Rebecca applied to many companies with her friend's help. She chooses all the work carefully. So, she didn't need to do overwork or heavy work. But Julia was still a little worried for her. Because many companies don't accept pregnant women. It's all because of the risk which was going to come with a pregnant lady and they don't do additional work if there are busy workdays.

No company accepts a pregnant lady's application until they feel reliable enough to take all these obstacles.

Rebecca was also informed by her friend about this thing which made her a little worried.

She needed a job urgently but with her pregnancy now it's getting complicated to be hired as an employee.

In the first 24 hours, two companies rejected her application. But she was still hoping other companies would give her a chance. At least let her interview. But line by line within two days all the companies rejected her application.

On the other side, the man was also informed about this thing and felt angry towards all the companies which refused to accept her application. But as a businessman, he knew about the business rules also. Even their own company doesn't accept pregnant women's applications.

He felt he needed to change these rules from now on.

Many single mothers just like Rebecca wanted a simple job to earn some money as saving for their unborn child. But as a big company, they had rejected them which is truly not a good thing to hear. They are responsible for making them do heavy work on their pregnancy in fewer amounts. Even when they can do better with their intelligence working with big companies and also profit not only themselves but also the company. They are not liabilities but assets for any company.

The man looked at Sam who was silently waiting for his orders.

"Sam, Set a meeting with all the shareholders in the evening!" The man instructed while Sam nodded in response.

"Rebecca, don't feel upset! We will find other solutions for the job!" Julia looked at her with a console.

Rebecca knows it's going to be hard but she needs to be tough to secure her future. The baby also in a way too. She can't feel upset just because of the small rejection.

"Julia, I'm not upset. I already prepared myself for this situation when I thought about becoming a single mother!" Rebecca smiled gently while she looked at her friend.

Julia smiled and nodded.

"It's good to see you becoming brave and handling this situation so calmly!" Julia truly thought these rejections made her upset and broke her confidence but she's wrong and it feels good to her.

Sometimes being wrong is also good. She knew this through Rebecca who always surprised her with her bravery.

Rebecca saw many things at just a small age but still, she's trying to live her life with a courage which made Julia admire her.

"Let's not talk about any more serious topics!" Julia declared.

Rebecca smiled and saluted to her friend, "Aye! Aye! Madam!"

Julia saw her action and couldn't control herself from laughing.

In the evening,

The main and other shareholders are already seated in their position while the whole conference room is talking about a serious matter which was presented by the man who is patiently waiting for their conclusion.

"Sir, I think, this is not the right choice! Accepting pregnant women for working is just not a good selection for any firm!" One of the shareholders argued.

The man looked at him with a serious gaze while his hand rested on the desk which made him look like a king between all of them.

"Why do you think that? Can you explain to us?" The man asked, looking at him with a cold gaze.

Everyone fell silent while the one who argued didn't flinch at all. He didn't fear the man in front of him who is just half his age. And he still didn't take the company. It means he is still without a main position. So, he couldn't fear anyone who is without a position trying to argue with them (as shareholders).

"Mr.Den! Boss is still waiting for your response!" Sam interrupted when he saw the shareholder still standing without saying any words.

The shareholder ignored Sam and looked at the man with seriousness and said, "Pregnant ladies can't do overwork not only that! They can't do heavy work! They can't stay late at night for work or do fast things just like others! They are slow and this is true!"

"In the business world, we want fast and reliable employees, not slow turtles!"

The man heard his words and arched his brows while his tone turned colder.

"Mr.Del whatever you said. These are simple issues which can be handled by the company simply! Can you point out some serious objectives!"

The shareholder felt anger.

"But we don't think it's a simple thing."

"If you say, you can resolve this issue then can you share your thoughts with us!"

The shareholders looked at each other and then at their boss's son with questionable eyes.

"Sir, We don't understand your words! " One of the shareholders asked.

The man looked at people and then glanced at Sam in the signal.

Sam understands his boss's gesture and immediately comes in front.

"Actually, the boss already prepared how pregnant women can work without disturbing the company anyway and it also benefits us!" Sam's face looked at them with seriousness.

The project was prepared by the boss's son on his own knowing that everyone felt shocked. The man is a genius. Everyone knew about it. How can anyone doubt his file?

The shareholder who also argued with him knew this very well and couldn't find a hole to dig more, so all he could do was accept his words and read the file.

Sam line by line gives everyone a file.

The man looked at everyone and started talking.

"In this file, I selected some firms which don't need to do the heavy task but at the same time, it also has an important field which decides over money values in finance. The pregnant woman is not going to work alone. They would work in the four people's group and share their work. For timing of work. They would only work six hours. After their work time is over they will be replaced by other employees who will continue the work." The man explained.

All the shareholders looked at each other's faces and nodded.

"I think this is a great idea, but who will replace them after their time is over?" One of them asked.

"The college student who wanted to work part-time in a big company! It will be a great opportunity for them also!" The man clarified.

Everyone looked at him with admiration.

The idea looks great to everyone.

"We love this idea! If this is completely achieved! We don't have any issues with accepting the pregnant woman's job application!" One of them said while the other nodded in agreement.

"That's good then! We will work on it tomorrow!" The man announced while everyone nodded.
