said calmly.

“I always knew that there was something special about you guys but I always thought that I was thinking too hard and a lot of nonsense. but still, this has given beyond what I was expecting and thinking,” Eric said, making everyone turn their heads towards his direction.

“Bro, why haven’t you ever told us?” Matteo complained but Eric just rolled his eyes.

“Are you stupid or what? Couldn't you see that the royal family and the council were trying to keep it under their wraps? We are even lucky that they trust us even to let us know about their hidden identity and see their grandfather,” Eric said as he thought that sometimes Matteo did not use his brain to think.

“Now what are we going to do next?” Marcus asked as he felt there was not enough time left on their side after listening to the old man’s words and instructions.

“”We were told to train extra hard and that's what we are going to do,” Jordan said cheerfully.

He was a warrior this every time he fought in either battles, matches or training, he felt relaxed and energised. It was like a hobby to him.

“No, we are going to relax and take a break till he sends us what he has promised. I can’t see why we should tire ourselves then by the time he sends the secrets, we are already tired. It was better to relax and energise our bodies before he does so. Actually, I have a feeling that you guys will receive your gifts on that day or the day after,” Elana said in a serious tone.

“I think she is right. If you get them after that, you can also train how to use your powers when we are full of spirit and have enough strength while practising to avoid anyone from suffering from fatigue or getting sick in the middle of the severe training. Josiah is way too ruthless and I am sure that if he will be the one teaching us then we might end up not getting even a single break till we destroy our enemies,”Leila said, clearly supporting her sister’s decision.

“Phewks, I was even tired of waking up early and sleeping so late at night,” Matteo said, making everyone chuckle.

“As for me, it has been a while since I felt what sweetness means at night,” Jordan said as he winked at his mate who was flushing upon hearing his words and at the same time, she was embarrassed.

“Maybe you too should get a kid now. You have been mated for a while now and there is no good news yet,” Eric said shamelessly as he looked at the couples who were showing their affection in front of them.

“Yes you are right. Honey, have you heard what he has just said?” Jordan whispered in Doris' ear, making her slap him lightly as she glared at him.

“You guys can go and make love but Jordan, you can’t make her pregnant now. What if she miscarries it during the war? At least wait till everything is settled and calm before thinking of being a father,” Elana said as she felt that they weren’t serious.

As expected, Doris' eyes dimmed but they all agreed with what Elana had said. There was no need of carrying and risking then you lost your beloved child.

“Maybe even your kids will inherit the gifts. You may never know what the future holds for you,” Leila said with a smile on her face.
