Daniel gave her a big smile, “wonderful!" She said happily, "Yazahib is coming home and my daughter is starving." She took the tray that the woman handed to her.

Daniel bit his lip as he smiled, “well, things have been happening that kept me from smiling or being calm, but now I feel like everything can be fine. I feel that finally nothing can interfere with my happiness.” Patricia looked at her excitedly. “I think it's time to be happy, it's time for everything bad to go away,” she laughed when her daughter kicked her.

"From what I see, you're not the only one willing to be totally happy,” Patricia said and she caressed her belly and she felt happy when she felt the baby, "This girl has a lot of strength."

Daniel looked at the funny woman, “apparently I guess she's been feeling too much tension these weeks. Many times I think I'm not doing a good job.”

Finally Simone arrived home and together with Daniel and the men who guard her they go to the hospital where Yazahib and Derek are. Before they called her, she was already crying because of the news that came exclusively to her. The media are crazy about that accident that has been seen as an attack against the tycoon.

The doors of the hospital are packed with journalists and paparazzi. Simone and Daniel entered through the back door that was opened just for them.

"How are they?" She asked when she arrived with the attending doctor.

"Mr. Meyer is in surgery, the accident caused a lot of damage, we're doing our best." Daniel put one hand to her mouth and the other to her belly. Simone hugged her tightly, “but her friend hasn't had the same fate. He died on the spot.” Daniel felt her world collapse.

"What friend?" She asked without wanting to understand.

"No!" Daniel yelled, interrupting her, "he can't ... he can't" Simone hugged her tighter when she tried to let go "he can't be dead" she screamed with pain and despair.
