Cassandra's POV

Life is not prosperous and all colors and happiness, it is painful as hell and treacherous and makes you shed tears of blood and this was the true expression of my life and the matter is no different and will not be different even if I find my companion whom I left behind me now

“Are you okay?” a voice next to me asked

"Good" I replied

“We only have a quarter of an hour and we will be away from this area,” he told me while continuing to drive

After they started moving away, I got out of my car, closed my black jacket, and put on my hat, which has been inseparable for years, and entered the woods to try to follow them, keeping a distance between me and them so that they wouldn't spot me.

After a while, I saw them standing in front of a house for only a few seconds, and they broke the door to enter. I tried to get a little closer to see what was happening inside. I saw a man and a woman standing and facing a group of rogues. I think they are in their fifties, but despite that, there is strength emanating from them.

I looked at the many rogues, I have to help them, I know I'm Rogers, but I can't see anything like that and I don't get in. I ran with all my speed to my car and got out a small speaker and my phone and went back to that house but from the back

As I expected, there was a back door. I put the loudspeaker a little closer to the door, but not too close. I got ready and opened the door. As soon as I opened it, I found a few roses lying on the floor, and that man grabbed his hand that seemed to bleed and grabbed that woman who I thought was his companion.

As soon as I entered I put my hand in my jacket pocket and all eyes turned to me

I pressed my hand on the phone that was in my jacket pocket, and loud running sounds came from the loudspeaker. Those sounds indicate that there are many wolves coming. They looked at each other before they quickly left the house in this world, meaning the world of rogs, only the strongest stay, no matter who you are

I watched them walk away from the house quickly before I took out my phone and turned the sound off and on, I looked at the couple

"Are you ok? Do you have family you should go over to them, even if they go now, there is a possibility that others will come."

"We'll take care of it, thank you," she said, taking care of her boyfriend's hand and looking at him worriedly

"I'm fine, don't look at me like that," he said while watching her

“You got hurt again,” she said, angrily and frightened

I watched the couple who could see how deep their feelings were before I started walking towards the door ready to go out

"Wait" I heard her voice standing up and turning to her

"You also Rojos, why did you help us?" you asked me

"I don't need a reason to help anyone who needs help" I said to put a quiet smile on her before I went to the door again and got out to start walking in the woods to try to get out

No matter how I run, no matter how much my life is always in danger, I couldn't help anyone who needed it, no matter what.

Only seconds, and I heard the sound of someone running, and before I started running, someone caught me and I looked at him to find two other people with him.

I tried to resist from his hand, but he wouldn't let me. I saw the look of one of them change. Evidence that he's telepathy. He might tell their leader the curse. I have to escape from here. I stopped resisting.

Then I punched the person on my right side before kicking the one on my left I pushed the other person who was standing a little further to the ground and started running

One way my car and getting out of here I started running with all my speed and I feel a large number running after me and finally I approached my car and increased my speed but before I opened the door a strong smell surrounded me that smell that made my wolf scream inside me

No please not that not now

I turned quickly to look at the smeller. My eyes met the eyes of a huge wolf. There was a distance between us, but I could see his gaze hanging at me. The voice of my wolf that screamed in my mind "mate" made me get out of my shock and get into my car and run as fast as I left my companion behind and avoided the howling of my wolf pain from our distance from our companion.

I entered the city of humans, I headed to a cheap hotel that the navigation device mentioned, I stopped and asked for a room to enter, I closed the doors well and the windows

I removed my backpack and laid it on the floor. I removed my jacket and hat before I collapsed onto the bed exhausted

“We found our friend Cassandra,” said my wolf

"but ? Nothing will change Daren.”

“Maybe our comrade will be understanding, maybe someone who knows will help us?”

“No one will help us, no one has done before, and no one will do any more.”
