the next day

I ride next to William in his car heading to a direction I don't know while Andrew's car is behind us I don't know what's going on but I'll find out soon

Allison's POV

I watched my surroundings. It looks like we're on the other side, far from the herd, but it's all woods. Nobody seems to live here. It's an isolated area.

After a while of driving, William's car stopped next to an average house I didn't think there would be a house in the middle of this empty area

William got down to follow him and Andrew's car stopped next to us to get out of it too I saw William walking towards the house and opening the door I turned for Andrew

“Andrew, we didn’t encroach on another herd’s territory, right?”

“Of course not, this area belongs to our herd, although it is far away, so rest,” he said before pulling me inside

I found William sitting on the sofa looking at the watch in his hands

"There's still time for William to calm down."

"I'm just worried. I think it's not a good idea to bring her here. How about you take her back?"

"No it's not a bad idea and you need to calm down now I'm here nothing will go wrong I promise you" I watched the two of them say something, I know William is suffering from something, something that threatens my life Is he turning into a dragon?

'Stupid, have you ever seen a werewolf belittle a dragon' who spoke to me?

'I'm just trying to prepare myself for what's to come, let me consider all possibilities'

“Alison, how about you sit down?” Andrew said pointing to the chair for me to sit on and he sat next to me

"My mom was my dad's buddy but he found her a little late" William started to speak and I gave him my full attention

"My dad before that I mean before he found his girlfriend he was in a love affair with someone else and because he was late to find her he lost hope and got into a relationship" William paused to run his hands in his hair

But then my father found my mother and could not refuse her and separated from that girl he was in a relationship with

But he didn't tell her he had found his girlfriend, he just said he needed time to focus on his job as Alpha the Herd and she believed him.

She said that she would wait for him to return to her. He loved her, so whoever they were, they were in a relationship, but he refused. He did not want to leave her waiting for him, but she also refused, saying that she would wait for him no matter what happened, and then he left her and started his life with his girlfriend, that is, my mother.

Years later, when I was twelve  years old, I remember that day when we heard knocking on the door to open. I saw that girl, but I didn't know her, so I just called my father, who also followed my mother in turn. I watched the girl looking at my mother and me before she looked at my father in pain and anger. "He looked at me to continue

She said one sentence, one sentence that made our whole life like hell. That sentence still rings in my ears.

" what did she say ?" I asked him

She said <<As a witch I call upon my powers and all the forces of my ancestors to bring down upon you a curse this whole day of your life, you and all your bloodline >> And then the real hell began. My father did not know that the person he was in a relationship with was a witch. His mistakes were cursed and he cursed me too.” I felt my heart aching for this

"It's the result of a broken heart," he continued, looking at his watch again

"It's almost time, I don't want to risk any more," William said to Andrew

"Follow us, Alison," Andrew said to me, and I followed them toward a door, and they opened it.

We got down through it to advance through what looked like a prison. William opened the iron bars and headed inside. I followed them before I stopped in the doorway.

I saw that there were chains attached to the wall on both sides. I could only look at them and I could tell that they were silver chains. I saw William standing in the middle for Andrew to come forward and hold the chains carefully so as not to hurt himself because of the silver. He inserted them in William's hands to see him close his eyes in pain to feel the pain too.

“Andrew, what are you doing to hurt him?” I told him

"I'm fine," William answered, and Andrew completed his fastening with silver chains, and looked away from William, who gave him a nod.

He walked towards me and pushed me out before he pushed the iron door and closed it I can still see him behind the iron bars I don't understand a thing I saw Andrew lowered his look at his watch

“There are only two minutes left until the moon rises,” Andrew said to William

"Keep your promise to get her out of here as soon as it starts," William told him

“I understand,” he replied

Minutes later, I saw William fall to his knees in pain to see his eyes turn red. A werewolf had never before turned red.

Just seconds and I saw that his fangs had grown his look completely changed as if he had become someone else, he is not William.

Then he started to resist, he released Zuhair as if he wanted to be freed from the chains, but with every resistance to him, the silver chains were hurting and burning him. He was in pain. I felt my tears started to fall and my body advanced towards the door

" what are you doing ?" Andrew stopped me

"I'm going in to free him, can't you see he's in pain?" The sound of his screaming with every resistance to the chains really hurts me like it's tearing my heart out

"No, we can't free him. Come on, I have to get you out of here. I've seen enough." He grabbed me by the hand and I resisted.

"Please, Andrew, let's free him, please. "

I couldn't stand it I ran outside trying to breathe and regain my calm I sat on the ground beside a tree stump feeling Andrew's hand on my shoulder

“Andrew, it hurts so much,” I said, still crying

"I know I'm suffering too. Do you think it's easy for me? To install someone like a brother for me and let him suffer?"

"What is the reason?? Tell me what's going on, is this the curse?" I told him to sit next to me

"Yes, this is the curse, it landed on William's father and he built this house to catch that monster from killing innocents and everyone found in his way."

" Monster ? "
