Willson's POV

the next day

"Claire will take you to get to know the area a little, for in the end this will be your herd," I said to my companion after we had breakfast.

"Are you going to tell me your name now?" I asked her

"Hana" said to me to start laughing to look at me with a question

"It's really my name," she said, nodding my head

"You and your failed lies" I told her while I stopped laughing

"Okay, let's just go with my partner for now, do you need something, clothes or other things?" I asked her

"Why are you going to make me go buy them?" you asked me

"Of course not, you can ask Claire to help you with that" I told her

"I don't need anything," she told me

“Okay, come on.” I told her to go out. She was walking beside me quietly and silently

"You were only years old when you became Rogers" I told her to continue her silence

"Why did you run away the first time and the second time when we met and why do you still want to run away from me?" I asked her

"Because my place is not here" she answered me

"But you're mistaken exactly where you are right here by my side."

"Maybe that's how you think, but don't worry I won't run away from now on," she said to me with a smile on her sentence, doesn't this mean she gave us a chance??

“Good because I will find you again even if you run away.” I said to her as I stood and looked at her, so she would stand up too, and we start looking at each other.

"Alpha," Lenkoe's voice interrupted our gaze

" What is the matter ?" I asked him as I looked at him while he was holding his phone

“There is an urgent request from the council, they want you to allow them tomorrow to come here to search for someone they suspect is in our human city or within the boundaries of our herd,” he told me to think

"Okay, let them come to the station first, and we'll see." I answered, beckoning to me and talking on the phone as he goes, I look at my friend to find her looking around.

Only seconds and Claire came to take her I watched her and Claire was talking to her as they went and I went to the station to work

I used to ask Claire from time to time about their whereabouts and what my girlfriend was doing, and it seemed like she was normal, there was nothing wrong with her.

I sent Claire

She answered me to close the file that was in my hand and head out towards the herd house

I walked into the cafeteria and looked with my eyes for her to find her sitting next to Claire.

"Then Alpha, I'm going now," Claire said as she went

"So how was your tour?" I asked her to look at me

"Everyone's staring at me, do you know that?" She said to me to look around and find that everyone was really looking at her. I forgot the smell of roses. They're worried.

"It's the future luna who will be joining our herd as soon as possible so don't worry," I said out loud and everyone looked down at me, looking more comfortable after I told them it was Luna .

I stood to get two plates of food. She lowered one in front of her and the other in front of me. She started eating without saying anything

"How is our flock?" I asked her

"Your flock is big," she told me

Was your previous flock smaller? I asked her, trying to find any hint about her past life

"Yes" she answered me to continue eating it and when we finished we left the herd house

“Then when do you want to join our flock, so we prepare the ceremony?” I asked her to make me think

"I don't know" she answered me

“What do you think of the day after tomorrow?” I asked her, putting a smile on her side

"Okay then let's make it the day after tomorrow, can I go home I want to sleep" she said to me

"It's your house also my companion, and you also know that you must tell me your name in order to enter the herd" I told her to nod at me.

"Shall I call Claire to take you?" I asked her

“I can remember the road well,” she told me, turning around and going.

the next day

"I'm going to take you today with me to the human city. I have business there and so that you don't feel imprisoned here, what do you think?" I asked her while we were eating breakfast

“Okay,” she replied

“I’ll try to finish early, wait for me.” I told her as I stood up and headed for the door

But before I opened it, two hands wrapped around my belly and stopped in my place, I comprehend it. She was hugging me from behind. Her little hands were pulling on our hugs, and I could feel her head resting on my back.

I raised my hand to put it over hers to feel our spark I closed my eyes enjoying this moment but I thought it would last a long time but soon she removed her hands and moved away from my lap to run quickly upstairs I heard the room door close What was this?? You hugged me

Send Max to come back to my senses and open the door and get out

I went into the council room to see that there were about ten guards. I walked towards the front chair and sat in it so that everyone could sit as well

"Then can I know what you are looking for? And why do you want to search my area?" I asked them

"Alpha Wilson, there is a wanted criminal for us that we have been pursuing for years, but we always fail to catch him and he has been seen in your area" spoke their commander

"Years and they didn't hold on to him? Is he that good?" Max asked them

"Yes, he is very clever, whenever we think we catch him he succeeds in escaping and there are times we catch him in our hands, but he was good at fighting also and he managed to escape and so we are still chasing him"

"Then give me his specifications so that warriors can help you, our area is large, you will not be able to search easily, and also I do not want to create panic in the members of my herd." I told him to nod to me and grab a computer, open it and put it in front of me.

I watched the video and it showed a small-bodied person in a jacket and hat heading towards a car. I only looked for a few seconds and felt my body stiffen in place.

Whoever was in the video is my companion, I know that she is Rogers, and I know that there is a possibility that she has committed a crime, but I did not think that the council would pursue her, so I looked at Max, who was looking at me with the same anxious look

"What is her crime?" Max asked them instead of me while I was just looking at the screen in front of me

“High rank killing, you killed the Alpha of the Black Shadow Flock three years ago.”

He answered them, to find myself standing involuntarily, and I began to walk outside. I heard voices calling me, but I did not pay any attention to them. There is fear inside me telling me that I will not find her at home, a voice screaming with pain inside me.

I went into the house, but I didn't smell it. I went up to the room she was staying in and opened it, and as soon as I entered, there was nothing, only a paper on the bed, I grabbed it to read it

"It was a white dream in the blackness of frightening truth and dreams remain dreams that cannot come true, this is me and this is my truth, thank you Wilson. Also my name is Cassandra just for memory, farewell" I finished reading

"Cassandra," I whispered to myself, feeling my heart agitate. It was her real name, but she told me after she was gone.
