After Edwin left, Everyone left the conference hall and got back to their work. While Rebecca's mind is still playing the bar night pictures on her mind again and again. She felt a little awkward in her heart.

When she was lost in thoughts, Julia touched her shoulder and let her come back to reality.

"Rebecca, I felt jealous of you!" Julia pouted her lips and looked at her with a childish expression.

Rebecca arched her brows, "And for what?"

"You are going to work for our hot boss! It means we have no chance anymore." Julia's words made her brows deeper.

"What do you mean?" She asked.

"You are a beauty goddess! He is prince charming! You both are perfect for each other." Julia looked too filmy in the eyes of Rebecca.

"Julia, stop watching too many romantic movies!" Rebecca looked at her with a sigh. She never thought Julia made too many calculations in her mind.

What would Julia think? If she told her about the bar incident.

She shook her mind and sighed.

"Rebecca, Why don't you try to be with him?" Julia's words made Rebecca roll her eyes.

"You think too much!" Rebecca only can say those words.

"Hey! Don't try to be stupid! Did you know how many men staff already have a crush on you! But because your position is high. They never get self-confident to confess to you!" Julia's words are true, she knew it well but she didn't want to accept it.

"Julia! Let's stop our discussion here! I need to go and welcome the president!" Rebecca's eyes turned serious.

Julia sighed with disappointment.

"Alright! Alright! I'm leaving!"

"Hello, Miss Wilson!" Sam greeted Rebecca as soon as they met in the elevator.

"Hello!" Rebecca looked at him with a small smile. She saw him with Edwin in the conference hall. So, she can guess he is someone important.

Sam continued to talk and introduced himself.

"I'm Mr.Edwin's P.A and we are going to work together in the future!" Sam showed a warm smile.

Rebecca nodded.

"It's nice to meet you, Mr.Sam!"

Sam felt too excited in his heart to meet Rebecca. He never thought that one day his boss would fall for a woman from head to toe.

The next moment the elevator door opened and he asked Rebecca to go out first.

Rebecca thanked him and went towards the President's cabin.

She felt her heartbeat turn faster which was so new for her. She never felt something like this. She still remembers his last stare in the conference where he suddenly looked at her and smiled.

"Is he truly remembering her and that is why he flashed a smile on her?"

She touched just above her chest on the left side and felt her heart thumping. She doesn't understand what makes her too nervous.

"Rebecca! Just calm down! He's not going to chew you! You should behave like a professional!" Rebecca whispered to herself before knocking on the door.

A few seconds later she got a call from inside.

"Come in!"

His voice is mild and strong. Suddenly, she thought.

As she entered the cabin, her eyes landed on the man who was just sitting on his chair while his brown eyes were already looking at her with a calm expression.

Her cheeks suddenly heated up. She doesn't understand why this is happening to her.

"Miss Rebecca! Right!" His voice was calm while he never broke eye contact.

Rebecca nodded while trying to avoid his gaze and greeted him.

"Hello, President! I'm your…"

"Personal Secretary! Dad already informed me about you!" He completed her words.

Rebecca blinked her eyes while her voice hesitated to think that he didn't recognize her.

Did she feel disappointed? She doesn't know. But she felt relaxed that they can start talking as a professional.

Edwin noticed her expression and raised his brows.

Did he say something wrong? He thought inside his mind.

"Miss Rebecca!"

"Huh?" Rebecca comes back to reality.

"Is there something wrong?" His face looked at her seriously.

Rebecca looked at his handsome features and shook her head.

"Not at all! Sir!" Her words made him nod.

"Sir, I need to prepare your schedule. Can I leave now?" She asked with a calm face. She still felt awkward around him. And she had already done her duty to introduce herself.

Edwin looked at her and crossed his fingers while resting his hands at the desk.

His eyes wanted to see if she's going to remember him all the time but with her words and actions, he felt a little bit disappointed in his heart.

Was his face so common that she forgot him already?

He needs to cross-check. Thinking that he tossed the question on her.

"Yes, you can leave the cabin but after giving my question's answer!" His voice was sweet and mild while his eyes stopped on her pretty face. No matter how much he tried to look professional. He truly wanted to get closer to her at this moment.

On the other side, hearing him, her brows deepened and she looked at Edwin's face with shocking eyes while her eyes lashed flickered.

"What Sir?" She asked.

"Have we met before? Miss Rebecca!" He waited for her reply.

While he wanted to hear yes from her mouth.

Rebecca's tongue gets caught to hear her words while her heart thumps.

She blinked her eyes while she saw his intense gaze on her.

Does this mean he remembers her?

"Miss Rebecca, you didn't answer?" His gentle voice caught her attention while it's filled with curiosity.

Rebecca shook her inner thoughts and glanced at his brown eyes.

She didn't know how to answer his question and finally just shook her head in denial.

"I don't think so!" She felt wrong the next moment as soon as she lied to him.
