Linda did not dare to harm Old Madam Mo, so even when she got the vial, she did not do anything.

But then a few days later, she got a message saying, "........". Which made her scared was the photo attached to the message. It was a picture of her mother, her forehead wrapped in a white bandage.

"Did they harm her?" This was the first question that entered her mind. Fearing for her mother's life, the next morning she decided to inject the solution in Old Madam Mo's IV drops.

But Yun Xi caught her at the exact time.

Yun Xi went straight to their room. Inside, Mo Shan was tying his tie.

When he saw her walking in, he smiled and said, "You are on time. Help me..." with my tie. He wanted to say that, but the rest of the words died down in his throat as he found her in deep thinking.

"What happened?" He asked, this time a bit loudly to get her attention. As he expected, Yun Xi did come out of her stupor. She was surprised to find him there because she thought he has already left.

"Didn't you already leave?" She asked, blinking her eyes.

"Mmm, but I forgot an important file here. So, returned back to get it."

Yun Xi nodded her head absentmindedly.

Mo Shan furrowed his brows at her reaction. "What's wrong?" He asked, trying to read her face.

"Should I tell him?" Yun Xi asked herself. At first, she was planning to get Dr. Wang Lei's help, but that was because she thought Mo Shan had already left for office. Now that he has not left yet, she thought it would be best to inform him.

She then explained everything to him and handed him the saline water bag.

Mo Shan's eyes narrowed dangerously when Yun Xi finished narrating everything. He glanced at the IV drops pack in his hand and said, "Don't worry about it. I will personally visit uncle Wang Shi and ask him to examine it. For now, can you please help me with my tie?"

"Didn't I already help you tie it earlier?" Yun Xi asked, helping him tie it again. This was their daily schedule. Yun Xi would always help him tie it before going to work, and Mo Shan also became used to it.

"You did. But while looking at the mirror, I thought it was bent. So, I wanted to adjust it correctly but ended up ruining it further." Mo Shan explained.

Yun Xi sighed and continued making his tie. Sometimes, he would be more childish than Xiao Hui. After helping him, she wanted to leave to help Xiao Hui with his study materials.

But before she could leave, Mo Shan spoke up, "Aren't you forgetting something?" He pointed at his lips saying that.

Yun Xi's blushed at his actions but leaned into him and pecked his lips. This has also become their daily routine over these months. Their relationship was improving on a daily basis, and they were getting more closer to each other.

Yun Xi just wanted to give him a peck, but Mo Shan grabbed her head and deepened their kiss. His fingers raked through her hair gently, while he sucked on her lower lip. He took advantage of her gasp by sliding his tongue into her mouth, whereas Yun Xi closed her eyes. His tongue was now playing with her, sliding against each other. He left her mouth only when Yun Xi started feeling breathless.

Still staring intently at her, he used his thumb to wipe their saliva off her lips. Yun Xi started feeling hot under his gaze and touch. He also combed her hair with his fingers.

"Let's go. Xiao Hui must be waiting for you," Mo Shan said as he took her hand. They then walked out together. Mo Shan left for military hospital as Wang Shi would be there, while Yun Xi walked to Xiao Hui's room.

These months, Xiao Hui has grown taller by 2cm. He was seriously arranging his study materials when he saw Yun Xi standing at the door. "Mommy, why are you standing outside? Come, sit inside. Father said I should not tire you." Saying that, he dragged her in by pulling her hand and made her sit on the couch.

"Mommy is not tired. You can never tire me out, so don't worry about it." She smiled while fluffing his hair. "Is everything ready for your class today?"

"Yes, everything is ready," he replied. Although it was home tuition, Yun Xi made sure to teach him to take care of his study materials, and that everything should be ready before the class.

"Very good," she did not forget to praise him. "Let's go to the study room then. Your teacher must be arriving soon."

As they walked, they did not stop talking with each other.

"What would you like to have for lunch, Xiao Hui?"

"Everything is fine, mommy."

"Ok, then I will prepare omurice for you today."

"Ok, mommy."

Their voices became lower as they walked further. After a while, Father Mo and Mother Mo came out of a pillar where they were hiding.

A smile hung on their face as they saw Yun Xi and Xiao Hui's interactions. They were loving Yun Xi more and more as time passed by.

"Sigh! I always wanted a daughter. Looks like I finally got one." Father Mo said in a low voice.

"Hmph, If we had a daughter, then you would have loved her more than me." Mother Mo complained.

"How can that be? I love my wife the most."

Outside, Assistant Zhang was waiting for his boss in the car. He knew that something was wrong as soon as he saw Mo Shan's expression.

"Boss, is something wrong?" He asked.

"Mmm," he said, taking the saline water pack from his bag. "We have to get this to the military hospital, without anyone knowing."

Assistant Zhang turned serious at his boss's words. When Mo Shan said 'without anyone knowing', Assistant Zhang could tell that someone was keeping eyes on them, and his boss did not want that. He also knew that the only person using saline water inside was Old Madam Mo. And her health was finally improving these days, so others must have gotten news about it. And they did not want Old Madam Mo's health to improve.

"Let's drive to the company first. Then, you secretly go to Military Hospital. I will contact Uncle Wang and inform him about it." Mo Shan spoke further.

Assistant Zhang then drove to Mo Corporation first as per Mo Shan's order. After reaching the company, he left secretly after a while for military hospital.

While Assistant Zhang went to the hospital, Mo Shan talked with Wang Shi.

Handing the saline water pack to Wang Lei, Assistant Zhang returned to the office as if he was never out. "Boss, it's done." He informed Mo Shan the first thing after returning.

"Find out who they are," came Mo Shan's order. He meant the people who were keeping eyes on them.

"Rogered," Assistant Zhang replied.
