Cassandra's POV
"Claire will take you to get to know you a little more, for in the end this will be your herd," said my companion after we had breakfast.
"Are you going to tell me your name now?" ask me
"Hana" I told him to start laughing to look at him wondering why he doesn't believe these names I tell him?
"It's really my name," I told him, nodding his head
“And you are your failed lies,” he told me
"Okay, let's suffice with my companion for now, do you need something, clothes or other things?" he asked me
"Why are you going to make me go buy them?" I asked him
"Of course you can't ask Claire to help you with that," he told me
"I don't need anything," I told him
"Okay, then," he said to me to follow him outside, we started walking next to each other silently
“You were only when you became Rogers,” he told me, and I didn't answer
"Why did you run away the first time and the second time when we met, why do you still want to run away from me?" he asked me
“Because my place is not here,” I replied
"But you're wrong where you are right here by my side."
"Maybe that's what you think, but don't worry, I won't run away from now on," I told him, meaning inside me, I'd follow my plan. I'll stay here these days and then I'll go.
“Good because I will find you again even if you run away.” He said to me as he stopped walking so I could do the same and look at him
“Alpha” We were interrupted by someone’s voice. I looked at the owner of the voice to find a person with brown hair and emitting strength. Perhaps a delta or a strong warrior?
" What is the matter ?" My friend asked him
"There is an urgent request from the council. They want you to allow them tomorrow to come here to look for someone they suspect is in our herd or within its borders," he told him.
the curse ! They find out, Cassandra, calm down, keep your heart rate normal, because your buddy will know if your heart rate goes up .
I tried to calm myself down until I succeeded. Now I have to make a plan B
I look around trying to think of a plan to get out of here and where I'm going
"Okay, make them come to the station first, and we'll see."
After a while we sat in the garden, I feel a lot of people looking at me, they must be wondering who I am and why Rogers is in the herd. It's their instinct after all.
"Alpha Luna asked me to take you to the herd's house to eat lunch there together," Claire said to me as I nodded.
We entered the herd's house and went to one of the tables to sit down.
Only a few seconds and I saw everyone in the canteen respectfully lower their heads to look up to find that they are bowing to their alpha, my companion
He came to sit across from me, everyone's gazes turned to our table, watching us quietly, as if they were checking me
"Then Alpha, I'm going now," Claire said as she went
"So how was your tour?" he asked me
“Everyone is staring at me, do you know that?” I told him to look around
"It's the future Luna who will join our herd as soon as possible so there's no need to worry," he said in a loud voice so everyone could hear him, looking away from me and continuing to eat them.
My friend stood up to go and came back carrying two plates of food to bring mine down in front of me and started eating
"How is our flock?" he asked me
“Your herd is big,” I confessed to him
Was your previous flock smaller? he asked me
“Yes,” I replied
My previous herd is something I don't even want to remember.
“Then when do you want to join our flock to prepare the ceremony?” He asked me to look at him, only his question made a strange feeling create a sense of belonging in me perhaps???
"I don't know" I told him
“What do you think of the day after tomorrow??” He asked me to put a side smile The day after tomorrow I will not be here and I will not be in the future either
"Okay then let's make it the day after tomorrow, can I go home I want to sleep" I said to him
"It's your house too, my friend, and you also know that you must tell me your name in order to enter the herd."
"Shall I call Claire to take you?" he asked me
"I can remember the road well" I told him, remembering the road is one of my specialties
I went home, as soon as I entered the room, I grabbed my bag, took out a phone, and installed one of the slides that I had many of them, because the council is following me. I opened the phone to press the buttons, the only number I saved because I don't have anyone to call anyway after two rings he answered me

“Where are you coming now?” he said to me

the next day
"I'm going to take you today with me to the human city. I have business there and so that you don't feel imprisoned here, what do you think?" My friend asked me while we were eating breakfast
"Okay," she replied, and I feel my heart aching. It's the last time I'll see him. I know there's a strong part of me that asks to stay here by his side, but my other part defends and refuses.
"I'll try to finish early, wait for me here," he said, standing up and heading towards the door
I also stood up to run after him quickly and wrap my arms around his waist from behind I felt he was shocked by what I did but I kept hugging him because this was the last time I would see him No harm in a hug Makes my wolf a little calm and makes me stronger
I put my head on his back for only a few seconds and I felt his hand come down on top of mine to feel strong sparks as a result of our touch I felt that my tears began to form he should not see me like this because he will find out so I removed my hand and turned quickly so that he wouldn't notice anything
I entered the room and closed the door for a few seconds, and I heard the sound of the house door closing, indicating that he was gone
I put on my black jacket and my sneakers. I put the hat over my head and left my hair hanging down. I put on my back wallet.
I walked towards the small desk in the room, grabbed a paper and a pen, wrote my last letter and put it on the bed. It was time to go.
I got out of the house to start heading in the middle of the woods trying to discover the borders I know I will find Years of escape will not be in vain
“Who are you???” I heard a voice to know its source from the guards, of course I was waiting for them, but I will assassinate them again and run
“I..” I looked at them and was about to speak, but the other guard interrupted me
