SHOPPING MALL

"Julia, why did you take me here?" Rebecca asked as soon as she saw the big mall from the window of the cab.

Julia smiled at her and asserted," Because, I want to change your mood. And I don't think so. There are better medicines than shopping for women."

Rebecca couldn't help but smile at her friend's words.

Julia pays the driver's rent and both get out of the car.

Rebecca looked at the big luxury mall in front of her eyes and could guess. It should be expensive there. And the next moment, she turned to look at her friend with concerned eyes.

"Julia, this place looks expensive. I don't think it's the right choice to come here."

Julia moved her eyes from the Mall to her friend who looked concerned after seeing the mall's luxury.

"Babe, there is a sale today. We can get enough discount to buy something. Just see in the corner, there are banners also related to the sale." She pointed towards the banner.

Rebecca followed her fingers and immediately noticed the banner, where it was written in big red captions '50 percent off'.

Rebecca got relaxed to read that and turned to her friend.

"But how did you get to know? There is a discount?" Rebecca curiously asked.

Julia smiled and replied showing her office email.

Rebecca checks her phone screen and doesn't get it. Why will the Hutson company send the mall discount thing?

"Hutson Company mail?"

"Yes!" Julia immediately nodded.

"But why do they send this type of mail?" She asked.

To which Julia shortly responded," Because this Mall belongs to our Hutson Company. And as an employee, they give us some benefits to know about the discount thing and even if we come without a discount day, we can get at least 20 percent off, as a Hutson employee."

"Did you check your mail? You should also get that mail!" Only after Julia discusses it, does she check her phone, and yes there is mail.

"Babe, let's move faster. It should be crowded today. She held her arm and started to walk towards the Mall entrance.

Rebecca looked at the mall with a deep glance as she suddenly thought, which place belongs to Edwin and his family, she can't even afford to go inside it and purchasing is so far away from her financial condition.

How could someone like him fall for her? Is it truly only because of her beauty, that he falls for her? But it can't be possible. He lives abroad and he should meet many beautiful, gorgeous women in his daily life. Then her beauty should not be something extraordinary for him. Then does he truly want her?

" Hey! What are you thinking?" Julia shook her shoulder and asked.

To which Rebecca came back from her thoughts and just gave a small smile in return saying," Nothing. I'm just looking at the surroundings."

Julia didn't think much and accepted her words.

"Then let's move to the makeup counter first, I need some good texture lipstick."

"We purchased so many things!" Julia looked at all the bags that she and Rebecca carried in their hands.

Rebecca sighed and teasingly said," Yes because you purchased so many cosmetics today."

Julia laughed at her words and said," Yes because women love makeup."

Rebecca chuckled at her response and said,'' Yeah! Yeah! I know."

Both of them started to smile during their talk.

"Rebecca, let's go to the food counter. I started to feel hungry." Julia touched her belly just like a child.

Rebecca warmly smiled and said," Then let's go. After finishing the meal we can go back home."

Heating her Julia immediately denied.

"No, there is still one shopping left."

Rebecca raised her brows with curiosity and asked, "What left?"

Julia's smile turned wide as she said, " Our peanuts (Her baby) clothes."

Rebecca smiled to hear her and responded, " Alright, we will go there also. But let's first eat something. Because I think my baby also started to feel hungry. Just like her Godmother."

Hearing her 'godmother' word, Julia's smile turned wide.

"Wow, the cheese pasta is so delicious, isn't it?" Julia licked her lips only to make Rebecca smile more.

They both walk around with bags to find the baby counter. And soon they stopped at one of the shops to purchase something. But before they could enter, Rebecca was bumped into someone, and all her bags fell on the floor.

Seeing that, she immediately apologizes without looking at the person straight and immediately bent down to hold all the bags. And same with Julia who's already bent to help her friend.

"Hello, Sis. It feels nice to see you after a long time."

Hearing a familiar voice coming from her above, Rebecca's hands clenched on the bag straps as she raised her head, only to see her step sister standing in front of her with the same mocking and hateful eyes.

Rebecca's eyes moist for a second to see her family after a long time. But she didn't let her emotion reveal herself in front of her stepsister and immediately stood from her place with her bag to look at her with straightforward eyes.

Julia's eyes are already looking at her with anger. She hated Rebecca's stepfamily so much and she remembered the day when they went to get Rebecca's things from her house with her. If she's not there, she doesn't think they could let Rebecca go easily. They are evil monsters in her eyes.

And soon with angry stares, she responded to her words, on behalf of Rebecca, "But for your kind information, we aren't happy to see you anyway, Chole!"

Hearing her words, Chole moved her sharp gaze from Rebecca to Julia. She remembered how she came with cops to her house to help Rebecca. She almost hates her, just like she does to Rebecca.

"So, now, you get your bitchy friend to talk on your behalf. Did you lose your sharp tongue anywhere?" Chole slyly smirked, only to make Julia's face frown.

"You!" She wanted to argue but Rebecca held her hand.

This thing made Chole smirk to think, Rebecca got scared while Julia looked at Rebecca with a little disappointment.

"Rebecca, why did you stop me?" She asked with little anger.

But Rebecca told her," Julia, I can handle her. Please don't fight because of me. Let me handle her."

Julia understands her words and immediately lets her talk.

Chole frowned to hear her words and raised her brows as her arms wrapped around her chest.

"What?"

"Now, you are going to fight with me?"

"Do you think, last time you got to slap me then you can do that every time? Don't forget I still have so many ways to make your life hell." She pointed her fingers at her.

Rebecca coldly stared at her and said in a raw tone," Do you think I need to fight with you, Chole? Why would I fight someone whose presence does not matter to me?"

"You Bitch!" Chole blurted out with anger only to get people around them to get their eyes on her.

Julia smirked to see that.

'Well done, babe!' She shouted in her mind.
