Why are these girls here? I needed to be alone.

"Hey Charlie! We were soooo devastated to hear that you were admitted in hospital. Weren't we girls?" Diamond says trying to sound seductive but it just ends up sounding like she is stuck somewhere.

I don't want to talk to them. I know who they are, before Kez came to Deorgon, They were always around me like I was some fucking genius but I always ignored them. And now after her death, they are here again.

"So, how are you feeling?" asks another who has dyed her hair blue only at the tips.

"Good. I guess?" It's a lie. It's a total lie. How can I be fine? Just how? I am fucking messed up and I don't know what to do without Kez.

When Ruby tries to talk to me, who is the only sister I know before Diamond introduced herself in 9th grade, because she never tried to irritate me or never annoyed me like the others, Ken enters the room and says "Hey girls!", she sounds so small, her voice is so tiny. "Hey, Ken. What's poppin’?" Diamond asks.

"Nothing but Doc says you guys should leave or he will hyperventilate" Oh, thanks to her. I need to be alone for some time and I need to go home and figure out who is Honney. That e-mails are screwing with my mind.

"Um, Doctor said that or you are saying that just so you can be alone with him?" she says laughing and high-fives the girl with blue hair tips.

Kendal blushes, why the fuck is she blushing. Maybe it is a girl thing. Whatever, I need to be alone, so can they go already?

"No, Diamond but the whole town knows you wanna get in bed with him and who knows, maybe you could have killed Kez" she says totally astounding me and the whole room.

"Um,um, C-Charlie is my friend...." "Girls let’s go!" she says and storms out of the room. And the other girls follow her. Ruby is the last to go but when she does she whispers something to Ken and then leaves.

"Whatever" I say and turn on the bed and close my eyes.

"Ruby Stewart said she saw something the night before Kez's death and she wants to share that with us"

My eyes fly open and sit on the bed "What?"

"Yes, she will send off her sisters and come back here" she pulls the stool from the side and sits on it. "You feeling good" she asks me her eyes glistening.

"I feel like shit. I feel like Kez's death is not suicide"

"Oh, Diamond could never do that, She just acts like she is 'I am a bitch and I would do whatever I want and will get away with it' but she is not. She is a scared girl who seeks money for happiness"

"I am not talking about Diamond. I am talking about those pictures. Kez may have cheated on me but who are sending me these photos. They are threatening me. He may have done the same to her. Who knows?"

"Just calm down, we will figure this out. Me and Jack are cracking the codes tonight and we will find who he is"

I nod. Whatever she or me tries to do, it won't bring her back. But if her death is not suicide, I know she wouldn't do that. I have been with her for 3 years, I know she would tell me.

This just sucks.

Ruby opens the door and comes inside and says "I need to tell this quickly so, I can leave soon. If one of my sisters find, I am dead" in a hushed voice.

"Yeah, what did you see the night before Kezya's death?" Ken asks all serious.

Ruby takes a deep breath, "That night I saw her talking to someone near the Water Cliffs, I couldn't see his face but Kez was crying and I....I am pretty sure he was guy"

She was crying?

Why was she crying?

"W-what else did you see that night?" I ask her.

"Nothing else, I left...."

"You left just like that? Knowing she was with some random guy....You just left!"

"Calm down Charlie" Kendal says like she can control me.

Calm down? "Do you expect me to be calm about the fact that she is dead?!"

"I-I-am sorry Charlie! I didn't know what to do" Ruby says a tears rolling down her cheeks. "I have been blaming myself, since she killed herself!"

"Well, you should"

"Charlie! Shut up!" Kendal says warning me. "Ruby, I think you should go now"

Ruby nods and opens the door wiping her tears, "I am sorry, Charlie" she says and leaves.

I lie on my bed and the door opens again. The doctor enters "Mr. Gray, you are discharged, you can leave now"

Thank goodness, finally.

"Thanks Doc!"

"You’re welcome, but do take care, don't put too much stress on you and here is your prescription" he says handing me the paper and turns to Kendal and says. "And I assume you must be his girlfriend. Please do take care of him, he is weak"

"N-no, I am not his girlfriend. Just his friend"

"Well, I am sorry. Take care both of you" And he leaves the room.

"Well that was awkward" says Ken and starts packing my things.

My lips curve a little but then Kez's picture flashes in my mind.

"You don't need to do that" I say because she seems tired.

"It's fine, you can freshen up"

I nod and get up.

What was Ruby doing near the Waterfalls Cliff in the middle of the night?

"What do you think Ruby was doing in the middle of the night?" I ask Ken.

"I was about to ask her that but you were on an outrage"

"She left her alone at the cliff with some dude, how do you expect me to react?"

"Like, how I reacted when you acted like I never existed for you after Kez came into your life"
