Hearing his P.A words. The man's eyes darted on him while his aura turned incredibly dominant.

"What do you mean by that?" His voice was husky and filled with inquisitiveness.

If his P.A is right then how could he not remember it?

"Boss, a few weeks ago your car got in an accident with a woman. That woman is Miss Rebecca!" He informed with a heavy tone and saw his boss's expression turn more gloomy.

The man suddenly remembered that night he couldn't see the woman's face but her appearance did not look too great at that time and her feet got many injuries as she came to the road while running bare feet.

Finally, he realized that she was Rebecca. His fist clenched in a fist while his eyes turned dangerous.

Sam took her to the hospital that night so he already remembered her face when he saw the photo in the file.

Yes, she's looking completely different from that midnight. But his eyes were sharp to figure out everything.

"Sam, did you find out? Why was she running that night in that condition and who did that to her?" His tone becomes dangerous while his whole body burns in anger.

He will destroy that person who tried to harm Rebecca.

Sam sighed and continued.

"No, we couldn't find the reason but two things came out after the investigation!" He reported.

"What is that?" He looked at Sam with a cold glance.

"First, where we found Miss Rebecca that night. Her home is so close to there!" Sam explained.

The man already thought of his hints and guessed her family related to her condition.

"What is next?" He inquired.

"Second, that night no one was home. Everyone went outside for their business!" Sam's face looked serious.

The man's face instantly frowned.

If no one is in the house. Why would she get in that condition and run the whole way in barefoot?

"Sam, did you check the road footage?" His eyes turned sharp.

"We already asked for permission from the police to see that night footage but there is only one camera and it was not working at all!" Sam sighed.

The man's jaws tightened to hear him. It means they can't get through it.

"Sam, I want you to get men who can follow Rebecca in secret and tell me about her daily things! Tell them to protect her in all manner without getting caught! And you do that from now on!" The man's voice turned deep and husky. His eyes looked at him with serious stares.

"Yes, Boss! I'll take care of everything!" Sam reassured his boss and then dismissed himself.

After last night's incidents, Rebecca's health becomes awful. She could not fall asleep the whole night and threw up many times.

Whenever she closes her eyes to sleep, the horrible incidents come to her dreams and make her sweat while her tears could not hold up. Her tears flowed out from her eyes all at once.

She felt suffocated and her breathing got hard.

Their creepy smile, their filthy touch. Everything made her panic the whole night. She didn't dare to close her eyes at all to get fear seeing their faces.

On the other side, Julia didn't leave her side at all the whole night. She felt angry at herself for going to that bar with Rebecca in the first place.

Rebecca refused her but she still told her that it's going to be safe but now what?

She can not imagine what her friend suffered there. Three devils tried to force themselves on her. This sentence only made anyone shiver in their place, not only her.

Julia tried every way to make her calm the whole night.

In the early morning at 5 am. Julia finally succeeds in putting Rebecca to sleep.

She didn't go out the next day anywhere and just slept on her bed.

Julia took a vacation for a few days to take care of her. Rebecca told her not to do that but she didn't listen to her.

TWO DAYS LATER

"Rebecca, why do you want to go to the doctor's clinic alone? When we both can go there!"

"I can't agree with you on this!! Did you see yourself!! How unwell you are looking right now!"

Julia's face looked at Rebecca's pale complexion with worry and seriousness.

The way Rebecca cried and got trauma the whole night. She got scared and worried for her.

She felt it was her fault. She's wrong to let her go to the washroom alone in the first place. She should be there with her. And now she's going alone to see a doctor. How could she not feel bad???

"Julia, I know you are worried for me and blaming yourself for my condition but I already told you. It's not your fault and believes me I'm good now and can go for a check-up alone." Rebecca looked at her friend with tender eyes. She is truly grateful that Julia is here beside her when she needs somebody. How can she ever blame her for anything?

"Still I'm sorry!" Julia's eyes filled with tears while she hugged Rebecca tightly.

Rebecca patted her back and consoled her.

Julia tried every way to convince her not to go alone but Rebecca refused her.

At last, she went to the doctor's clinic alone while Julia waited for her in the home.

Rebecca wants to go to the bus stand but Julia gives her money and convinces her to take a cab or she would be worried about her.

Rebecca sighed and just followed her words.

As she entered the doctor's clinic, she went to the receptionist and gave her details before taking a seat on the large couch.

There were few patients still on the line before her when she arrived. So, she looked at the magazine and started flipping pages. Not to get bored.

On the other side, The man got news about her arrival at the doctor's clinic through his subordinate.

In these two days, she didn't go out. He knew that and today when she finally went out, the first place she arrived at the doctor's clinic hearing that his face frowned with worry.

He remembered she didn't get hurt that night then why suddenly did she go there?

Did he miss her injuries in any case?

Only this thought came to his mind while his face turned dark.
